When I called today, they came within 1 hour to move my vehicle out of a parking lot. Tony was the driver for the lift and was incredibly knowledgeable for how to get the car loaded in a tight space. He was very friendly and had great customer service. Highly recommend and will use the moving forward!
Prompt and courteous service. Michael was fantastic and was a bright spot of a pretty crappy afternoon. Made it to me inside of 40 minutes and took care of dropping it and checking it in to the dealer 20 minutes from where I broke down. He followed up to let me know who had checked it in and gave me peace of mind that they’d call me soon.
Michael and the team were lifesavers. I called 4 different towing companies and they all gave me an estimate of up to 2 hours for a tow. This team was able to get to me within 45 mins during rush hour traffic. The tow driver was a good guy, respectful, helpful and quick.
BAD. JUST REALLY POOR. I called this company for a battery jump at 1:30P and was told they'd arrive within an hour. They lost the dispatch, an hour delay. They don't answer their phone, another hour. Finally, they told me to wait another 90 minutes, and even then they were more than 30 minutes late. Some dude in a beater car arrived at 5:30P. No markings, no uniform, no ID, and just a handheld jumping device. My neighbor had already helped me, so I told the tech to get lost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
It took 6 hours for the tow truck to get there when they said it would take 30 minutes. They answered the phone the first 2 hours saying it would be 15 more minutes every time. They stopped answering the phone and didn’t call back for 6 hours.
Man, I was stuck in a bad spot. The man showed up in a timely manner and got my car out of a big jam. Real friendly and professional. He got the job done. You should’ve seen him operate. Glad I called them.

We weren’t satisfied with our service. We called for a tow, tow truck got stuck and had to shovel us out. & they still charged us $225 to shovel us out because the truck was brought. Just be aware you have to prepay before they arrive and if they don’t use the actual tow, you STILL have to pay full price.
Had the pleasure of using this service today and I was so impressed and appreciative they responded fast i did not have to wait long at all very professional and got my vehicle where it needed to go safely. Highly recommend and will be using them from now on……..thank you guys
We were on the side on the interstate and needed a tow truck as quickly as possible. After we called them they were on site within 20 minutes. Good equipment, skilled driver. All went well.

I had a vehicle that broke down and was stranded in another city (St. Louis) for a week. I spoke with Michael at Tow Me St. Louis and he extremely helpful and walked me through how he would retrieve the car and get it back to my city, which was two hours away. He took care of everything and I didn't even have to be there for it. Hopefully this will never happen again, but if it does, I'm definitely using their service again.
These guys are the best. Straight up no BS. Said 30 minutes from time called and right on the money

Thankfully I didn't need to stay by the car while I waited for them to arrive for the tow.
They followed my extra instructions that came after the fact (before the job was completed) regarding where to drop the vehicle off.
If the wait had been shorter for assistance and I didn't have to provide a credit hold that was basically the same price of the service, this would be 5 stars.
This is the second time I have had to have my SUV towed due to a flat. Won’t use anyone else. They are always very professional and easy to work with. Each time they showed up faster than I was quoted.

I didn't end up needing a tow from Tow STL but I called to get an estimate. The person on the phone was very friendly and gave me an estimate quickly and answered all my questions.They put my mind at ease during a very stressful afternoon. I will definitely use them in the future.
Tow Me STL is amazing! We called them needing a tow and they were so nice! They got the tow done within an hour and did everything quickly, efficiently, and so professionally. They made it so easy. The price was very reasonable too! We will 100% call them again anytime we need a tow in the future.
I called Tow Me St. Louis after getting a flat tire on the highway. They told me someone could be out in 30-35 minutes. Maybe 40 minutes later, I received a follow up call asking for payment in full and was absolutely floored to hear I was being charged $305 for my car to be taken 3 miles down the road. The tow truck operator who showed up to me help (over an hour after I first called) was very nice and got things taken care of quickly. However, if I hadn't known my insurance would reimburse me for the cost of the tow, and had I not been afraid of how long I'd have to wait if I called a second company at that point, I don't think I would've been willing to pay such a high cost. Their website says to expect to pay $70-300, so I was certainly not expecting to pay more than the ceiling of that limit for such a short trip. While I appreciated the assistance and found the employees to be kind and professional, in the future, I would try to find a company able to provide the service at a lower cost.
Booking was very easy! Got it done 30 minutes before I needed it, paid quickly, received a virtual receipt, and had my car on its way. The driver shook my hand and was very kind!
Great at getting out to our truck that was stranded on a very busy highway in St Louis. He was there in 20 minutes and headed back to our shop in another 30 minutes. Once back to the shop he was able to maneuver his flatbed and put the truck in the shop. Thanks for a great job!
The guys were flat out phenomenal! Great communication, and convenience. I run a car rental company and had a vehicle stranded 3 hours away. I called them, we worked out a deal, and they immediately got on it. They got my car back safe and sound, and was willing to drop it off at a mechanic shop for me. Will definitely use Tow Me St. Louis again!
