My first experience with them when initially getting my battery installed was actually fine. My second experience getting my replacement battery that was under warranty was subpar. When I called initially about getting my replacement battery I was given a quote of $80 which was confusing to me as any item purchased under warranty are to be changed out free of charge (no mention of any upcharges in my initial receipt). I was told the upcharge was because of the cold weather which still seemed unwarranted but I did not fight it as I just wanted to get my battery switched out and have my car working again. When I called back later during the week it took forever for someone to respond and when someone did they tried to charge me $100 which I did contest and they kept it at the $80 initially quoted. We set a date and time for a technician to come and when the appointment time arrives, not only does no one show up to replace the battery, but no one is answering the the phone at the business and no one reached out to warn of any type of absence/delay/ rescheduling. I finally get ahold of one of the business owners and we yet again set another time for the technician to come. When he finally arrives, he again tries to charge me another $20 and says it's for another "warranty" on the replacement battery. I decline as I truly no longer wish to patronize the business after this ordeal. And to top it all off, I repeatedly asked to have a receipt emailed to me like I had when my first service was done in 2024, was told one would be sent to me by the technician and owner, and weeks later have still yet to receive anything from them.
I don't understand how $60 labor service will have $10 tax? This is very unrealistic charge and there is no receipt provided for the service. The battery is temporarily loaned and returned back. The service that I got instantly is good, but pricing is not appropriate.

What a lifesaver Judge was amazing. He came over to my house. Cleaned the entire battery terminals they were full of old acid and he inserted a new battery. What a great service highly recommend.
I know God is on my side because I was truly blessed with Judge Batteries today. I had my plans set to finish all my shopping for my mom's birthday, but when I cranked the car up, the battery was dead. I called the Insurance towing and the wait time was 2 hours, plus next day service at the repair shop. I didn't have that much time to prep for the long awaited event. I came across Judge Batteries in my Google search. I called to inquire and in 30 minutes I had a new battery and back up and running. The service was unbelievably fast, professional, and affordable, and I didn't have to get towed. I canceled my tow and thanked the repair person Jimmy who had a wonderful personality and repair skill. I would recommend Judges anytime. Im grateful

Thought he was the best but ended up getting ripped off. Thought it was my battery. Put I had no battery issues. Before. Couldn’t Jump. They sent Jimmy he said he would fix my car which needed a fuse and a battery I would still need. Two weeks later my car is dead and he wants more money. Bad customer service. Just go to a more professional place. Sucks. But that’s my second car I’ll be ok. But just thought everyone should know
Jimmy and his son were exceptional. I had a faulty battery and they came to my location within the hour. They knew the problem and got to fixing and replacing my battery immediately. Highly recommend them for any battery issues!
Quick and reliable. Very pleased with this service and company. I needed my car battery replaced ASAP and within 20 minutes of placing the call Judge Batteries they were there at my house changing the car battery. Highly recommend them. Mr judge (jimmy) is a person to rely on when you are in need of battery replacement!! Called him on a Sunday morning and he came in handy to the Bronx .. not only did he replace my batteries he also gave me advice on what my car needs .. definitely recommend his services and will continue to use his services for the future.. amazing kind person

Jimmy service was definitely more than 5 stars would highly recommend to anyone who is having battery problems very quick and very convenient would definitely be calling him again if I ever have any issues in the future .
Great service! Jimmy arrived at my home within one hour of calling him. My battery was totally dead and my car was not able to be jump started. My battery is located under the passenger seat and the power seat would not move enough to access the battery compartment. Jimmy went the extra mile and unbolted the seat to replace the batteries. He then reassembled everything with the new batteries in place and my vehicle is up and running again.
Quite possibly the most convenient repair I've ever had on my vehicle. I had a battery issue, I called the number, they came out to see me. They fixed it and now I have no more problems. I will highly recommend this service.

Jimmy was a life savor for me!! Came to assist me at nearly 2 AM to install a new battery on my vehicle and was super professional in the process!! Can't recommend his services enough! As if having to get a new battery is not enough, zelle payment was down with my banking app so Jimmy drove me to the nearest ATM to withdraw money to pay for his services!! Thank you Jimmy so much for being a life savor for me tonight!! I give him 10 stars for his services!!!
Called Jimmy around 10 at night since I had a “stop vehicle, leave engine running” warning on my car. He arrived in less than an hour with battery option, and replaced my battery within 10 minutes. Prices were great and Jimmy’s a super nice guy, and from my experience, extremely reliable.
