They were able to take care of me and fit me in when I had a tire emergency. It made my day and helped with turning a horrible day around. Thank you so much for being my heroes!!!! I have used this Firestone location for 4 years. The service has been great, the prices fair and reasonable, and the up-front sales staff knowledgeable and friendly. Recently I have had the pleasure of having Kyle manage my service needs...he is amazing.
I am always given the best service and everyone that I talk to is always so polite and honest with me at the Telegraph location. Scheduling was easy with William and checking out and going over the things completed on my vehicle was great with Josh (I hope this was the young man's name! He was very pleasant and explained everything to me!)!

Was having an issue putting a new headlight in brought up to Firestone and they immediately took the car back and offered to put the bulbs in for me! Would recommend the telegraph location 100/10!

Solve some idiot almost hit me.And I hit the curb, and I called, and they were almost closing.Like an hour out, they let me come into the shop.By a tire, put it on before they closed.Of course.I'm giving them a five star review dude.If I could give them a million stars here, we would be having a million stars at firestone.No, other place would do that anyway.Yes a million stars come here
Firestone does great work but sometimes they get busy and you wait two hours for a tire. Good service at a reasonable price plus Firestone tires have been great for all the travel.
When we have car issues, this is the first place we go. Luis was great this morning. He set the expectations for the service needed and they timeframe they could perform. They exceeded expectations! Thank you Luis!

I rolled over something in the street and had a big hole in my tire. Firestone got me in quick with a tire replacement when the dealership was more than a week out. The service gentlemen Bill was awesome. Will definitely return for any future car problems!

They never have correct amount of product. I called and asked about four tires, their response was “yes we have four tires in stock can get it done for you tomorrow” well they didn’t have four tires in stock. They only had three. The excuse was one had a blemish or something so it took him two days instead of one. As usual for this Firestone, I like Firestone products but this store is always ridiculous. I actually drive about 20 miles out of my way to go to another fire stone and this one is less than a mile from my house. So that tells you how much I do not like their service.

Just had my tires replaced there last week. When I picked my truck up there was tire lube all over the rims. Not a big deal. After washing my truck today I noticed scratches all over the rim and a huge gouge in one of the rims. I called and spoke with Bill and he put me on hold to get the store manager. When Bill returned to the phone he stated they must have already been there and were marked on the ticket and it is impossible for their machine to do this as there is a plastic guard.
