For a multimillion dollar company it's crazy they store don't got heat in the winter time. Super cold in that store didn't even wanna shop around for a long time that's how cold it was
I came to this location about 3 times within the week and there is no heat in the store. I felt very bad for the workers it isn't fair to them especially how hard they work. It was so cold I didn't even want to stand in line I ended up just leaving and ordering the parts off amazon.
I just went to this store and had the best service! The staff were super friendly and helpful — they really went above and beyond. Big shout out to the whole team. Give them a raise!
Donte at the Jersey City location (701 NJ-440, Jersey City, NJ 07304) went above and beyond to help me install the bulbs for my Toyota Highlander on a sweltering hot day. He helped me for free, saving me hours of scrolling through YouTube by myself and fumbling at the attempt. Thank you so much

Joshua, Donte, Janiyah front the front desk helped me out so much. Definitely assisted me with the knowledge on the products my car needed and what I needed to get fixed.
Me and my pregnant wife was driving and got a flat tire, we pulled into the lot late to try and get it fixed but Pepboys was already closed. We saw Autozone next door and went in to ask for help where we were greeted by Rajin. We told him the issue and he was able to get us tire plugs and even assisted in plugging the tire. He was a great help and outstanding customer service!
Had car battery troubles went to auto one and Dante was a great help!!! Very appreciative for him, very knowledgeable and he explained to us everything that needed to purchase and how to do everything needed to fix the problem. He gets 5 stars!!
Donte was excellent. He was a huge help and made sure that I got the right part with the warranty. I will be purchasing my parts from there versus store number Store Transaction #:341831. They did a TERRIBLE JOB!!!! They gave me the incorrect part and never offered me the warranty.
I had a great experience at the Pep Boys on 440. Donte, the manager, was extremely kind and professional—he not only helped me find the air filter I needed for my Audi but also helped me in changing it. Exceptional service like this is hard to find; I highly recommend this location.
My headlight had died and I came in to the auto zone to get a new one. Dante and Raj helped me and were kind of enough to place replace my headlight for me. Their service here was amazing!!!!
I was doing my daily errands and when i went to my car it didnt start. I saw the autozone near by and walked over. I was assisted by Rajin. I told him what was the issue he then offered to test my battery and it showed bad. He then offerened to walk back to the store purchase the battery and come back to change it. Not to mention it was a very windy day. Once the battery was installed the car started up with no issues. Rajin was a great help to me and my family today. Will definetly be returning to this store again.
Dontae went above and beyond to help me out today. I was having trouble with my car and came over to see what was going on. He helped resolved the issue I was having with my wheels. Truly a lifesaver since I have a long drive coming up.
