Unfortunately I found that this store mainly sells new items that feel like fast fashion. I would not categorize this as a vintage shop. Also shopkeeper was speaking with a customer when I entered, but didn’t acknowledge my presence or look at me the whole time I perused, which felt a bit awkward. It was a clean and pretty looking shop, and I’m sure there’s plenty here for others, but I was a bit confused.

I stumbled upon this store during The All About Downtown Street Fair in Jersey City. This store is super cute but it is pretty pricey. I spent $60 on a Nicole Concho Link Belt and $138.60 on a Hidden Jeans Devon Classic Denim Trench Coat - Dark Wash. I did end up doing a price comparison to see if these items were available elsewhere to determine if they were overpriced. I did find the same exact belt on two different online stores and they were both priced at $60. As for the Denim Trench Coat the price was originally $154 but it was 10% off for the coat which made the coat $138.60. I found the same exact coat on Nordstrom for $135 so the price is comparable after the discount but without discount it would have been $154. Overall the service was good. The woman cashier who was working that day was super friendly and allowed me to try on things I wanted to purchase. They do have two fitting rooms available for easy try ons. The store is on the smaller size so it can get cramped if there's a lot of people in the store. Overall, if you are in the downtown area of Jersey City, I would say this shop is worth checking out. But be advised you will need your $$$.

I came in looking for a last minute dress for a wedding and the owner was incredibly attentive to what I was looking for, my body type and style. Great selection and great service, I will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful store with lots of amazing vintage and contemporary pieces. The owner is very sweet and let my dog come in. Beautiful designer pieces too. A bit on the pricier side, but you’re paying for designer vintage and supporting a local female owned business so ya can’t go wrong! They have discounts on their Etsy & instagram too, so make sure to check those.

Mint Market is a hidden gem with an incredible selection of vintage clothing. Valerie, the owner, is an absolute delight! Her warm and friendly nature makes every visit special. The curated collection is lovely, with unique and stylish pieces that you won’t find anywhere else. Valerie's passion for fashion and her personal touch make shopping here a wonderful experience. Highly recommend visiting Min Market!

(IMO) Not a great selection of stuff. Pretty over priced even for the area. Customer Service is rude and one of the managers is lowkey condescending. Two stars is generous. Sorry “Babes” Updating my review - Your response was as tacky as your selection. Btw We always brought “good vibez” but as people can tell by your response, your store and employees brings bad vibez and snark. Nothing derogatory about my review babes just honest. Hope you have the day you deserve love. Don’t be flattered. Out of all the shopping we did around Christmas your store was so bad I gave it a review. Your assumptions and nasty response lowered your review. I didn’t do anything to create a negative environment or make anyone uncomfortable. I don’t understand the dig at Zara or Newport Mall. Please check yourself because Mint Market really isn’t better than anything at the mall or in the JC/Hoboken area. So I’ll be clear with my experience: In my opinion, you don’t have a great selection and it’s overpriced. Your management and workers are condescending and rude. I’m not interested in going back and forth. I’ll allow you to have the last word if you want. Hopefully people see how nasty management is from your review. Shop elsewhere!

Came here with some friends and Caitlyn helped us. She helped my girlfriend pick out some rings and she was super friendly the whole time. Will definitely come back here in the future for some nice vintage.

Thought this was a vintage store, but a lot of the clothes here are not vintage and have a Y2K fast fashion vibe to it. Not necessarily a bad thing, just not my style.

This vintage shop was my first stop when i wanted to check out the vintage items in the neighborhood and was one of my favorites. It's a charming shop with both true vintage pieces and a bunch of newer labels with vintage -styled clothes. They also have some handbags and other accessories, like jewelry. Clothes are mostly 70s-90s era, with a few 50s-60s pieces. Everything was in good condition, clean and ready to wear. What makes this place special from the other vintage stores in the area is that they have a clearance rack. I saw a lot listed at $10, and there were some real gems in the rack for only a bit more. I was in and out in about 30 min because i only searched through the vintage items, but I came away with a cute 90s sweater and true vintage 60s coat with the cutest black velvet accents for only about $40. Also really nice customer service. If you're checking out vintage in the area, this is a MUST.

Get a true boutique shop experience. This is a very high quality store. They have a lovely mix of new items as well as some thrifted beauties, including handbags. This is the nyc metro area's best kept secret. ?

I’ve been here many times and I love all their selection of clothes, but today I had to set the time aside and write this review because Veronica truly went above and beyond. You can tell she really cares about her customers and will go the extra mile to make sure the person gets exactly what they’re looking for. I was looking for a last minute outfit for dinner and she provided great choices and was super attentive. There were a pair of Chelsea boots that I really liked and they didn’t have my size so she contacted the Hoboken location right away and they dropped it off within 20 minutes at the Jersey City location. I recommend coming to Mint to find things that are trendy and unique. Veronica was amazing and any time I go to the store everyone is very nice as well and will help you with anything you need.

Amazing stuff! They have everything from skirts and sequin jackets to a demin bar!! Mint market is a must!

Love the customer service. Love how I’m greeted with “hey babe”. Makes me feel like I’m apart of a sisterly friendship. Also the clothes are a bit pricey but it’s worth it. You find some rare gems in there. Fit for any style. Which is great because I love goth/punk look and I find good stuff in there for my style. They also have good sale section. I love this place. ?

I go to this place on the regs. Absolutely love this place. Variety of clothes, shoes, and trendy material. They have AWESOME mink fur vests and coats and conveniently sell a few authentic QUAY sunglasses. ❤ (and it smells really nice there too lol)

I have been here many times. Great little vintage shop with new and old items. The prices are great. Lots of clothing and jewellery to choose from.
