Worst McDonald’s in Jersey. Staff is terrible and I got food poisoning from the burger. To make matters worse the fries were cold and my icee was served as melted sugar water
ive always went over here while my classes from college are down, Ive never had any problems with people they're always nice to me in which other places to be doing
the food are always hot recommend to come here
They call your number/name and walk away. Then I’m standing there 10+ mins so I can get my order. Has happened often. The only McDonald’s near me, otherwise I wouldn’t bother coming here.
Ivy ,Hellen and Rania they are a wonderful team everything came out nice quick hot food is delicious but most of all Ivy's smile and energy is amazing ?? I would really come back as long as these girls are in the front they make an awesome team friendly smiles they greet you wonderful team can't say anything bad about them Good job girls
I ordered a large frie and a holiday pie . I waited 20 mins and my Uber took 20 mins only fries was ready and wanted me to wait an e tra 5 mins for the pie. That's just unacceptable. They need to do way better.
When I got there my order was not ready which was place 40 mins before. Upon asking nobody cared to work on there order. Just kept me waiting for another hour. Manager is also not capable of handling situations. Did not apologized or offered solution. Sad this was our favorite spot fr McDonald. Please train yr staff to take care of the customers. Finally got my food after 2 hrs.
Waited 10 minutes for my order. They just canceled it and still charged me. Waste of time. Terrible customers handling. Ig you can’t do orders, don’t accept them. If you cancel, tell me you have canceled their order to look somewhere else. I took 5 mins going theough your menu to choose.. waste of energy
This is the best McDonald's I've ever been to. It was spotless, and all the food was piping hot. The tables and floors were incredibly clean. It's clear there's a team here who want to do their job perfectly.
If i can give this place 0 stars i would. First and foremost i don't even eat McDonald’s i went to use the bathroom in which i had to buy something to use. After i purchased an item Lucy the employee was speaking in Spanish in which i understood complaining and giving attitude because she had just cleaned it and decided it was closed. Very bad customer service. Keep the bad energy outside of the work place. How is this place 24/7 but the bathroom supposable closes at 10?
They said 24 hours open. The rest room closed at 10 pm. What the … Bad employee and service for dayly customers. And one same size coffee with one cream is always different color! They don’t understand one cream isn’t it???
Nightmarishly rude staff. An elderly woman behind the counter began full-on screaming at me when I attempted to pick my order and would not stop acting aggressive, and then gave me a small shake instead of a large. I cut my battles and walked out because the similarly crazy-lloking security guard looked like a mall cop itching to shoot someone. Stay away at all costs

The lemonade didn’t have the lid on, and there was even a packet of ketchup floating in it, which was really disgusting.?
The fries in my order were only about half full.?
I want to know which employee prepared this order. This is really unacceptable, and I expect this to be addressed right away.
Bad experience. This McDonald’s branch was terrible. I ordered a 6 pieces mcnuggets and only got 4 in the box. The Bigmac looked sad as hell. The large fries were half full. The customer shouldn’t have to open the boxes to check for quality every single time they visit this branch. Moreover, the lady at the cashier had a lot of attitude and looked mad while giving me my order. Overall, negative vibes and sad food compared to the other branches.
No spoke English , ignoring customer needs like ice in drinks or ketchup in the bag. And the big foul Not helping customers get the keys to the restroom in the restaurant. HOSPITALLITY SHOULD BE FIRST BUT ITS NOT AT THIS MCDONALD'S IN JERSEY CITY.
Every time I order from this location in Door Dash, they always forget either straws, sauces, syrups, or all of the above which honestly can just ruin the whole order. I don’t care for the nuggets unless I have the sweet and sour sauce so I feel like I just wasted money every time they forget the sauce, which is EVERY TIME!!!!!
I've asked for napkins, ketchup and cutlery for my order, but the person was like do you really need them, what you're gonna do with them, it was so embarrassing with such behavior in front of so many people, I never expected such a worse service, people do have respect wherever they go outside, but this guy's don't even have some. Definitely not coming again.
Ordered the Filet-O-Fish. Had a good deal, two for $7.00. I was surprised. Last time I was here, over a year ago, it was around $7 for one
It arrived quickly. It was warm but I think it could've used another minute to cook. Good amount of sauce and, get this, a Whole Piece of Cheese. I remember when they were serving it with Half a piece of cheese. It was pretty simple. Would probably order it again. Maybe not here with people coming in just to hang out.
The service was incredibly fast, and the fries were super fresh. I tried coffee here for the first time, and it was amazing. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. Great value for money. Highly recommended!
I'm not a big fan of fast food, but McDonalds has been having some wicked deals lately. So, I figured I'd try it out again after years of avoiding it at my local McDonald's in Journal Square.
This location happened to be recently renovated. So, it looks more modern than before and even has a takeout window at the entrance now for late-night orders.
There is ample seating in front and the registers, pickup area, and self-service kiosks are far in the back. I ordered two times during a week and got a double cheese burger promo then a Big Mac promo with a $5 chicken sandwich combo with nuggets.
When it comes to taste, everything tasted mediocre and not very fresh - like it was all precooked, sitting in the bin, and just reheated to serve. All the chicken dishes were either dried out or overcooked. The Big Mac was ok. And, I disliked the Sprite soda. It tasted like it was made with lightly carbonated tap water and sweet syrup - not Sprite.
I did notice an element of poor and homeless people still hanging out here. So, don't be surprised if you see a few or smell a few. With that said, they dont clean the tables often either. So, it's best not to dine in, or something may ruin your appetite.
Perhaps it's been too long or now I have had much better fast food and burgers. But, I thought McDonald's tasted better. Although the price fits the taste, I'd only grab this again if I want cheap grub fast. And I definitely wouldn't dine in at this location.
The worst service ever, they always have the habit of missing things from your order, I ordered a hamburger with bacon and it didn't come with bacon, paying extra money for the bacon and they didn't put the bacon in, the same thing always happens, another thing is the frappe machine is disgusting, the other day the employees found cockroaches, the worst McDonalds ???
I had a terrible experience at this McDonald's. I ordered for dine-in and waited for 30 minutes, but my food never arrived. When I asked at the counter, they said they don’t do dine-in. However, I noticed them serving other customers who came after me. This felt like discrimination. On top of that, they didn’t clean the tables or leftover stuff for a long time, making the place look really dirty. Not coming back.
Just recently left the store.. I don’t know who made the order and if they were rushing because of the amount of people in the restaurant but both of the burgers I ordered were raw and not fully cooked. I just need them to take their time. I never had a issue going to this place but I guess around this time they just got nervous because of the amount of people that was there and the orders.
Its 24x7 restaurant so u can satisfy your hunger anytime. Staff is good. Its bigger than most of Macdonald I have ever seen. Have lots of place to sit around. But its always dirty tables they never clean tables been here many times never found clean tables.
