Very courteous, professional, and competent. I thought my car was on its last legs, but now it's running better than it ever has I will definitely be returning for future repairs.

I have a 2021 Dodge Scar Pack Widebody. Brakes on these are super expensive from the dealership. Wes, the manager was able to get me a full set brakes installed for about half of what the dealership would cost!

Wes at the front desk was super friendly and helpful! let me know of promotions that were going on and helped me get the best care my car needed. highly recommend!

Got my 2020 WRX serviced here, they did such a great job. My car feels brand new. They knew how much i loved my car and treated it as such.

This is my second visit just for an oil change, but what I love most is the car diagnosis that comes with it. Wesley Is an amazing well informed mechanic he knows how to break your situation down, without using car jargon, in a way that a kindergartener could understand. Welcoming environment that invites you back without a spoken word.

Wes is very good at explaining what needs to be done and he really cares about the customers. Justin did an excellent job with fixing my car. Justin also cares about the customers. Excellent service.

Went to get my exhaust replacement (back of top cats) priced out on my Xterra and my jaw dropped when Wes told me the price. He then helped me source the parts on amazon and charged me just for installation, which saved me 60%. I used some of it to replace a seal and ball joints. The car is now running great. Wes was very transparent, helped with the costs, and genuinely seemed to want to help. Will def go back.

I brought my 2021 Honda civic 2 times so far and each time they did not disappoint. Very professional and will not have you sitting in the waiting area for hours. Definitely will be bring my car here from now on to get the job done.

Fantastic experience all around. Easily made an appointment and was greeted by a polite gentleman at the counter. They took me in right away and share the findings in an easy to understand digital inspection! The repairs were made and my vehicle was returned to me in better condition then I left it. Came in Initially for an oil change and to get my brakes inspected. Turns out, my front brakes were cooked and so was my wheel bearings. The repair bill was steep but the manager Wesley gave me a good deal with a 12 month financing option with my credit card, he also changed one of my rear wheel bearings at no extra cost. definitely recommend this shop ??

The gentlemen that helped me check in was very good. But when i got my car back it was worst then when i brought it. I also noticed the noise was way louder. Underneath my car u can see the pipe hanging n when i brought it was not hanging. Am sure you can see it on your cameras. I Def got my car back worst then what it was. A lil disappointed with that. I chose not to do my Repair there after i left n realized my car was worst.

Needed a new battery and the battery they wanted to put in my decade old car was for a luxury car. 700 for a battery and to install it. It was also 119 to give me coolant… instead I went to autozone and got the battery my car needed for 250, and then a few bottles of coolant for less than 50. I understand labor charges but those are ridiculous. They say they aren’t the cheapest but the most honest, and I’m a bit confused as to why they think that.

Had my vehicle towed in for not starting and was told the starter was bad by another mechanic. The service at Meineke was great, my car was in and assessed within an hour! The level of service and transparency on what was needed was top tier! It wasn’t my starter after all! Although, my repair was pricey, knowing the work was being completed by a reputable company and comes with a warranty gave me peace of mind. Not to mention EVERY time I called, someone answered and was patient enough to answer all my questions. I will be using them for service and would definitely recommend them!

they poured grease on the axle and also the lower control arm on the passenger side to make it look like something is wrong ,they also left it loose and very dangerous to drive , its a good thing i consulted a different mechanic for second opinion .

Been coming here for a few years. Good location. Clean environment. Staff has always been friendly. Meineke usually has a lot of deals going on, so be sure to ask the employee processing your bill if there’s any additional discount they can apply. Louis hooked me up with a discount I almost missed today. Would recommend.

Went here to remove my broken wheel stud and replace it. I bought my own stud and unfortunately I bought the wrong size and they suggested to order the oem one. Luckily dealership have it available so went back install it and didn’t charge me for another labor. Shoutout to mechanic Jean you the best. Never go to Tire and Auto repair shop on west side, they will hide everything from you if they did something wrong with your car.

Caught a 3 inch nail in my tire on my way to work. Thankfully I’m 5 mins down the street from this shop. Even with Rick Ross giving out giving out phones, causing chaos right outside the shop with swat team and a fire truck on site, they were still able to plug up my tire quick in under 20 mins. Quick and friendly service. 10/10 Free coffee in the waiting room

Manny and the team are spectacular. They went out of their way to make sure my concerns were addressed. Not only did they come pick up my car with their tow truck since my vehicle did not start. They also returned it back in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to everyone.

Great service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. As far as their prices go they are more than fair. Just picked up my vehicle for a custom exhaust upgrade and like the last time they did not disappoint! The gentleman's welding work was great and exceeded my expectations!
