Installed 4 new TPMS sensors here and paid almost $500. The tire pressure light never went off. I drove around for 30 minutes like they said, then highway speed, then for a full week — still on. I went back and they told me the guy was at lunch and to come back in an hour. I came back, waited 45 minutes, and nobody even acknowledged me. Then one guy finally said, “We don’t have time for that today, come back another day.” Seriously? You made me come back, let me sit there, and then say you don’t have time? A reset takes a few minutes. The place is very unprofessional — loud music, people running around, no organization. Last time they didn’t even set all my tires to the same air pressure. When you have a problem with the work they just did, they ignore you. If you care about quality service, stay away. I won’t be going back.

This place is very bad, starting with the cashier, and the outside workers, went there for a wheel alignment, and the services was very very bad, I don't recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here for a while to get my tires fixed whenever I catch a nail, and the guys in the back always do a great job, no complaints there. But whoever the cashier is needs to go. She has a very NASTY ATTITUDE. I asked her a simple question, and she responded with pure attitude for no reason. It’s honestly disgusting customer service. Because of her, I won’t be coming back again I’ll take my business somewhere that actually respects customers.

I’ve only used Marco’s for my tire needs. The service is fast and professional. The guys are respectful, and the owner really works with you on not just 1 new tire sale but on 4 new tire sales. They will remove nails and plug your tire faster than you can say “ Gracias”! It’s crazy …There is competition right next right next-door! I will wait for Marco’s service because he’s a small business man who cares about the quality of his work. They also offer a lot of other Auto repair services.

I had a great experience at the tire shop thanks to Vivian Crus! She is truly the best when it comes to customer service. Vivian was kind, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of smoothly. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and professional. She’s not only great at her job but also a wonderful person to interact with. Highly recommend asking for her if you stop by!

I got a blowout on the expressway, and after making my way to another place who did not have the tire size I needed, they directed me here. They immediately attended to me, and they did, in fact, have the tire needed for my car. The replacement was $60 cash with no tax. I was happy until the new tire I just got started to get a slow leak. I was 200 miles away from home and had to fill the tire with air about 5 times in order to make it home safely. I wasn't expecting much from a $60 tire, but I was expecting it to last for more than 3 hours. Overall, I was in and out quickly, and if it wasn't for these guys, i would have been stuck and would have had to have my car towed. 5 stars for the service.

THE GOOD: They got right to the repairing my flat when I pulled in. Charge was only $10. THE BAD: My tire was flat again in the morning. Negative vibes from the person who rang me up.

I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with [Mechanic Shop's marco tire Not only did they fail to complete the job I paid for, but they also managed to damage my car in the process. To make matters worse, they offered no warranty or compensation for the damage they caused. The staff's attitude was appalling; they were incredibly rude and dismissive when I raised concerns about the incomplete work and the damages incurred. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. Save yourself the headache and avoid this mechanic shop at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable places that value their customers and stand behind their work.

So my beloved tire mechanic shop was temporarily closed and I didn't know where to turn knowing how extremely hard it is to find a shop that is honest, cheap and does a great job. I decided to try this one since I only needed to plug up my leaking air tires. I go r and realize the customer service is terrible. No one greets u, there like 8 cars looking for help. I've I found someone what I received was pure laziness, they plugged up one row and I kept telling him the second one is leaving also and he kept telling me it's not cuz he couldn't find a visible nail like the 1st tire! I asked him to plz take it off and put it in water and they were trying to convince me that I need to go and see if it still has an issue cuz they were assuming it was all coming from the first tire. Then it was impossible to get him to take the money from me cuz they were just stuck taking about nonesense. Sure with I leave and a few days later the air is still leaking from one of them again and the one tie that got patched up by then they didn't even fill ban up to the air percentage is supposed to be on! 🤦‍♀️ This place has so much potential but it's just a wild running circus

They're good and fast, too many people goes there because they offer good service. They charge 40$ for a used 16" tire. They have all sizes used and new tires. They accept cash or card. Used tires are in good condition. Ask if you need balance before you leave. They charge 15$ each for balance. Overall they've good prices and good service.

Have to be careful with who you get service from, I have purchased 4 new tires 4 $500 in the past 8 months but yesterday I brought one that won't let the low pressure in the tire go off ,I drive in fear as the same person who always served me, lied & said I had to drive a while for the pressure to go up ,it's at 190 while the other3 are 240,& 250. It's the weekend, I'll try tomorrow and hopefully I can place a better point score for this place,& remember... everyone is just trying to get by. Which is still wrong if My tire bust & I must wait 2-3 hours for A.A.A.

First, they tried to over charge me for a tire (more than likely because I’m a female and I was by myself). Then proceeded to talk trash about me because I agreed to the original price but did not want to pay the “NEW” price that was stated. By the way, when they felt the need to gossip about me like a bunch of females, they said it in Spanish and assumed I couldn’t understand them because I’m Black…. The only professional staff member there was the lady at the desk.

Had a slow leak in my tire for a while, went there to see what was going on. While my husband and I sat in the car, they removed the object from the tire, patched it up and charged us so little!! We were there less that 10 min! Amazing service and staff!

I used to come here all the time and I used to refer all my friends and family here but never again. I stopped by recently to ask for a used tire. My car is a lease so I can't just slap on any brand tire, all the tires have to match when I bring it in. So when I asked them if they could call me if they come across a used tire that matched the other three, I got the nastiest attitude from what seems to be the new manager of the place and was told by him to buy a new tire if that's the brand that I wanted. Like seriously, my mistake for trying to keep loyal to a small business. I will absolutely stop coming here, this isn't the last tire shop in Jersey City.

Quickest service ever. I came in riding on a donut and before I even paid at the counter my car was ready. Good fair pricing and they checked my other tires' air pressure too.

Good guys, gets crowded sometimes so come early. Weekends of course gonna be busy at any good spot tho. Remember to tip, these dudes work hard!

I had a slow leak in my back right tire and my brother recommended to go here. These guys are good and found that I had 2 long nails in the tire. Provided a discounted price for the plug. I am grateful for there service.

Was very pleasantly surprised. Had 2 front wheels balanced, took about 12 mins. In and out. Immediately tested it on the highway, and the car rode smoothly, no more shaking at any speed. Professional job. This establishment earned 5 golden stars!

Good prices, and they're as fast as they can be. It gets very busy here so you have to speak up and let gem know what you need. Overall though they get the job done for a better price than the guy on west side.

This place is great, these guys know what they are doing. Plus young and fast, which I love. They get you in and out fast and prices are very affordable. I went here with a flat once and just came back with another issue in another tire, same quality and speed as the first time.
