Stand behind the quality of your work! I have 2 tires leaking air. One was losing air faster than the other. Naturally, that tire had to be replaced. The technician who assisted me, Blake, said that the tires appeared to have been patched in the past and the patchwork has ran its course. The problem is no one has worked on the car outside of Frank Leta! Blake kept denying that FL would (or could) do this and heavily implied that I must have. He stated if the patchwork was there when the tire rotation took place in November 2025, then they would have noted it and mentioned it. Since it was not noted or mentioned, we are implying that someone else didn't work. Carfax shows that no one has serviced this vehicle outside of Frank Leta, even with the previous owner. I was told that there is a 2 year warranty on the tires if I purchased them from the dealership... I bought the car from Leta in 10/2024 and it was a pre-certified vehicle. 2 tires were replaced at the time of purchase to pass inspections. Obviously, Frank Leta's workaround was to patch the other 2 tires to avoid purchasing 4 new tires! Blake said the 2 year warranty doesn't apply since I didn't pay for them... (even though I purchased the vehicle). I've brought the car to FL for to oil changes in the last year, expressed the air leak in a couple of the tires, and they topped off my air on both visits! Blake was not able to address any of these concerns without deflecting it back to me. He also did not review my account until after I presented questions, such as "why was this not mentioned when I did a tire rotation in November?" and "what warranties are active?" The notes on my appointment request were not reviewed as well. I did not have a good experience with it him this time or the last time I came. He's not knowledgeable and he doesn't address concerns directly. This should not have been my responsibility and the customer service was terrible. I will not be back

Aaron is an awesome advisor and always take great care of us! He gives reasonable times and always makes sure to fully explain the service and recommendations to us so we know what to expect.

First oil change on my brand new car, they tell me I need an alignment but give no specifics/measurements other than they looked at the tires.... It's pretty sus to me. Other than that everything was good. I just don't necessarily trust any dealership when the service is supposed to be free but then they find something wrong to make money on without actually checking the alignment...

Definitely Disappointed with this Dealership. Their buyer, Peter Huey, offers me $8500 over the phone on Saturday for my Subaru. When I show up for my appointment on Monday, I am told they are now not interested in my vehicle, as they were hoping to low-ball me. Thanks for wasting my time!! Lesson Learned.

My mother brought her car to Frank Leta for a routine oil change and ended up waiting over 3 hours. Her appointment was scheduled for 9 am, not a walk in. There was no communication, no updates, and no apology for the delay. What should have been a quick service turned into a frustrating waste of time. She expected better treatment, especially for something so basic. Her experience was deeply disappointing, and she won’t be returning anytime soon. This is unacceptable treatment towards customers, especially ones that have purchased multiple cars from them.

Kevin was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. He made sure my vehicle was fully serviced, cleaned, and ready to go quickly so I could get on my way. He answered all my questions and helped out with an extra need that went beyond my scheduled service, and all with a smile. I’ll be back!

I recently visited the service center for my second oil change and routine check, and I am disappointed with the experience. I was there for 2.5 hours, which seemed excessive for such a routine service. I was told that a part under my car was "badly damaged," but I wasn’t given any details or an estimate until I had to ask for both the cost and a picture of the "damaged" part. After having to leave quickly due to the delay with the oil change, I called later that day to inquire about the part, asking if it had been put back on the car or if it needed immediate replacement. I was told that the part was put back on and that it was just dented. Since my car is only 1 year and 3 months old, this situation has left me feeling frustrated and questioning both the quality of service provided and the quality of my Acura, which is still relatively new. I expected better communication and care.

I came in to have my transfer case fluid changed. After reviewing the work I have had done, Aaron asked me if I had any concerns with my 2022 MDX. I told him that the auto shut-off was not working for quite awhile and it had me concerned that something else might not be working that I was unaware of. He said there is a long list of reasons why that is not coming on. I had heard that before from another service man but, it seemed weird why it was working and out of the blue it just stopped working. I also told him that the car is not recognizing the key fob seat settings. He told me that he was going to have the cars battery tested. It failed, they replaced the battery and now my seat settings are working and the auto-shut off seems to be working again too. I will make an appt. with Aaron Barr again for future work. I pulled in and the check in was seamless and easy. Tyler did a fantastic job of getting my info and the service I was wanting. He was very helpful, courteous, and professional. All my questions were answered and my concerns were put to ease. I highly reccomend coming here for your service needs. If you get Tyler you will not be disappointed.

Went in two days ago for my routine oil change. i drive a lot so i need oils changes every other month or so. i went in there with some issues with shaking, thinking it was the rotors or break pads. after an hour of them working on the car, i get a notification that tells me my multipoint inspection results. as soon as i open the page i see there is 2400$ worth of damage of some kind and it says “requires immediate attention” so anyone would take this as a big problem. the rotors needed replaced which is what i expected, but the real expensive issue is the 1400$ controls arms that had torn bushings and needed replaced. i’m am an 18 year old GIRL and at the time, had no idea what controls arms were. My advisor was Kevin. and i asked him if this was a bad issue and needed to be fixed, basically told me it’s up to me if i want to fix it, was very nonchalant and not helpful at all in telling me what steps i needed to take moving forward to fix the issue. not to mention it was 180$ just for them to tell me what’s wrong. i then called back the next day to explain my problem and ask what i needed to do next and they told me they would call me back, they never did. then i finally call again the NEXT day after that, and a really nice girl picked up( don’t remember her name but shoutout to her) i told her my issues and she told me that the controls arms are very detrimental and needed to be replaced now. i told her how unhelpful my advisor was days prior, and she scheduled me an appointment for the next day to get the controls arms replaced. Thank you to whoever that girl was! (my head is telling me her name was madison or stephanie but i doubt it)

