The second the to last time I went here, the on-site ATM shorted me. I let the matter drop. The last time I went here the on-site ATM did not pay out anything. Emailed a copy of the weight ticket and the print-outs from the ATM to the customer service email address and requested a mailed check. Received no response. Will go elsewhere in the future.

Slowest service ever at the non ferrous building One word Atrocious

Refused to take me. Arrived at least 20 before closing time. Wasted trip.

Clean, organized and in-and-out, I don't think I been more than 30 minutes in line 1.2 trucks at the most on a normal day very quick. The staff are always helpful you can even learn a little bit from Gary while your getting weighted. I would definitely choose this company over any other in St Louis. My dog and I are satisfied customers when we leave.

Friendly and helpful workers! Easy to recycle aluminum cans for a bit of cash. For anyone who hasn't been before, (me until today), just drive into the warehouse on the left, mask on, give ID to worker, weigh aluminum on the scale, get receipt, drive around to a little brick house ATM, scan receipt, and get your money.

Always have friendly employees and no hassles when we've gone there. You get paid after drop off usually at their ATM. It was down today and we were given a check (or they would have mailed it). Not planning on going anywhere else for our recycling.

Great place to recycle your metal. Knowledgeable employees in this professional setting keeps me going back with mine. Get your money the same day except for copper pay requires short wait.Thats it,real talk. Check them out You won't regret it.

If only there was a 0 star or a negative 5. I'm never doing business with those guys again. We went over there with a sample of the metal that we were selling 5000 lbs of. They gave us a good price at first but everything went south when a week later we went to to sell, and suddenly after WE unloaded everything in their container, they decided to cut the price from 0.45 to 0.08. And only after another hour of negotiations their max price was 0.25. And all this after they had a sample, gave us a price and then scammed us after everything was unloaded. "Well If you don't like it, I'll call the crane to unload the container on the ground and you can load it back in your truck." This is not how you do business. This is how people stop doing business with you.

Place went down hill when cliff and rick left.
