Terrible customer service when I questioned the price just simply inserting that I normally don’t pay any more than a set price. He got very disrespectful and said then go over there. Terrible customer service would not recommend, they tried to rip me off on the prices.
While attempting to drive to NY we fell victim to the NJ roads with a nail in the tire. We drove to Twins Tires on a whim and couldn't have asked for better service and a nicer gentleman! Not only did he fix the tire within 10 minutes, he let me know when the traffic was clear and safe to exit his lot. (I hope not) but would use him again if I find myself in the same situation in Jersey City! Thank you, thank you!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Dropped in to check my rear tire, thought I needed a new one. The guy checked and said no need to replace. 15 mins later and $20 I had my tire repaired good to go. What a honest and kind person. Definitely would recommend to everyone. But like many other reviews said, it’s easy to miss the entrance. Make sure you slow down once you see a Fuel 4 gas station, otherwise you have to take a LONG detour to get back.
First time in my life - positive experience with the car related issues. Owner was very nice and fixed my problem within 30 minutes (changed two tires).
Came there 3 mins before they was about to close . Help me out tremendously. Owner recommended me to get a used tire because the previous one I had was balding and suggested that I change the tire completely. Truly respect his honesty . And I found out they sell cars too. The owner and his worker was just the nicest . I’ll go back for sure . Thanks for helping me last minute.
On the 1-9 and heard loud thumping. We knew we had either a flat or something in the tire and sure enough a huge bolt. We googled because there's a lot of places in the area but Twins had best review. They took us right away. Older man was so nice. It cost $30 - (other reviewer said theirs was $16??) Regardless, it was fast and so far tire has held up on our drive on highway home.
Referred here from Zayden’s Auto body, and was SO pleasantly surprised! Uncle had a replacement tire for me, and was climbing the stacks of tires and looking for the one in the best condition! Service was friendly and efficient. OH! And inexpensive!! Would go back in a heart-beat!! Just don’t miss the entrance!

I decided to try out this place because I needed to rotate tires and replace a TPMS sensor on my vehicle. It's located on Tonnele Ave with a relatively small lot, so parking was a bit challenging. However, the service was excellent, the owner was friendly, and the price was fair. Of course, if you're looking for a dealership experience with a nice waiting room and free snacks, this might not be the place for you. But if you need simple services like patching tires, getting new or used tires, this is the place to go. Oh they have cars for sale too!
Quick fast pro. Went in for a flat tire replacement and it was in and out within 15 minutes. The technician was very professional and helpful in identifying the issue and resolve it. Found the reason for flat tire, repaired it and replaced it. Very reasonable price. Overall a perfect service and the place to go for tire issues.
Fair and fast. The best deal around with friendly service. Trustworthy and honest. Just don’t miss the turn going 65 mph off the one way highway! Man I hate NJ lol
You can tell they care. Professional service and reasonable pricing. Had a bad valve but because the technician doubled checked the tire, also found a nail. Double whammy fixed.

Just went today for my Camry’s back left tire and these guys are fantastic! The younger guy was prompt and honest. Prices are on the board so they don’t try to sell you anything just honest, hardworking and top notch service. Amazing experience!!
Highly recommend this place 10/10 if you ever have any tire issues!! Manny (the owner) is super honest and is not in the business just to make a quick buck off customers. I had a small hole in one of my tires and he could have easily just told me get a used tire (which by the way they offer at solid prices) but instead he told me all I really needed was a patch, and it worked like magic. As first impressions are still everything to me, Manny already understood this with his superb customer service that he demonstrated. Needless to say, I will always be going to Manny’s business first for anything and everything related to future tire issues I come across. Thank you Manny!!!!!!!
I visited the shop earlier this week to have a flat tire repaired. The guys were very prompt and got me in and out within five minutes.
Firestone in JC tried to charge me close to $300 for a new tire because they said the tire was “unfixable”. Glad to see that there are still honest shops out there not trying to take advantage of folks.
Manny was extremely friendly and efficient in helping out with my flat tire. I drive a Tesla and it was not easy to find a tire shop that could help me. However I was delighted with how fast and efficient the service was here.

So I’ve been riding a spare for about a week. (I know, no good). I finally got paid and was able to order tires from a website. I took the tires and called around asking if anyone could put them on ASAP. I called twin tires and the guy was super nice and said absolutely, to just come by, no appointment needed. So I’m like great I’ll go after work since they’re open til 7pm (which is freakin great because everywhere else closed early) I got there and there was a little wait because of two cars in front of me. Once it was my turn the guy kept apologizing for the wait which I told him was no problem. He put my new tires on, rotated my tires, and balanced them. AND IT WAS UNDER $50. so not only I got all this done in a timely manner, but I didn’t break my limited bank. I can’t thank these guys enough for busting hump in 90° weather. My car feels better than ever!!! Thank you twin tires for the awesome service!! You have my loyalty for life!
