this guy sell chines part of scooters not original . I bought battery from him for 60$ he told me is good after one month the battery death.
also I change motocycle belt after 2 month got damages. so becarefull.
Today I visited for my scooter repair. I thought it was battery problem. They checked and told me it was control not working and not the battery. They took out the parts and checked it for free and gave me suggestions. Was real helpful! The owner is generous:)
So Terrible, my mother bought a iphone from this store couple months ago and this is her 4th time today bringing back that garbage phone they sold to her 1st problem was the screen wasn't working in the middle of the keyboard then 2nd the phone shut off wouldn't turn back on, 3rd the phone wasn't charging they said it was the battery got it changed gave her a new battery that wasn't a iPhone battery 4th time going back the phone stopped charging AGAIN within weeks. Honestly Bunch of ripoffs selling damaged phones just to make money. This store should be shut down!
I am a electric scooter owner. I came to this store for air pump for my E.Scooter tire.
Staff was a bit busy but the manager was helpful to assist me. It was a simple job for them and they assisted me well. Staff was friendly. Thank you!
The technician and owner were helpful in repairing phones and have a good understanding of phones. Their collection of phones accessories is also vast and nice.
My Hiboy S2 Pro electric scooter broke down right at the one-year mark because of a motor issue. The shop didn’t offer any warranty and at the time purchase, they gave me a sketchy, fake-looking receipt and a huge discount so they could later say I had no coverage. When the scooter died, they tried to charge me 3/4th of what I originally paid for the whole scooter to fix it, which is ridiculous.
What’s worse is that this wasn’t just me. All of my roommates who bought scooters from this same store had theirs fail around the exact same time. So clearly, something shady is going on.
If you’re an international student like me, be careful. This place preys on people like us. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this store.

Thaer was exceptional with helping us find great e-scooters. He had all the answers to a litany of questions and was able to suit our needs perfectly. This place also has every electronic gadget you could possibly need from phones to consoles to bikes/scooters plus they repair! Very glad we came across this shop!

The knowledge of the technician Santiago who works at this store makes a huge difference. A year and a half ago, my experience here was terrible, but I decided to come back out of necessity. Since then, I have brought my phone, my brother’s, my girlfriend’s, and last Sunday I came for my mother’s. I always leave satisfied with the technician’s work. I can say he is one of the best in Jersey City—very kind, honest, and efficient—the best employee this store has.
I had such a great experience at this store! They have a wide selection of electronics and bikes, and everything is well organized. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without rushing me. I left with exactly what I needed and felt confident in my purchase. Definitely my go-to spot for bikes and gadgets!

A few days ago, I had the unpleasant experience of witnessing the poor behavior of that store's manager. He's abusive to his employees; it's rude and unfair that he doesn't pay them for their work and keeps money that isn't his—it's theft. I once saw how explosive the manager was with a customer, but I didn't realize he was the same way with his employees. How abusive.

There used to be a motorcycle mechanic working here, but he wasn’t very good or honest. I visited the store again at the end of June, and the new mechanics have been much more efficient in their work. So far, the repair they did for me hasn’t failed. Great job, guys!
And the young customer service employee—wow, he has charisma and really knows how to attend to customers. He goes from side to side, helping in the front, in the back, repairing phones; he’s very agile.. I saw many people appreciating his warmth and attention.

So I had this bike I had trouble riding soo its just trun it off then I came here so they can fix it for me but still had problems but then to this day they made me happy for the new bike they give for free because the other one wasn't good because on and off& i buy it new new so I only ride the old bike for 6 days had problems but I have a new one thanks to them I can go to work and school amazing experience I had?

I cannot express how happy I am for finding this place on Friday August 15th. I have a mobility scooter and one of my tires was flat first I call and they said bring it in! Jesus looked at the tire and said I can fix it, and he did and check the rest of the tires, he was so kind and considered and treated me with compassion! Not only that, they gifted me with the job they did! I was very emotional with their kindness! I was treated so well! I brought a phone case and he put a protection shield on it as a gift to me! I highly recommend them, they were very helpful and the store offers many items! Please visit them you will not be disappointed!

And got my inner tube and tyre got changed with reasonable price and after installing it was damaged again dont know how,
But the owner was quite good he exchange the tube at no extra cost.
I like the quick service and replaced tube at FOC.
There are various kinds of e scooters and bike i liked it, apart from scooters they have mobiles and mobile accessories and ebike parts.
