Hate to say it but honestly I was very disappointed with an occurrence I had at this dealership. I was looking for a used Acura TLX and noticed online just what I as looking for a white car with light interior trim . Excited I contacted the dealership to see how f available and it was . Excited to go look and test drive so called the next morning to ensure it was still available… sales dept took my call and yes still available verified . I had Made appointment day before for 10:30 so head that way “ready to deal”. I get there and was approached by a very nice guy his name was Edwin . Sat in office and went over all the pros like new tires , newer brakes only 2 owners and so on . Now let’s get to business and talked numbers . Unbeknownst to Edwin and I the night before it had a deposit on it and signing papers that day . Disappointed I left unhappy and went to next stop in south county and bought an Acura at a different dealership (not Acura ) I received an email next day asking if I would consider any other type car ? No ! Very long story short double and triple check before you head that way I drove from Chesterton to South County on a very rainy day to leave empty handed .

After some initial hiccups, we got a deal done. Had really great experience with Edwin, Justin and Dan! Nice people to work with. Recommend to get your Acura from here.

Sales team will tell you whatever you want hear to get you in the door to buy a vehicle. Was lied to about what they were selling me, And the sticker price that was supposed to be reduced did not happen. After purchasing the vehicle with an extended warranty. I have had it now for four months and it broke down with a part that was evidently broken when I bought the vehicle. It was not covered under warranty, but caused other parts that were under warranty to also be damaged. The third-party warranty company wouldn’t cover the damage so the dealer quoted me A rather large amount to fix the vehicle. I denied the work so they stuck me with another large bill just for inspecting the vehicle. Everyone has been rude to me and both departments on the service side and sales. They held my vehicle for almost 2 weeks saying they were waiting on responses or parts or anybody else but themselves. When I went to pick up the vehicle, there were grease stains in my seats from the service department. And greasy fingerprints on my doors. I would strongly advise anybody from shopping here worst experience ever and I’ve bought multiple vehicles from dealerships.

I had an excellent experience at Frank Leta and was able to get the exact car I wanted! I was helped by Edwin Sekic there and he took time to explain everything accurately and quickly. He even passed my wife's interrogation questions! I highly recommend this dealer and if your a Acura fan you must come in and see the amazing NSX Collection they have!!!! Thank you Frank Leta and thank you Edwin.

We bought our truck in October 2025 at FLA mainly due to the warranty they provided along with the “Leta for Life” guarantee. We had some issues but they were fixed once they got to Justin the manager.

Wasn’t very flexible on price, delayed vehicle pickup by weeks, and the detail job was a joke. The salesman walked me out to the truck when it was finally ready for pickup and said she’s clean and in tip top shape ready to go. There were granola bar chunks, dirt, and dog hair all over the truck. They didn’t change the faulty TPMS sensor either even though they passed it for their safety inspection. This experience didn’t really make me feel like a valued customer.

Purchased a pre-owned Honda Ridgeline and had a great time working with Jamie. He was friendly and knowledgeable, listened and worked with us. Finalized with Dave and the finance team and drove home happy. If you're looking for new wheels, give these folk a call!

I never give a review on places, but I bought my vehicle around July of 2025 and since then I have had to bring it in. The customer service was excellent and the employees in the service center are amazing shout out to BLAKE BARTOK the service advisor as well as the general sales manager JUSTIN SMIKOSKI. They didn’t give me the run around or just tell me what I wanted to hear… they genuinely care about customers and about getting the job done right! If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go, it is an honest and reliable dealership!

Great experience at Frank Leta’s Acura Dealership in South County! Jamie was an amazing sales associate and made the whole experience easier than expected. I bought a new car here my sales man was great the process was easy had a few issues with the car but after connecting with the right people they were able to get it fixed and back on the road for me! They definitely made sure they took care of my issues! They strive for great customer service and retention of the customers! Check them out! Just be sure to look over the car very well before you buy so they can fix the issues before you take it home!

