I went to Advanced Auto in desperate need of a new car battery. Bryan was extremely helpful, professional, and patient. He was able to maneuver through a rather difficult installation process due to the neglect of my battery, and I am very grateful for his help. If you need any type of assistance this store is where you need to go.

Chalk up another great review for Waylon. I first went in to get a cap for my washer fluid reservoir and talk about wiper blade. I was in a bind for time and told Waylon I’d be back. 2 hours later I returned and he told me his recommendation for wipers and Advance’s replacement program . Cheerful and helpful- he nailed. He gladly put the blades on for me despite the fact that it was getting busy. I’ll definitely return!

Just purchased new wiper blades for my Subaru. Waylon was very helpful with information about the blades available for my car and getting the right sizes. He also installed them for me. Very happy with the service I received.

I went to Advance to potentially replace my battery. I spoke with Waylan and Nicole. I CAN NOT emphasize enough how helpful and kind they were. 11/10. Waylan came out to my vehicle, helped me clean my battery terminals, was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and the customer service from both of them was incredible. Give them both a raise, I will forever be a customer of Advanced Auto Parts because of the experience I had today with those two employees.

My battery had a dead cell and I needed a new one. Whelan got a new one and even installed it for me in under 15 minutes! They were very helpful and I am extremely grateful.

Stopped by Friday, July 11, 2025 for headlight cleaner. Kudos to Whelan. He was very helpful in his recommendations where he even suggested to go out on YouTube to see the difference between the (2) kits. I certainly did & made my decision. I applied the Meguiars Two Step Restoration Headlight Kit & it made a difference. Thanks Whelan for all your help.

Bought one of their most expensive batteries, DieHard Platinum. Put it in the car, and the next morning it was dead. Took it back and they refused the warranty return because it had been installed in the car. They said the battery was good, but the car didn't start. So, no return. Buyer beware.

Store 8625 Malinda was amazing explaining What she was doing while checking my battery and system. I had to jumpstart my car in my driveway and went to Advance Auto on Watson Rd right away to be sure I could get a new battery if needed. I had called the store earlier to confirm instructions on how to jumpstart my car with the jumpstarter/charger I had purchased from this store just a few weeks ago. Great store and General Manager! I purchased a used car from a person, knowing that the battery was bad. I was out of town, so I didn't have any tools with me to change out the old battery with a new one. Advance Auto Parts was a block away, so I went and purchased a new battery and asked if they could help put it in. They were more than happy to help! Both employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. It was sunny out and VERY hot, so I really appreciated the help with the battery. A lot of places will just say that they aren't able to help with those things. This was definitely a positive experience and I will be back, if I'm in the area and need anything for my car. Keep up the great work!

We stopped on a whim to get a replacement steering wheel cover for my wife's 2013 Tahoe. The one she had had gotten pretty ratty. They had a nice selection and the employee was very helpful in directing us to the ones that were the correct size for her vehicle. I've been in this store before, and it is always a consistently good experience. They always have the things that I need for my vehicles. I can recommend this store with confidence.

Was having issues with my lights flickering and car running rough. Thought I would get the battery tested, just to try to fix the easiest thing first. After I described the issues the guy behind the counter said it was the alternator. The alternator was replaced a year ago I say, he replies it's the alternator. He obviously wasn't even going to listen to me or test the battery. Walked out and went down to O'Reilly were the guy was super nice. He tested the battery and guess what it was shot. Replaced it and my car runs great now. You're lack of customer service has lost my business.

Good place to get parts. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. They will check alternators and batteries for free and they recycle used oil for free. I recommend checking online before going to the store because they tend to have online coupon codes.
