This FedEx location was incredibly helpful to my wife and I as we had a lot of materials to print for our wedding. Marcus and the team were friendly and professional as they made sure everything we needed was taken care of.

It is downtown, so expect a “busy city” customer service but overall my experience was good. Would recommend.

One of the worst staff and one of manager took my packet and lost my passport I have to escalate to find it back, and many times the printer is out of service try to avoid going to this store

Traumatizing experience at this location… I had my package well prepared, all packed and ready for label, i even researched the available options and knew the shipping price options and delivery date, but the staff member here told me that choice wasn’t available and insisted I pay for a much more expensive option. This made me feel extremely pressured, as if I had no choice but to accept their version. They told me to get the package delivered on the date I want will cost $90, while the estimate I got online was $40 by Ground shipping. They told me they don’t have the ground shipping option and i need to create a label myself online. But FedEx website obviously has a lot problems, I spent a lot time but many buttons unclickable and I couldn’t get a label downloaded. Then another employee checked the shipping options again, and were able to select the regular ground shipping service without any issue. The first staff member had either made a mistake or misled me. The ground shipping cost less than 40 instead of 90 and the package can be delivered on the date I want. What the staff did was mind control. They were misleading and created unnecessary stress. It left me with the impression of being manipulated into overpaying, when in fact I had other options all along. There was another time that I shipped another package here and the staff refused to put a fragile label for me, while I never had issue with it at any other FedEx location. Be very ware. I have seen all the negative reviews before I come here thought I would be ok if I prepared well. But what they do is totally manipulative. I would avoid this location.

Awful! I’ve taken in 3 packages in FedEx boxes only to be told it’s not the correct t FedEx box—buy one off the shelf and repack. It’s ridiculous considering most boxes received on their shelves are used Amazon boxes. UPS better hands down.

I was assisted by Sam and she dispelled every negative review ever written. She was kind, friendly, compassionate [I am disbled] and she was extremely helpful. Sam made my experience pleasant and enjoyable. Thank you FED EX for hiring Sam. She's an asset to your location. KWSM.

These people are thieves. Returned a phone using FedEx via Apples' return system and Fedex claims that the box was empty when I handed it in which is absolute b.s. Now I'm int he middle of an investigation with Apple and FedEx and FedEx is trying to push this back on me, the customer, when it's obvious that one of their employees stole the damn phone. Ridiculous. Do not go here.

I went in last week to get a couple of things done. Juan was very helpful in guiding me through all the processes - setting me up at a workstation, taking my documents and packaging it properly. Was done in 10 min, when I thought it would take a lot more. Thank you!

Lei is seriously scamming. She didn’t have any box for the small box (necklace) i was returning so suggested a bag for $2 in oppose to the ‘electronic box for $8. Sounded like id be saving money. She then goes she’ll bubble wrap it since it’s fragile. Did it and closed up my package. Afterwards she charges me $9 for bubble wrapping it….again a tiny square jewelry box. Ended up spending more. Terrible experience. Does extra tape to close package and then tells 2 other customers they need to buy tape. She’s out here scamming for dollars - and just makes a bad business model

Sad that only a few bad employees/management can cause such an important place to be basically unusable. Please don’t go to this fedex take the extra time to travel somewhere else to get your packing, shipping, or printing done. They will yell at you and strongly encourage you to not do anything with them so don’t waste your time or money.

I went to drop off a larger package with the shipping label already printed. A nice Asian American woman with glasses helped me out making the process fast and easy. She even helped me write fragile on the package making it safer.

I don't understand all the bad reviews. The staff was perfectly friendly and efficient when I was there. Had to send a return and the staff helped me print the label and mail it without an issue. I was in and out in just a few minutes.

I call cap on every negative review here. I've been here several times. I've accomplished tasks from printing banners, folding, faxing and mailing. I've only been disappointed with two jobs which had to be sent out to another office - and was refunded. They weren't rude to me in any transaction. Some of their customers come in with a "serve me" attitude which is probably why they wrote the reviews they did. Most of these people are judging the policies of FedEx which is not under this stores control.

Ordered a 36x48 poster through Fedex.com for printing at this store. Hours later a hostile, nasty employee called to say they don't have, and won't get, the material to print the poster. She said they could print a 24x36 version but the price would be the same. If we were unhappy with that, we could call Fedex.com. Smaller poster, same price or go pound sand. She also didn't note that you can't simply take a print file formatted for 36x48 and downsize it. A 36x48 poster has an aspect ratio of 1.33, a 24x36 poster has an aspect ratio of 1.5. Simply smashing the larger poster into the smaller size will result in distortion or large unprinted areas. This is the challenge with urban hiring. So many of the available employees lack any customer service skills and feel put out to have to set down their mobile devices long enough to take care of customers. Employers clearly don't care to train them. This situation could have been resolved in a way that left the customer feeling taken care of. It's understandable a place might lack certain supplies. Explaining the alternatives, noting the challenges with aspect ratio, adjusting the price accordingly, or offering to handle the cancellation are all easy fixes.

If I could give zero stars I would. I provided delivery instructions, but they kept showing up at the same time when no one is home. Maybe if a package does require a signature, showing up at 1pm on a week day won't yield the desired results. They sent my stuff back, and when I tried calling to reschedule or hold my delivery at a location, they said it was halfway across the country despite their message stating they would try again the next day. What is the point of having "customer service" if all they do is provide the tracking number. Is there no other function they have? Useless is an understatement.

Employees stand around chatting and staring at their nails during the busiest time at noon. Everything is self service here don't expect support. Whole point of creating your own labels and packaging at home is to make things easier but these employees are so lazy they tell you too scan your own confirmation of drop off receipts...

NEVER GO HERE! The female employees who worked didn't even say their names because they knew they were being rude. They are lazy and have no regard for their jobs. Tried to cancel a payment, and they double charged me. I've been here a dozen times in the past. A whole new crew, rude, disrespectful, and absolutely cold people working here. No respect, no class, and no regard for compassion. The worst attitudes and the worst service ever, never going back

My experience has not always been great in the past. Today was pleasant and helpful therefore prompting me to leave a review. Tatiana gets 5 stars from me, thanks for your help, you keep doing you. The person helping me with my package was swift as well, though I didn’t get her name. I deducted a star for past experiences. Hopefully going forward will get continued great service.

"Get rid of Diamond" Dealing with my own needs were great. Shipping was fast an easy the, person who helped me was great. He immediately addressed me as I approached the counter and we got what I needed for my company shipping done fast. It was another woman (I believe her name was Diamond) that made my visit distasteful. The way she was speaking to the other employees was actually disgusting... In today's workforce letting someone get away with speaking to other employees like that is a joke. She was yelling at the workers like she was the GM of the store demanding them to do some task as she walked out. I dont know if she's a manager, but she should never have an opportunity to hold any position managing people. If I worked at that store and got spoke to like that from a fellow employee and no one addressed it, I would quit. Here's some advice get rid of that woman because based on the facial expressions of the rest of your employees they're working in a hostile environment when that Diamond woman is around and you may find yourself with very high attrition. As a customer if she directly had anything to do with me I would have walked out.
