Steven's Jersey City Ford Parts in Jersey City, NJ shows mixed feedback: strong access to OEM Ford parts and many mention friendly, professional staff, yet pricing and policies draw heat, and some cite aggressive maintenance upsells. Reviewers like that parts are often in stock, but complain of high prices, a steep return fee (~35%), scarce parking, and an understaffed counter causing long waits to order. No clear feedback on yard organization; ease of finding parts hinges on staff availability. Overall: 73/100—good inventory and service tone, but wait times and costs frustrate.
They will trick you to pay $600 for a scheduled maintenance. I went for a explanation and the Karen got very mad when I just politely pointed out it's not on Ford's schedule maintenance recommendation. Please avoid this dealership at all cost.
I had a very bad experience but I won't waste my time telling it definitively, if you need any original Ford spare parts and you have no other option, go to this place, they will have it, but the prices are crazy, too expensive, if they make a mistake and they give you the spare part that is not, they give you a refund and they discount 35% of the price you paid, basically you will always lose out if there is a mistake with it, What you are buying there is a Hispanic worker I don't remember his name very good worker excellent but unfortunately I think the policies of this place are too horrible in terms of return there is no parking in any way it is very difficult to park there
The Ford parts department needs more help the one guy at the counter absolutely no good poor guy needs more two hours to order one Part small switch on door
