Last night I came to this location due to battery issues. Serge and Cory went above and beyond by helping remove the battery, recharge it, and test it. Cory even provided me with a chair while I waited inside, which made the experience much more comfortable. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service they showed. This wasn’t my first time visiting this location, but it was my first time receiving top-tier customer service.

5 hours from home and 5 employees working but could check my engine code cause he was to busy. Won't be back at that store and will seek other options on moving my commercial account somewhere else. Useless store

Came in to get a reading on my car. Was told they can’t do it because they only have two people at the counter they need three in order to do outside anything. Mind you I’m looking at three people one is just standing cracking his knuckles looking around…and to add on to that the store is empty…. It doesn’t take that long to do a diagnostic test.

This morning started out as one of the worse days I’ve had in a long time. It was raining and I was taking my kids to school when I noticed the drivers side wiper wasn’t doing its job. This was the scariest drive I’ve ever had I turned my hazards on and made it to AAP. I needed help changing my wiper and over heard the man who checked me out tell the other man who appeared to be in training that they “weren’t doing wipers for anyone today” I was in the lobby watching videos desperate to try to figure it out so I could get to my morning meeting on time. The clerk that checked me out continued to ignore me struggling to figure it out. The other gentleman in training came outside to try and help me but he couldn’t do it either. I started FaceTiming male contacts in my phone (now back in the lobby) to see if one of them could walk me through what to do. Then I heard a female voice Sheena (Shina?) say give me two seconds babe I got you…she stepped in and saved the day! Despite being told they weren’t helping customers with wipers by the clerk who seemed to be the boss she came over grabbed my new wiper and went outside. It took her 3 minutes to put it on for me. I asked her for her cashapp or Apple Pay so I could tip her but she declined. I don’t think people realize how far a little kindness and compassion could go. I was honestly contemplating leaving my car there to Uber to the office in time for the meeting and coming back later to worry about the car. I was stressed, worried, and tired of fiddling around in the rain with something I knew the first clerk could’ve helped me with in a matter of minutes. Sheena has EXCELLENT people skills. She’s warm and helpful and has the most welcoming smile. Even through standing in the rain to change my wiper she never lost that smile. She’s the essence of customer service! Thank you Sheena for saving my day, and possibly my life/car. 🫶🏾🫶🏾

Lazy, don't want to work after 5, I was denied obd scan, because he said they don't do that after 5pm first time I ever heard of that

Sheena Clifton was awesome, she went over and beyond to help me figure out my Headlight problem..Even came outside to assist me with my relay under my hood..Made my day so much better

Selected nearest and usual store I go to as my home store. Ordered and paid for some items. When time to pick up items, the store location was changed 8.5 miles away. Was very upset. Should I stop ordering advance on line?

I am in town from Texas and found myself in a pickle when my car wouldn’t start. I needed to replace my car battery and called Advance Auto Parts and spoke to Keit, who was out of this world helpful in getting me fit in to install a new battery on a New Year’s Eve when he had a full schedule and working short staffed. Needed motor oil for my long journey home stopped by this location, and the staff was very helpful in assisting me.

Usually I don't have any bad posts or bad experiences when it comes to this Advance Auto but this one particular day was just a hot mess and I felt it was my duty to report it. Also the night before I had a check engine light on they told me they couldn't check it cause it had gotten dark, and ai believe it was only 6 or 7 pm and I read one of the other reviews and I believed they actually helped this guy needless to say only difference was the color of our skin, but that's just an observation,. First off all the men behind the register had unwarranted attitudes maybe they didn't like the way I looked., anyway needless to say they had very questionable customer service. I was cleaning my battery in their parking lot and no one offered assistance except one of their delivery drivers and I felt that was really odd considering that I do a lot of business there and also they had no customers during the time I was there coming or going for at least the past 3 hours and I spent four of them in their parking lot trying to get my battery back in the car now a couple of customers that they did have told me unless I was a young hot blonde I was never going to get service from them anyway and I find that very disturbing. So if you're a woman just make sure you bring someone with you so if you can't get the job done on your own you have somebody there to help.

Broke down on the Pennsylvania turnpike they were the closest place for miles away... Also 2nd place we call for parts... The young lady was very helpful kind and courteous and located are part... Thank you...

Sorry I don't remember his name. I came in at closing time and he helped me with my check engine light. Turned out to be the transmission x3. Yikes! I was 8 hours from home! He was helpful and calm as my anxiety level was rising. Thanks so much.

Keith went above and beyond to provide the best service I've gotten in years. He helped me figure out an online order, stayed late on a Saturday, and even gave my son and my dog some water because we had to walk to there store on really hot day to get the parts. Plus, goods prices. Highly recommended.
