Customer service may not be be like chic fila, but it’s the only tire shop I can pull up to without an appointment and be in and out with a new set of tires in less than hour.

This place really did me wonders!!! Not only are my new rims amazing but they were $700 dollars cheaper and came with the tires!!! I'll definitely recommend and be a future customer!.

I pulled up expecting a tire change, not a WWE tryout. The guy who “helped” me looked like a retired wrestler who lost his last match to a bag of Hot Cheetos. Big, bulky, and posted up like he was guarding the fridge, not running a business. Every time I looked over, he was either eating, talking trash, or yelling across the shop. Not a single ounce of professionalism. I waited over an hour just to be told they “lost the order” how do you lose tires?? They were rude, slow, and acted like me asking for basic service was a personal attack. The whole vibe was dusty, loud, and disorganized. If you like wasting your time, getting attitude, and watching grown men snack like it’s a sport while your car sits untouched… this is the place for you. Otherwise, take your money to a real shop that doesn’t run like someone’s cousin’s garage. I’m embarrassed I even pulled in here. Let’s not get started on the overpriced tires.

I was passing through St. Louis and had trouble with my tire. four other tire shops told me they couldn’t work on my vehicle because of its size. These guys got me in right away and took care of the issue within about an hour. It was a wonderful experience honestly, and I recommend these guys highly they were also very very polite

Real bad experiences I was dealing with them for convenience. Every time I went I got messed over overcharged and they make their prices as they go along. They broke parts on my vehicle and try to deny it. They take long and they were disrespectful, real poor service and customer service while I was getting my vehicle worked on they Broke my ABS line and then try to tape it up without letting me know when I got my vehicle. My ABS light was on and it was not ever on before I got back in my vehicle. the ABS light came on. Instantly I go back in to them to let them know they tell me they did break it they tried to repair it, but it did not work. They wanted me to go bye a new line to replace it on my own. They are crooks and scammers. I would not recommend anyone to this shop

I am giving zero stars... I've been using the shop for several years, they always treated me fair, once my Volvo needed a heater core, they said it would be $350 which I agreed to, they ended up only charging me $250...Where can you get that kind of honest folks? They've worked on two of my vans, and my pickup truck, besides the Volvo, Plus I bought quite a few tires from them always was very happy with them and referred them to my friends and family... I made a mistake and put a bad wheel on my van and it broke studs off, I called and asked if I could pay later for the studs, My cash flow was down, they let me pay later I think it was $125... I came in and paid them... There was a problem with the studs and the owner rethreaded them, I came in the other day because I had a flat tire and asked if I could pay him later for a new tire $135, they didn't have any used ones I told him I could give him $50 and he agreed to let me pay the rest later... I told him I still had trouble with the studs and he starts yelling at me claiming, that I should have brought it in immediately, well I had no way of knowing that I still had trouble with the studs because I'd never tried to take the wheel off until I had this flat... It's an easy fix to rethread the studs it's not a big deal, but he made a big deal of it and starts yelling at me about it... Then he says forget about it He's not going to give me the tire because I won't pay him, because the studs are messed up how about just fix the studs? How about at least look at the studs... he refused to look at them... I'd already been there for close to an hour, waiting, I said I need this tire, He agreed to give me the tire.. I took out my credit card to give him $50 and he wanted cash so I went and got cash for him... When I came back he said he was putting a used tire on my truck which I thought was going to be $40 because recently I bought two used tires from him for $40... He says give me $50 for the used tire, this is where the stuff hit the fan... We argued a little bit about it and then I gave him $60. I told him I would do better than 50, he insisted to give me the $10 back... I came back on Saturday and gave him a chance to give me the new tire that we agreed on for $135 which I'm willing to pay him now and I wanted the studs fixed... He had an employee Tell me to leave... So think about this... would I be bragging about this honest tire company and then turn around and say that I was mistreated? Is it more likely than not that I was mistreated... It's a sad day for me and it's a shame because I really liked these guys, and I have a lot of vehicles that need to be maintained... The convenience and honesty gave me confidence... Of course I won't be coming back, his employee told me he doesn't want my business.... I really thought he was just having a bad day and spilled it on me... I guess I'll be fixing no studs myself...not only are the treads wrong, the nuts are the wrong size...I can deal with the wrong size nuts, but I cannot deal with the threads being messed up.

I had all 4 of my tires/rims stolen yestersay. Ariz was able to come out the same day in a reasonable time & be a HUGE help for me not being able to take my car to their shop. The service was very quick & the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for tires/ rims😊

I purchased A brake and rotor set online . Most places wanted an arm a leg to install all four sets. I took the set to A&Q and they installed all 4 sets for a fraction of the cost others quoted me. I'll be a lifetime customer for my auto needs. I highly recommend these guys. No arguing or lying about the price. They quote you price and that's what you pay. The quality of the work they did on my vehicle was superb and better than some dealers I've been to. Check them out!

Blew two tires Saturday night called A & Q Sunday Morning to see if they had my special size tires and they said they did, which is just crazy and they were open on a Sunday. They quickly changed my tires out and gave me such a good price that I went ahead and did the other two. Awesome place and great people.

Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! Bought 4 new tires from here and within 2 weeks one tire blew out on the highway (almost causing a terrible accident) and the next day a second tire went flat with no puncture at all. I contacted the manager and the owner, both of whom denied any responsibility or wrongdoing and a very, very rude fashion so as I said, use this establishment at your own risk.

Got my tires changed in under an hour. Great prices and great service! Definitely recommend this place if you need something reliable.

Showed up with no appointment, two screws in our tire and every available bay full and STILL we were out of there in under 40 minutes; and for an incredibly reasonable price to boot. They even switched out the donut we had been running on for no extra charge. Courteous, quick, professional. We'll be going there again without any hesitation and would recommending them to anyone who needs quick, dependable tire service at a very reasonable price.

I love this place! They were quick and honest. They were trying to save me money the whole time. I asked to get my tires aligned and they told me they were perfectly aligned and showed me. My rims were all scratched and rusty and they restored them. This is now my forever tire place.

Fair pricing. Fast service. No non-sense. If u don't need it, they don't hard sell. They also do state inspections.

This place isn't the most organized place I've ever been but they do quality work for affordable prices. I also purchased the parts before hand to cut some additional cost. There are some definite communication barriers when going to this place so just make sure you get a price upfront and make sure there is a general understanding of the services to be performed before you leave. To some other peoples comments on this about them switching prices - I just think it goes back to organization and communication issues. I don't think this place would rip someone purposefully off. None the less, I will be taking my car here going forward since they were quick and cost efficient.
