I came on one of them -0° days to get my battery replaced, and the young lady was there by herself with the security guard. She was handling phones, customers in front of her, getting parts, batteries, and all! By Herself! Did not say one mean thing, did not look mad. She handled everything professionally. I don't remember her name, but y'all know the day she was by herself! Good Job Ma'am!!

Don't hire females to do a man's job if they're not willing to do a man's job. I went up there to get a code checked on my car and as soon as one of the female employees was about to grab the scan tool an older female shouted out it's too hot outside.... A matter of fact, the scan tool is broke‼️ Go down the street ‼️ AutoZone will never get business ever again... I'll be shopping at O'Reilly for now on. Y'all just lost a good customer. Great store. Clean, well stocked, with personable employees. They have armed security and I've seen them shake down ppl more than once, so don't make the mistake of thinking this is the place to go for that foolery ?.

If you're looking for air fittings for a commercial truck, this is not your place. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful with what the upper management chooses to supply for their shelves.

Just went in with a relative to pick up some oil, the store was organized but had to ask for assistance in finding a funnel

Went for 3 items your website said was in stock. The associate didnt bother to even look it up in system just said oh yeah we def out of all that.

I've shopped with these guys for the past 14 years and they're still pretty helpful, even with several worker changes. I guess they're just pros. naturally.

I give this location thumbs down ?. They need to realize that the customer should come first. "I'm not saying that the customer is always right". I had a bad experience where one of the managers told me he could not open the store, because he was busy with something else. There were two employees and I was the only customer at the time the store opened. The work he was doing could have waited 2-3 mins. Therefore, I went to a competitor and purchased my item. That was good money this store lost.

The Customer Service was excellent, I just didn't understand why the person that rung up my items added one of their stores monthly rewards to my purchase without asking me if I wanted to buy it. I didn't realize I paid for that until I got home and read my receipt. I thought that was very unprofessional.

They are helping keep the economy going by helping hard-working Americans get to and from work and take care of the business they half to do they are in hard-work they show up every day to work as Our willing competitors customers complain about them to us and I assume it’s likewise ditto vice versa but they are getting the job done day just like we are here at O’Reillys SCOTTIE

Auto Zone saved the day when I was turned down for a 3 month warranty exchange on a 3yr, $199, top of the line battery at O'Reilly's down the street. The security guard will have a difficult time telling guests to wear a face mask when he chooses not to himself. Easy fix though. I got my battery and got back on the road soon after.

I have been going to this location for years as its the closest to my home, but over the years its slowly declined in customer service. I went in yesterday for my last time, I felt like the employees didnt want to help out and just hurry and get me out of the store ( they've given me a wrong part before doing this). Just like most of the old businesses in the area its slowly declining, i wish people took a bit more pride in their work.

I have tried and tried to deal with this location. I see some good reviews, so I guess the days "I" go in there, people have cases of the Mondays. HORRIBLE customer service. I was just in there yesterday asking about a part and the assistant manager (Maury A) on duty acted like he barely wanted to say hello and his demeanor was very negative...treated me like "I" was a dummy. I hate this location and will tell all my folk to just drive down a few miles..pass this place up. I'm DONE with this (bleeping) location.

Didnt get a full visit. I arrived here about 5 to 10 mins when they were set to open. Apparently, I couldn't go in because the other staff person wasnt there. You all should fix that. Went to O'Reilly down the street instead.

Helpful but displayed poor customer service. I went there for wipers and yes they help me it was more than I expected so I had to run to the car. However on returning its now 6 customer's including myself waiting to be checked out everyone is on break behind the counters not mention if your on break you shouldn't even be out there or seen. As long as you have a customer in your store a break is the last thing you should be thinking about especially if you not working in a hostile workplace.

I purchased a starter from this Auto zone starter was no good I bought a starter $119 I paid labor $155 drove my car one day and it didn't start had to pay towing fees dianogst fees and purchase a new starter it came to $600 more I'm 65 years old ...on SSI now I can't afford to get my car out went back to Auto zone the only AutoZone I shop at because I believe in spending monies in my own community not only did the stater not show up under my name or phone number none of any purchases I have made did not come up ...even I bought my old core back and they gave me $28 dollars no record of that nowhere and I just stood there 2weeks ago and saw my name on that computer screen with multiple purchases under my phone number now it's showing only one purchases ..I'm just sick about this AUTO ZONE is not seniors friendly and I know the desks guys put parts that the public purchases under their name and phone number....so now after getting defective starter and spending dearly I can't afford to get my car out the shop that did give me a printout that it was the starter I can't afford to get my car please seniors don't shop their ....they steals your points....they don't keep good records because every time I go in there they pulled me up via phone number but today nothing came up under my number or my name not even my debit card purchases....my heart is hurting because I can not afford to get my car that is bought and paid for all because AUTOZONE sold me a defective starter..God not going to keep letting U cheating older people when U know it's your stock and U know the store deleted my info as if I shop there all I'm doing is praying for the money to get my car out and praying for AUTOZONE personal because God don't like ugly...

Went there this weekend and got two jacks@ $14 each, on sale. And they had plenty. Good service and they were quick.

Family Dollar Is Good store when you can get to Walmart stuff like that and when you don't have the money to go without to Walmart you can get so washing powder dish detergent paper towels and toilet tissue you know the necessities

Terrible service waited in line to talk to a counter person who pointed me down one of the isles When It was not there, I had to wait in line a second time only to be told that they did not stock what I was asking for....they didn't listen to me the first time! It feels like a prison with all the bars and gates.

They're slow and un professional winning their money to get up or when all the way down Kingshighway and Natural Bridge and I didn't even have the part in that store then they took they little sweet time

The employees were very helpful. They knew exactly what I needed and helped me put on parts. Great store

Before I even walked in I had to pass through a cloud of smoke because 2 employees were standing in front of the door smoking. When I approached the counter only one employee was willing to assist me. There were 5 employees there.
