They didn't stand behind their product or service that went bad right after they put it in., and I didn't think since it had been fixed it could be the same thing, so they said I waited too long. They were friendly about it, but no help.
Great experience with getting my car towed and a great price. Lemont showed up in less than 20 minutes and had my car loaded up within five minutes. They have my business from here on out!
Great experience! The best experience I've had by far!! My car has so many issues that made it hard for it to be towed, but Kaleb went above and beyond to make sure I was squared away before he left. It was freezing outside and my neighbors weren’t so friendly, but he ensured everything was taken care of to the best of his ability and not leaving me to figure anything out. I greatly appreciate it, and I will be sure to use this service again!!!
My roommate just had his truck towed after a driveshaft/rear axle coupler breakdown. They are getting his truck looked at without an appointment tow in within 3 days! I also use them to tow my vehicles as well, always super nice and great service.

I called them yesterday less than 30 days because my car is pulling to the right (an alignment was paid for) also the check engine came on. Initially they did a diagnostic test(ECM didn't read)?When they tested it detected ECM? no I wouldn't recommend this shop. ECM usually last the lifetime of the car. I don't know what these people did to my car but I continue to hear noise underneath my car where they supposed to have replaced both tie rods and sway bar. Also my glove compartment was unlocked (which I keep it locked) my box of assortment of fuses missing. Wonder who stole them. They left a razor on the top of my valve cover sloppy patch work. Taking my car somewhere to ensure they did what they was paid for.....
They got me in and out for an inspection on my vehicle and I know they had a line that was quite long in front of me but they put me in right away and got me out within about 25 to 30 minutes. I will now take my vehicle to this location for all of its mechanical needs.
I would give this business negative starts is I could. Called and scheduled an emissions appt. The guy on the phone didn’t take my number or name down so I asked him if he needed my info, he said no. I left work early and in a rush just to come here and be told that their emission system is broken.
This has happened before with my husband but gave them the benefit of the doubt since these things happen but not again.
Best tow company I’ve ever used the dispatcher was super nice and friendly also the tow truck driver Kevin I believe was his name was super nice and helpful also really respectful I recommend this company they are very fair with pricing and it feels like ur getting helped out by a friend.
Kevin was knowledgeable, professional & quite helpful today. I appreciate the quick response & tow, a short drive from a business in Affton to our home in Affton. Would recommend & use again if needed!
Had a flat tire and squires sent a tow. Awesome people family friendly I almost thought the driver knew me my whole life(Reggie) he was awesome. Definetly use this company every need on the road.
Not to happy with the way my vehicle looked when I got my vehicle back after it was up there for a month had no body damage then got it back not only was the body damaged their was fluid leaking everywhere. I had a puddle under my vehicle after it sat in driveway.
You are better to wait the extra time for a company that apricates your business. The driver was super nice vut the dispatcher was more than rude. Sorry I chose to spend my money with your company. It will never happen again.
I wasn't sure where to go when I needed some help with my car and I came across squires. I've seen their tow trucks around. I ended up having a great experience and have now been back another time, I have even had a friend sell their car to them for a great price.
I talked to him over the phone about what documents are required they said I could get my truck when I got there they said I didn't have the right documents very upsetting and time-wasting
Explain to me how people are supposed to get there car out when your phone and wallet are locked in the car and u won't let people access there possessions . It's predatory practices by tow yards like these that are going to be addressed by upcoming legislation. Contact your state reps and report this tow yard and it's practices . They should not be licensed in the state of Missouri. Their drivers will pilfer your car and steal valuables . They know they have a problem If someone doesn't let you in your vehicle call again and you will get a different dirt bag who might . Ashamed I live in a county that uses them and they have there rules setup so they can keep and repossess your car. Shameful they don't have the respect and decency to roll up the windows . Do the ethical thing and let people get there belongings in vehicles rather than exort them for money.
Best auto repair shop I’ve regularly visited in the entire St. Louis Metro area. The work is solid, and they only charge for the actual repairs that were necessary. The owner and mechanics often are open to giving advice and aren’t pushy about unneeded work. Making appointments is always easy especially when you are in a bind with a check engine light or blown tire. I highly recommend people come here to save some money instead of chancing it with large corporate competitors.
Better have a pocket full of money when dealing with this company!!! Extortion is their game!!! Anyone need a tow, PLEASE save yourself a TON of money, look elsewhere!!!! Personal experience ... $135.00 to be moved 50 feet. 50 FEET!!!!!! Kept the bill as proof. I thought extortion was against the law. Guess not.
Horrible company! Charged me double to tow my car when i told them i dont want it towed they then said well were charging you $50 just for bringing the car up on the trailer. What a ripoff company. I dont recommend them at all. Please go use a cheaper service.
My cars are in and out fast. Haven't had to have them repaired for the same thing a second time, as I have with garages in the past. Adam and Mike are great mechanics and will let me know what I may need in the future instead of trying to make an extra buck and forcing me to fix it that day.
I have been taken my car to Squire's and have always been extremely pleased with their service. They took great care of my niece's car as well. If there is one thing I know, the honesty bestowed from Squire's is priceless. It is refreshing to know that there is an auto shop out there with integrity.
