I don't know who Mike is, but Angelo was very friendly and professional. The process was delayed due to unavoidable circumstances, but he kept us in the loop. It was a major repair and the important thing was to have the work done right, not fast, and so far it seems that is the case.

Tom at Mike’s Automotive provided excellent customer service and individual attention to a valve job for my MG. He worked with me on parts and offered knowledgeable suggestions for machine work. I found the pricing to be very fair. I recommend working with this shop, I will use again.

I can not recommend Mike's Automotive enough. I took my vehicle in for a second opinion after another local garage had basically condemned my vehicle. Angelo and his team started from scratch and realized that the other garage had made a misdiagnosis. They found the actual problem, and made the proper repairs for a minimal price. After being treated so fairly, I took my vehicle in for some unrelated, long overdue, larger repairs. Angelo gave me the time to describe exactly what I wanted done, answered any questions I had, and gave me suggestions and advice on the best and most cost-effective ways to achieve the results I wanted. My experience was like talking with a friend who knows everything about motor vehicles that has a team of mechanics who can fix every problem. Their knowledge is top notch and the prices are the best I have found.

For a partial engine repair, a fairly major undertaking, everything went faster and better than expected, from pick-up of the vehicle to flawless completion.

The customer service was great. The preliminary to getting my car worked on was great. Communication was excellent and the service outstanding. I would definitely recommend and use their service again.

I heard great things about this place so I decided to call I’m not taking that away from this company but whoever called back so I can schedule appointment rubbed me the wrong way kinda rude. I called because I have oil mixing in the coolant. Car still drives so wanted to schedule for proper diagnosis. Guy calls and said yeah that kind of sucks problems I need 2500 down and it’s 6000 dollars. He didn’t even look at the car so why would I give you 2500 down over the phone when you never even looked at the car just because you went off went I’m telling you which I’m no mechanic

I was referred to Mike’s Auto and I see why. I will surely continue to bring my vehicles here and refer others to do so. Very professional and reasonably priced parts and labor. But, what really stood out most to me that is priceless, was the courtesy and kindness I both received and witnessed from the staff to other patrons. Wow! What an amazing place! Mike’s knows their stuff and fixed our engine when it seemed like a total loss. Angelo, Tom and Jacob were top notch! Can’t say enough good things about this family run, honest automotive shop. They are good, real people and that adds up to real good people in my book.

Exceptional Service on a Catastrophic Engine Repair! My experience with Mike's Automotive was nothing short of outstanding, especially considering the severity of the issue I faced. My engine suddenly died while driving, a truly alarming and stressful situation. The repair was for a failed timing chain that resulted in significant internal engine damage, including bent valves and pistons. This was a major, complex repair, and I was bracing for a lengthy and costly process. However, Mike's Automotive truly exceeded my expectations. They completed the extensive work, which involved replacing the bent valves and pistons along with the timing chain, for an approximate cost of $4,000. What's even more impressive is that they had my vehicle back to me within a week! This turnaround time for such a major engine overhaul is simply remarkable. I received a detailed estimate up front of around $4,000, for the engine repairs and timing chain replacement. However during these repairs an exhaust leak and a fuel leak were found and Mike's Automotive repaired those as well but stood by their quote. Throughout the entire process, Mike's Automotive was fair and transparent. The repairs were explained to me in detail and I was kept updated during the process. When the vehicle was finished Mike's Automotive sent a complimentary driver to pick me up free of charge and gifted me with some free merch to top it off. I absolutely felt that the pricing was very reasonable given the complexity of the job. The professionalism, expertise, and efficiency demonstrated by Mike's Automotive turned a potentially nightmare scenario into a manageable and positive resolution.

Mike and his guys were great!! After a bad experience getting my oil changed and my motor seized up. Mike's guys determined that the guys that did my change put the wrong filter on, which fell off while in morning rush hour traffic. They found me a replacement engine, installed the engine and had me out of the rental car and back in my car in about a week. Everything seems fine and I have no complaints at all with Mike and Co. They were great!! They even noticed my clutch was bad and put in a newest one which saved me about 6 hrs shop time. Thanks guys for all your work 🙏

Angelo and his team have done work for me 3 times . Rebuilt and installed new valve guides for the cylinder head of my 1989 BMW 325i . Last June Mike’s Automotive installed a low mileage engine , both front drive axles and a new battery in my 2002 Buick LeSabre . The pricing was great and work was done in a timely manner. This is my daily driver that I rack up 100 miles per day 6 days a week . Angelo has given me the greatest treatment every time . I say thank you !

Got me in quickly and so far no issues. A little cheaper than a Ford dealership. Kept me informed and nice people to work with. Upfront pricing. would have given a 4.5 if I could just because price was a little high but I was willing to pay the extra to get it done in a timely manor. Overall good experience

Took some Ford 3.0 heads to Mikes to get milled and leak tested. Dropped them off before I went on vacation and picked them up the day I returned home and installed a few days later.. They meet or exceed my expectations every time I have parts requiring testing..

I’ve been going to Mikes Automotive for over 30 years now. I have always received top notch care and service. This time was no different. I dropped my truck off on the Friday before Thanksgiving and it was finished on the following Wednesday…considering this was a complete motor removal and replacement, this was an enormous amount of work. But then again it’s one of the reasons why I’ve been a loyal customer for all these years. Quality service with a personal touch. Highly recommend Angelo and his team for all your mechanical needs.