Had a great experience with a fellow named Tom who oddly enough looked like Mark Hamill. So that was pretty dope but all jokes aside, he was a very nice fellow. He was very insightful and helped us from start to finish. Truly a gentleman and a scholar. If I could put 10 out of 5 stars for him I would. Enjoyed my experience, we enjoy our new vehicle we purchased, and will take full advantage of the lifetime free car washes.

Bought a used Hyundai that had some issues and they took excellent care of me. My service advisor Heather was attentive and outgoing. Overall my experience with Leta has been OUTSTANDING! I feel like they could write a book on how to offer a positive customer experience. This is coming from someone that swore he would never buy a car from Frank Leta due to the annoying commercials that have aired for the last couple of years. Now, I am fairly certain that my next car will also come from a Leta dealership.

We had warranty repairs performed on our 2019 Acura and we had the car detailed. The service was performed quickly. They gave us a loaner car to use overnight so the part could be ordered and the repairs completed. The detailing was also great. Thanks to John Weber, who was our service advisor, for his professional and friendly service.

The experience was very nice. I appreciate the willingness to pick up and drop off the vehicle saving me time. I only have two issues that came up: - we used the upgraded “gold detail” for the added benefit of cleaning cup holders and center console, however, it appeared that they weren’t touched. - we had very large chip in the windshield and the multipoint inspection did not discover it leaving us a little worried about how thorough the inspection is. Overall, we were pleased with everything and would likely recommend to friends and family.

I showed up at Acura with an issue of unknown origin. John Weber was the service tech who helped me. He was very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to make sure I understood what was going to be done before sending the car to the shop. He was able to get the issue resolved in a reasonable amount of time and I was back on my way. Thanks John, Great Job!!

Had a great experience when i took my car to have the tire fixed earlier this week. They worked me in within minutes of me calling. Very courteous and professional. My service advisor Ms. Dee Mehmeti was outstanding and very courteous and regularly updated me on the progress. The service waiting area was great but certainly would be even better with a little updating and more seating. Overall a great experience at Frank Leta Acura.

John Weber ALWAYS takes great care of me. When we started using Frank Leta we were married. I kept the car and I got to keep John as well. He takes great care of my car, let's me know if there are specials, checks for recalls, updates and the service record to make sure my car is always up to date on maintenance and care. He always look out for me, offers a loaner when it will take a while. The waiting rooms are fabulous and homey, the staff is always courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Frank Leta Service.

I have been extremely pleased with the service from Frank Leta Acura. In particular, I want to mention John Weber (Service Advisor) and Kyle Greer (Sales Consultant). Both John and Kyle have been extremely helpful, both during the sale and afterwards. John and Kyle, as well as all of the Frank Leta staff with whom I’ve interacted, have been professional, courteous and helpful. The quality of the service work is top notch. The sales experience was pleasant and professional. I never felt pressured and Kyle always responded to my buying expectations and financial criteria. While I have had a few factory related quality control issues, it has been my stellar experience with Frank Leta that has made me a satisfied customer of the dealership. I may or may not have been able to get a lower price on my purchase but I’m confident that no dealer would have served me as well during and after the sale. If you are looking to buy an Acura, I highly recommend that you visit Frank Leta.

Had another fantastic visit to Frank Leta Acura. Came in for a routine oil change and tire maintenance. John Weber took great care of me. He went through a detailed list of maintenance on my vehicle that had been performed already and set out a game plan to finish off the last few things to make sure I’m up and running at 100%. He wasn’t pushy about recommending service. Simply laid out what needs to be done and my options to proceed. Regardless of the service contract I have, I will be returning often for all of my service needs on my Acura. Thanks again!!!

Everything was wonderful! John Weber took great care of me. I called for an oil change. John let me know I was due for tire rotation and some other things. He said it would be done at 11:30AM. My phone rang at exactly 11:30. It was John telling me my car was finished. That's great service!

From the start of calling to get an appointment with Lacey Farrington who was able to get me right in and walk me through the process with the guidelines that are set up to have your car serviced while keeping their employees safe along with the customers, to the drive up being greeted by Darryl who was very pleasant, to the service advisor John Weber explaining what they would be doing to my vehicle and offering me a car wash was Excellent! John was very polite and I knew I was in good hands! My car was clean when I picked up and my repair was done to my satisfaction! Thank you very much for wonderful service!

I had my first experience bringing my car in for service since "Shelter in Place" had been enacted. Once I pulled up, I saw that the process was going to be a bit different. I was kindly and promptly greeted outside by Daryl and moments later John Weber called my cell phone and we talked through the service process for the day. This new "socially distant" process along with my vehicle service ran very smooth. I received transparent communication and was kept up to date along the way. The service team at Frank Leta Acura always provides a 5-Star experience and I'm sure there are many people that encounter my vehicle that I don't see that contribute to my experience as well that keep everything running as efficiently as possible. Thank you!
