Jared. Thank you so much for your kindness and knowledge. I walked in O'Reilly confused and frustrated. He quickly calmed me by being so understanding and knowledgeable. Before he sold me parts he went out to see what the problem was, just to make sure I had the right parts. He even went above and beyond by writing a note for me to remember the details.

Went to get wipers , guy told me that I would have to replace the clip that the wipers went on because it's factory so I left went to AutoZone and got what I needed in less then 5 mins and didn't have to replace anything

My car broke down so I had to walk 2 1/2 miles to get to the store. I got there 10 minutes before the store was closed the sign still said opened but the door was locked. The cashier was standing behind the counter looking at me. I tried to ask him why the door was locked but he just waived me away and walked off. I wouldn't shop here if it was the only auto parts store left in the city.

This doesn't concern the O'Reilly's auto store In General It's about the Store personal not knowing how to dial a phone 📱 and putting a right jurisdiction of a area code which is (314) to the number their dialing Just make sure when you're dialing the phone 📱 that you include the area code each time you make a call ... Which in case is ( 314 ) Please stop 🛑 calling me I'm in Michigan with a similar number that is being dialed from your store ... This is the 3rd call in so many days which means someone or somebody doesn't know how to use a phone 📱 correctly 😞

Decent quality parts at OK prices. You gotta wait for a sale or have a coupon in order to make sale worthwhile for my opinion.

If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would. My husband and I went in this store last night, Thursday, 8/10/23 around 9p. The African American female that was working was rude from beginning to end. She mumbled something about us looking around. She followed us around the store. She then proceeded to tell us that if we weren't buying something that we needed to leave. She looked dirty and unkempt and was definitely someone who does not need to work with the public. We ask for her name. She refused to give her name and laughed at us. We left and told her we wouldn't buy anything there and that we would be complaining. She said she didn't care and again, laughed at us. We left thr store and was standing in the parking lot next to OReilly's with our hood up when she came outside and stood in the parking lot staring at us like she was trying to intimidate us. This employee needs to be terminated. She is a horrible person to have in your store representing your company.

Everything was as expected for a store such as this, staff helpful, though I didn't ask for help, bc I was mostly just browsing, I stood in front of the detailing products for quite awhile, and no body acknowledged me, which would have been nice, but not a huge deal.

Worst auto retail experience of my life. I went into this store today to buy an oxygen sensor, and it turned out to be the wrong part so I went back to return it within the hour and was told they could not return it because it was a cash transaction and they had no cash in their drawers. They recommended waiting until they get some money from cash sales or driving 20 minutes to another store. Then the associates proceeded to harass me for being upset about them not helping me. One employee, Derrel, asked me to leave the store for being upset and when I asked for a printed copy of my receipt so I could try another store they begrudgingly did this after harassing me further. Ive never had a more disrespectful retail experience in my life. I’ve worked retail for years and I understand both ends of the counter- this was unacceptable.

Neighborhood can be a little sketchy. (Like I wouldn't want a girlfriend or younger friend / relative hanging around there by themselves ESPECIALLY after sun goes down) but I found the store to be clean, well organized and employees trying to maintain a safe environment. From limited interaction I had with the female staff member with pink hair (I apologize for forgetting her name) I found her to be extremely knowledgeable & friendly and I couldn't be any more grateful for the kindness and help she provided.

I am generally a big fan of O'Reilly Auto Parts and generally buy all my auto parts there. However, I will NOT be using the South Broadway location anymore. Their service there is generally Deficient as compared to other locations but at my last visit, they compounded the Typical Deficient service with absolute rudeness regarding face masks. The female counter person yelled at me like I was some criminal or child, a complete lack of tact and total disrespect. There are allowances for those with existing health issues that exempt those persons from wearing face masks but she wasn't having it. The personnel at this location have a lot to learn about professionalism, courtesy and tact. If necessary I can switch to Advanced or Autozone, I am sure they will appreciate the business.

We came in from Minnesota, and the check engine light came on. Todd was amazing!! He came out and ran a diagnostic, found out it was a mass air flow sensor. They had one in stock, found out we had a warranty from 2 years ago (so no charge), and he had a tool so we could swap it out in the parking lot. Talked about Shelby Mustangs as we worked. Done and on our way in 30 minutes. Excellent!

Bus broke down on a mission trip on the way back to Atlanta around 6:30 in the morning. Called and they answered. Yelled at me and told me that they weren’t open until 7:30. And then hung up. I could’ve really used their help

O'Reilly's is always a great place to. Great parts at a great price.Tjid time I was returning an item that I used for a few days. They refused to let me return it because I used it. Policy is policy I suppose so I ain't mad at em. Still a great place to do business with. Competitively priced parts great warrenty program great employees. That's all I can say.

The staff here is very rude. Every visit I’ve ever made here was a bad one. I never can get help or answers to the questions I have. The staff makes you feel stupid when you ask questions as if your suppose to know everything they know. Today was the topping on the cake. Hanna was very rude at check out today. She didn’t speak and look agitated that I was there. I ask Todd about a certain size for a socket and he just told me he didn’t know and walked away. I completely down with this store and will just wait at home for Amazon

They need more employees working there. The 2 that were working were very helpful, one they got to you. The store was packed with customers. I don't think I'll be returning. At least Auto Zone has more than 2 employees when the store is packed with customers. My heart goes out to them over worked under paid employees.

Horrible customer service the store is running a scam.... bought a brand new battery ($200) have my info and they scanned the battery.... the battery was no good went back to get my warranty and of course they're not gonna honor the warranty.. the reason why you give your number is just in case no receipts... but when they scan their battery and looked up my information mysteriously I cant be found.... I bet they dont get another dime out of me.... and the trailer trash ( Jeff co finest.) Women behind the counter is to lazy and ignorant to do her job.... O'Reilly south Broadway is the worst...

I went in yesterday and asked about how and where to find the fuse for my car. Now as a woman I would think the men that works in the store would have been more helpful. If the two Todd's aren't there I won't be going in they are the most helpful the men that where there Sunday around 6pm are not.

I was visiting St Louis when my van developed a misfire. The folks at this O'Reilly were more than happy to read the code AND let me borrow their tools to make the repair all while keeping me company with freindly conversation. It was a most pleasant experience, and I can't recommend them highly enough.
