I dropped my audi A6 at this mechanic shop. First the guy Franklin said me they are professionals but they are literally so unprofessional with German cars. They literally wasted my 3 weeks and were keep doing experiments with my car which made the car’s situation more worst and blown up the whole wiring of the car. The situation was totally different with the car which he was telling. I don’t suggest someone to get their German fixed from him.
I live very close to this place and I like to support local businesses when I can. I could’ve gone to one of the big chain auto shops, but I decided to give this establishment a shot. I brought my car in, baby girl in tow, for a standard oil change a little before 2pm. They said there was one car ahead of me and they would start on mine in about 30 minutes; no problem. They quoted me $150. I thought it was overpriced, but hey, I was supporting a local business. I left my car there and went home to feed my baby girl. After an hour, I texted to check in. They said it would be another 25 minutes; still no problem. I arrive 25 minutes later and they said it would be another 25 minutes! I timed the oil change to get done in between my baby’s naps. Well, now that these people seem to have zero regard for their customer’s time, my poor little girl was crying in the waiting room because she’s exhausted. I didn’t get my car until 4:40! That’s almost 3 hours for an oil change. They blamed it on some miscommunication regarding a filter or some thing. However, based on the MANY poor reviews, I have my doubts on that being the reason. My suggestion: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. From now on, I’ll think twice about giving a rundown sketchy local hole in the wall body shop my business.

Came in to get Air in a tire, luckily the customer service was great Franklin offered to check to see what was wrong with the tire and then blessed us by temporarily fixing the problem until we can completely replace the tire. He’s heaven sent

Broke down visiting NYC at 8PM on Saturday. Once I called Franklin, they sent a tow truck promptly, replaced my compressor, and I was back on the road Monday.
If you ever find yourself stranded in Jersey City, or near NYC, these are your people. They went above and beyond to make sure to communicate the issue and how long it was going to take, understanding that I am not from around the area and making sure I was aware of the situation every step of the way.
Horrible Horrible . I went to this shop because my car was making a noise while driving. One mechanic said it could be the alternator, but when I left, my car wouldn’t start. Another mechanic confirmed it was the alternator, so I purchased one from them. They installed it, but the noise got even worse. A month later, my car wouldn’t start again because the alternator they sold me turned out to be faulty. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional. They also couldn’t find my Honda rim logo after fixing my rim and placed it with a red one . This place will take your money for sure . I will never recommend this place and I will also make sure people don’t come here . The owners wife tried to argue with me as well
Very bad service. Franklin tells you that part will be available on Monday and ask me to bring the car back to the shop. After taking if in, he’ll double the price for the work and also inform that the part will be available after 4/5 days.
Have now had a couple experiences with Franklin, first with some new tie rods and then a standard oil change. Great service each time and no issues with the car, highly recommend!
My check engine light came on. Franklin and his team took care of my truck with a tune up. Also fixed things he found inside. I will recommend them to others. Good mechanic is hard to find these days.

