Very good McDonalds with really delicious food. It was so delicious that I ate 15,000 kilocalories in a day.

McDonald’s is usually pretty okay at best. Went here with my wife and was extremely impressed with the crew here. We ordered our food (waited 5 minutes for it) and went upstairs to a small place to eat. As we ate I watched the crew here take pride in their work. Everything is cleaned after every order. Very very impressed.

Someone is always trying to hold the door open for you for money! Its fast food. Now from my personal experience lunch there taste better.

This is one of the better McDonald’s locations around Jersey City. It stands out with its two-floor layout, allowing you to dine upstairs and relax. The food quality is great, and the service is impressively fast.

This place wasn't even crowded yet it took damn near a half an hour for them to even try to serve me because the menu system was down and when I did finally receive my fries they were cold still and tasteless

I've eaten at many Mc Donald's but I have never been to one where the food is so sloppy and greasy. The presentation was just slapped together and I had to assemble it myself.

It is very small and tables are dirty. Comparing to McDonald’s Europe taste is very average. In the chicken nuggets you hardly find chicken inside!

Its a good. McDonald's in most location haveva hard time delivering food hot on a consistent basis. I think they may have lost sight of what is important. Time vs quality

This is where all of my previous orders were messed up. Wherever I placed my order, both in store and online/delivery, there would be something missing, poorly packaged, or leaking (sauce and drinks). It’s a wonder that happens every single time. At least from my experience so far.

I would give this McDonalds a higher rating but it's very frustrating that as a disabled person, I am not able to eat inside this restaurant. All the tables are located upstairs! They used to have 1 small table downstairs but they took it out. I won't be back because it is going to be too cold to sit outside to eat!

I spent my entire childhood more or less getting a big Mac meal for free with their buy one get one coupons when I was with my dad. Nowadays I crave it when I'm drunk and ever since, it always seems to disappoint me. Every. Time. I don't know how - the bar for a drunkard craving fast food should be pretty low but the food is somehow worse than what my inebriated self imagines. It's like the price is on par with fast casual while also being worse than other burger options out there. Chicken nuggets are dry and flavorless. The only thing good might be the apple pies. This location at least was fast and prompt with delivery. Security guard glaring you down wasn't welcome but understandable.

The Big Mac should be called the Mc Slider, the portions are getting microscopic. Overall the food is decent. The service is good. Be careful, sketchy customers frequent the place. Overall a good fast food place.

This is the medium vs large now. Usually my mobile app order will start packaging when I arrive. Today it is packed in shelf already when I arrived. The fries are not crispy any more. This store changed

Place has very few tables and only one restroom. And the restroom is locked, yet the indication on the lock is 'vacant'. I waited thinking there was someone inside. Much later a fellow customer informed me to go to get the keys from the counter. At the counter, the lady said the restroom is not working. There is no water!! If that is the case, why can't they put a sign to say it's spoilt. Actually, I just want to wash my hands. They could have a basin at the level where there were 5 tables.

Ordered the fish special, two for $6. Good deal. They put only half a cheese on it so I ordered extra cheese. Guess what? They added half a piece of cheese. Wonder if I was charged for a full piece or half of one!

Been going here for years. It seems to be the same management team in the mornings. Foods always good. Bathroom clean. The issue is, first of all the seating area is hot. Over 80° hot in the winter with the heat blasting that you are sweating bullets eating. That is if you're lucky enough to get a seat. The 4 or 5 tables are usually occupied a single older, possibly migrant men drinking a coffee and just sitting there for who knows how long.

I went to this location just tonight and bought a box of cookies. I got home and ALLLLLLLLL Of them were mashed up and just rammed into the box. Tried to get ice cream, a sundae, a McFlurry, can't bc it was ALLLLLLLLL "sold out". But when you asked the cashier she said, "the machine is broken". I absolutely cannot stand this location, they're one of THE WORST Mc Donalds. Best thing about them is their new security guard. He was friendly, helpful and alert and doing his job unlike their usual slow and fat guard who's always on his phone. Do not spend your money here.

We went with my sister to get coffee, ordered, the order number was 639. We stood waiting, after 7-10 minutes of waiting, we began to think that they had forgotten about us. And there was no one at the coffee counter. And the order 642 was already ready, we realized that they had forgotten about us. We came up and asked where our order was, she started flipping through, and realized that she had missed it. We thought that this happens, but only after 3-4 minutes they started making coffee. They gave it to us, but only one, we say we have two. The cashier says to wait a minute, we was waiting, and we saw that no one is working on our coffee. We realized that we were simply being ignored. As a result, we were already late, and we had to leave with one coffee, terrible service, we were enchanted. The coffee wasn't bad.

Fast and tasty, a bit on the pricey side but not bad. Pretty similar to every McDonald's. Tried their "Grand McExtreme Bacon Burger" since it sounded awesome and it honestly was pretty awesome

This place needs some updates, but it’s definitely a serviceable McDonald’s. The place is tiny so there’s no seating on the first floor, and very limited seating on the second floor. They’re reasonably fast most of the time, I typically use the mobile app and I say “I’m here” typically when I’m across Columbus and it’s ready within a minute or two of walking in the door.

Don't know why anyone would be bored enough to write a review for a McDonald lol. But seriously, this is the place where you can go at 2am near the neighborhood and you would see all kinds of interesting people there from work, bar, cinema and the staff would serve everyone with fresh hot food and coke with ice. It's nice to have such a place near your home.

Downstairs looks modern and has the expected features of a McDonalds except the space. There’s no seating or even standing room downstairs. The lines for ordering and pickup easily take over the space. There’s a small seating area upstairs.. it looks in need of redecorating, and is a bit cozy, but I can probably accommodate 29-25 people or so. Food and service is good. Honestly the major drawback is ergonomics and space.

THIS IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS, DESPITE WHAT GOOGLE MAPS SAYS AND NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I SUBMIT A CORRECTION!! Edit: it looks like they've updated this. I'm leaving this up because I've seen it reverted in the past. EDIT 2: It looks like the hours were reverted again. Let me reiterate - THIS MCDONALDS IS STILL NOT OPEN 24 HOURS DESPITE WHAT THE HOURS ABOVE SAY Edit 3: Hours reverted again. THIS STILL IS NOT A 24 HOUR LOCATON!

Unless McDonald’s changed their signature golden, crispy nuggets.... this place does not sell them. This has to be some back of the freezer, been sitting there for years, tasteless, sad excuse for nuggets I’ve ever eaten.
