Quick and easy. I thought I was going to have to get a new phone, but they just cleaned out the dust from my port and had it working in just a few minutes.

Came here to get my charger port clean cause there was a ton of dirt from me working outside. They had it done in 5 minutes.

I had bought batteries from this establishment in the past for my ADT window sensors. Unfortunately I bought the wrong ones this time and after open the package I immediately to them back to the store for an exchange. I was informed that I could not exchange the batteries because the package was open. I was just dumb founded. So I had to eat a $30 dollar purchase for batteries i have no use for. I'll NEVER patronize this establishment again.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I came to get my key fob battery replaced and I called ahead of time to confirm I could and the gentlemen (David!!!) on the phone was extremely kind and willing to accommodate. I came in (after running another errand) and he came out to assist me immediately. David showed me what was going on, checked the charge in front of me, and replaced the battery easily - even double checking to make sure it worked. Definitely a relief to know there are trustworthy mechanical (and related) shops in the area, especially as a young woman from out of town. Brought a wrist watch for battery replacement. They scratched it and messed up the back and refused to do anything about it. He didn’t apologize, was extremely rude, and said it’s impossible to open the watch without scratching (obviously not true).

Battery plus on forest park ave. Was very helpful and polite. Helped test my battery realized it was weak but not dead. They let me leave the battery overnight to charge and now my batteries are both fully charged again

I stopped into Batteries Plus for a new battery for my phone. However, I found out from them that I didn't need a new battery. He could have charged me for one, however, they had the integrity not charge me for a battery I didn't need. They are awesome!

I don't normally trust my watches to 3rd party stores, but this is the one store I will consistently return to. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and set me up with a lifetime battery replacement plan for all three of my watches. Even better, half the price of the old store I went to.

Just left and employee just tried pulling a quick up sale for no reason, needed a single battery, $5.99, but the one tried charging $16.99 for double pack and install for a simple fob battery swap that I did myself. The other employee there was very knowledgeable and knew what battery within seconds. So good and bad

I got my phone screen repaired today on August 16th 2025. My phone's video audio was working perfectly on my way to this place and then when I get my phone back after the screen repair. THE AUDIO ISN'T WORKING ANYMORE AT ALL! I have to drive 55 minutes back now in hopes they can fix this. Make sure to check your phone for damages before leaving this place. Unbelievable! I am so disappointed.

I went into the store yesterday for an issue with my key fob. I was greeted immediately from a smiling face. The issue was fixed quickly and for a great price. Great place!!