Called em to ask if they'd check my car on Sunday, would have been totally fine if they couldn't, but they assured me they'd see me. Asked me to call them before I went over, so I did and they confirmed.
Ended up spending an hour in front of the shop. Kept getting texts that they were on the way but no one showed.
Picked the place cause there were so many great reviews on customer service, not sure how wasting my time is good customer service. Just tell me next time that you can't make an appointment...
Excellent service! Franklin came out to my dead RV - when no one else would even look at it even if I towed it to them. He diagnosed the problem in minutes and gerry rigged it so I could drive it to his shop- no tow needed! He bought the required parts for it on the way and fixed it immediately. He then checked all my systems to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive 5 hours home. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, explaining everything. His wife was lovely, inviting me inside to wait comfortably. And all this on a Saturday night! They are marvelous people.
SAVED MY LIFE!!!!!! only shop willing to open for me at 2/3 am. caught a flat right before the tunnel. one of my lug nuts was stripped and i had no tools. They were professional and with reason prices at 3 am. Going back for all my wheel and tires needs for sure !
I went to this tire shop on Tuesday morning with a puncture. My tire is good. I was also told that by the repair person who was very professional. He said it, however, could not be repaired based on where the puncture was. I bought a new tire and had it installed for $117. 29. He told me the tire would have a warranty. He did the job very fast, and the person who I paid sent a receipt via text. He told me that his boss would send the warranty in a little while. I did not see the email, and I called this morning. A man with a Hispanic accent proceeded to tell me that the receipt was my warranty. I told him the receipt is proof of purchase, and it doesn't say anything on it about warranty. Poor man does not understand as he tried to force it on me that the receipt is my warranty. I have nothing documented about their policies, so I have no idea if and when it may change. He said his supervisor would call me. I called back just now, and an ill mannered Hispanic, sounding girl answered, and I told her what the man was saying and that he was adamant that the receipt was my warranty. I never once told her about any other tire shops, she decides to tell me that every shop has their own rules and that she is trying to help me in a really rude tone. You girl at the shop, I should have left the shop when I paid my money with my warranty. That way I would not have to call and listen to you who sounded as though I interrupted your sleep, cannot understand and interpret the basic national language and to add insult to injury YOU HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME AND REFUSED TO ANSWER WHEN I CALLED BACK. Frankly, if I didn't have to wait for over 2 hrs at Mavis, this shop would not have seen me, because they tend to have people who don't have the skill set to communicate and deal with the public in a professional manner. She also asked if I was a new customer, and I told her yes. You would think that she would try to keep a customer coming back, even for other services. I guess that's above the girl's pay grade. Now, Mr. Owner, please send me my warranty and let me be done with you and your bundles over there. I must say that the Indian guy and the Spanish guy who did my tire were professional, though. That 1 star is for them. I see where the owner responded. On the receipt I received via text has nothing but the name of the business and how much I paid. It does not even state what services were rendered. That, however, is water under the bridge, as I had no intentions of returning to the patty shop that is being run by employees selling customers Unicorn meat. Btw, on closer inspection, my 2 year old tires looks better than the so called new one that was put on. Why was I told by the person who collected my money that the boss would send the email for the warranty? You are now here telling me some fine print BS! Go train your employees properly or is this a scam to procure business?
Owner is very honest and friendly. Staff is courteous. Waiting area is comfortable. The location is convenient and easy to find. I will definitely go back when my car needs services.
We arrived at midnight with a flat tire and they helped us immediately! The service was affordable, super fast, and very friendly. We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. I'm very happy they gave us service in the middle of the night when we needed it most. Highly recommend! Thanks again
This is a late review but I was here on the evening of May 7th and they did such a good job in minutes.
My driver side tyre had a tiny nail which caused it to deflate. While this may seem like a simple fix, it’s the attitude of wanting to fix and make sure I’m happy and drove safe - best customer experience.
I can't say enough about this shop and the people that work there. Had an issue with my vehicle and was gonna have a tough time getting home ( which is 4 hours away). They were the only shop open at 10pm on a Saturday night. I called and they said bring your car down, we'll get it done. You dont find that kind of service or people like that anymore. They went above and beyond, and got me back on the road in a safe vehicle. They are lifesavers. Did a great job on my vehicle and got it done quickly. They also stayed later than closing time. To sum it up great shop and even better people. Thank you so much.
Leaving reviews is rare for me however I must share my amazing experience. I am so pleased I was able to have my tires changed at 10 pm but it doesn’t stop there. The owners literally took the tire off their car to ensure my safety . I’m am beyond satisfied & grateful . 10/10
If I could give them a 1,000 stars I would they saved our whole weekend by fixing our tire when we were 15 mins away they waited for us even after their closing time! Amazingly helpful owners who helped me get back home safely late on a Saturday night! I went over a pothole and punctured my tire around 100 miles from home and was lucky to be in close vicinity of this wonderful auto shop! I arrived shortly before 9pm and the they were able to find me a replacement tire! Everything was done efficient with top notch service! Thank you!!!
Keeps saying wait outside. It’s 35 degrees outside. The work done speaks for itself. At least have the courtesy to put the weights on properly. Didn’t fix crack properly the first time saying I hit a bump and cracked it again in the same spot. Waited 2 hours+ for this job
