A wonderful experience for our 6 year old. It was time for an upgrade from her 27” deck to a full size and the only place we can think of that was local was Zumiez. The selection was overwhelming, talk about a kid in a candy store, and of course she wanted everything. We were able to find her an amazing Black Friday deal and even their non sale decks were reasonably priced. The associates were truly amazingly helpful, friendly and courteous ??
BEWARE! EMPLOYEES BODY SHAME CUSTOMERS!
So, my girlfriend went in for an interview long story short she didn’t get the job, but a friend of mine who is friends with someone who works there told us that as soon as she left they started body shaming and saying very inappropriate comments about her. How low can you be to work for a business and body shame people?? I will never step foot in there again.

This zumiez packs a punch! The variety of music is dope, one minute it’s Disney the next it’s rock. There is something for everyone, young, old, hype beast or average joe walking the mall. If they don’t have your size they offer free shipping to your house if you order in store. The staff is energetic, helpful and overall a great experience!

Love the Sales Associates attitudes, very engaging and helpful we talked about Anime and games while being helped. My daughter needed new bearings and axle nuts for her skates, they have a nice variety of graphic shirts that fit my taste too.
I love their clothes and they definitely have a wide variety of some really cool pieces but the staff is a little too friendly and pushy if you know what I mean

If I'm not mistaking the kid I dealt with was Isaac and he was awesome help and because of him I was able to find the vans that my daughter so desperately wanted for Christmas.
The Store is adjacent to a public eating area and the music is not only LOUD but riddled with offensive language and curse words. My kids certainly were distracted by it. Please make sure your music is family friendly. Thank you.
Yes this is a "kid's place" but the staff who work there were very helpful and professional. I came in right before closing and the guys there did not rush me whatsoever and made sure I was taken care of. They play some bangers too which keeps me abreast of music to which I would otherwise not be exposed from people in my age group.