I cannot say enough about Paul Lucero. The moment he greeted us at the door was met with professionalism and great customer service. Upon meeting us he had the Carfax in hand, for the vehicle we had inquired about, along with keys and it was ready for us to test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had an answer for every question we asked. On the rare occasion we asked a question he did not know, he would find the answer for us quickly. That particular vehicle we looked at was not the one for us but he made it a mission to find the car we were looking for. I cannot say enough about Paul and the customer service he provided, he truly went above and beyond.

I am genuinely blown away by the professionalism and care shown by this Acura dealership. While we initially ran into issues with the vehicle, the way the team handled everything completely exceeded our expectations. During the car-buying process, Jamie was polite, respectful, and easy to work with. He made the purchase experience smooth and never made us feel pressured, which we really appreciated. When issues were noticed after purchase of the vehicle and Jamie wasn’t available, Daniel, in finances, stepped in and absolutely knocked it out of the park. He listened to all of our concerns, apologized for the inconvenience, and quickly took care of every single issue without hesitation. They had us leave the car there to be fixed and even provided a complimentary vehicle to get us home, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Daniel’s professionalism, efficiency, and genuine desire to make things right completely restored our confidence. This dealership truly stands behind their vehicles and their customers. I recently purchased a pre-owned Ford Fusion from Frank Leta Acura. I started looking for a used Toyota Corolla a couple months prior, awaiting finances. Originally I was working with Chris. He would reach out occasionally asking if I had seen anything or if I wanted him to send anything to look at my way. Then Jayla took over. The transition was so smooth I didn't notice the switch thru texting. Jayla patiently worked with me for over a month, with knowledge of what I was looking for, and instead of purchasing a Corolla (owned 6, and not happy with the last one), suggested I check out the Ford Fusion on the lot. It was spot on what I had been looking for. Jayla sent me an informative video the day I was coming, prior to my arrival at the dealership, and had everything ready. It was an awesome experience. Her expertise sold me. I love my car. Multiple positive comments on my vehicle. I love it. Sam was also very understanding and helpful of my needs for paid maintenance moving forward after purchase.

Jared and Evan were fabulous. They got me into my new car in a breeze and respected my goals! Justin listened when going over my coverage needs and met my goals. My paperwork was a big mess that ended up lowering my payment. Jared was super helpful at helping me pick my new car after a total loss accident. Outstanding Experience at Frank Leta Acura My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle from Frank Leta Acura in St. Louis, and the experience exceeded all expectations from start to finish. It began with a Monday phone call to the dealership where I spoke with Dave(Finance Manager). He was incredibly patient, listening to me explain our needs (and yes, I tend to ramble when discussing important decisions), and within 30 minutes, he had a salesman send us a video message with options for vehicles. That level of responsiveness set the tone for everything that followed. When we arrived at the dealership, our salesman Edwin was waiting at the door for us. He had clearly listened during our initial conversation because he already had vehicles selected that matched what we were looking for. Remarkably, his first option turned out to be exactly what we wanted. Edwin made what could have been a stressful process completely seamless. He’s genuinely authentic—not the typical car salesman stereotype at all. I recently purchased a Mazdaspeed Miata from this dealer and had an awesome experience. Chris worked with me and was great the entire process. She knew I was going to be flying in and driving it back home hours away. Knowing this she had them perform a full second safety inspection, oil change, and had every ready so I was at the dealer for as little as possible. I think I was in and out in under an hour and on my way home. I wouldn't hesitate to fly to this dealer for another car if the right car came through.

My relationship with Frank Leta Acura began after I received a great offer to sell them my pre-owned Acura. Peter contacted me right away and was easy and efficient to work with! He stayed in constant communication throughout purchasing my car and made the experience so easy by having everything ready when I arrived. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I was then introduced to my salesman bestie, Paul. Paul helped me navigate purchasing my new vehicle and I couldn't be happier! The process was seamless and I was even able to take the car home for the evening to show my husband who couldn't be there. Paul met me the next day (after his typical work hours) to accommodate my schedule and finish the purchase of my car.
