Didn’t even want to pick up car and they say they close at 8 not professional and tired of wasting time with I just want the junk remove and their not available and saying it’s open

very unprofessional, hung up on me multiple times when they didn't hear what they wanted, I'll be scrapping my vehicle elsewhere.

They don't service IL even though we are 5 miles away

Had a van sitting for awhile that we needed to get off the property. Called and talked to Steve and in less than an hour, the deal was done. Great guy too! Very easy and highly recommend!

Woah ok that was easy! Happy enough to say this is THE ONLY business you should call in STL or the surrounding areas for junk car removal, especially on the weekend!! If the business owners are reading this, then I want them to know how perfectly HELPFUL them being open on the weekends is to the people they serve in the surrounding areas.. I called them on a Saturday (roughly) at 1pm, he was there by Sat at (roughly) 2pm within the timeline he projected. The times are off but you get the jist, within an HOUR! The promised cash was immediately available on-hand for my titled vehicle. I said a few common pleasantries and then he was gone, and my stress of dealing with this bologna was gone along with him. The experience was actually incredibly easy, so thank you all for making my life pleasant and seamless guys! I truly owe you all one

Pros: Communication is quick & efficient Cons: Don’t waste your time checking here first, check other places initially - Unless you urgently need to get rid of your scrap car. Offered me $200 for a broken down 2002 during this inflated market

They came by this morning to take my 03 Mazda everything went smoothly I called and within 30 minutes they had a driver come pick it up and sign everything. I am incredibly happy as I was stressing about what to do with the car. Thank you for your help! Definitely will recommend.

I had originally called a place on Indiana They offered more money for the car but had me wait all day for the tow truck. Late in the evening, someone called and asked if the driver had contacted me, he will tomorrow. Next morning the same guy called with the same info, I was to wait for the driver to call, then schedule a pickup. Then I got a call from a 202 area code, and texts. I called Steve at Junk Cars for Cash, I drove the car over to Potomac St. He gave me cash right away and offered me a ride home. They were all very nice and the deal was straight forward. No cat and mouse vibes. If I am ever in the same situation I will give them a call again.

I am a seventy- five year old woman and these guys were great. They paid me cash on the spot. Steven the tow truck drive noticed I had a flat tire on my other car and he aired up the tire and help me get it in the garage. These guys are great and I recommend them to anyone

Called up for a quote, the man who answered didn't state the name of the company or his own name, just said "Hi how can I help you". Not a big deal, but still, pretty unprofessional. Told him I had a car that needed to be picked up, gave the make and model, without any hesitation or further questions, offered $200- I knew I could get more for the very common and popular car. Called Pick-n-Pull and they asked a LOT of questions about the state of the car and offered over triple of what Junk Cars did. Don't waste you time unless you truly have no other options.

I’d give 6 stars if I could. What a pleasant hassle-free experience! I had an old car needing to be salvaged. I called them at 10 am. Talked to a kind business-like gentleman, quoted me a price, asked about location of vehicle, and said he could send out a tow truck free of charge same day. Within 5 minutes of our conversation the tow truck driver called confirming location and said he could meet me in 45 minutes. He met me even a few minutes earlier than planned. Very clean and professional. He hooked up the car and was off in 10 min. This whole process only took 1 hour from start to finish.

Do yourself a favor and call a pick and pull in Missouri first. This guy offered me $100 when pick and pull is giving me $340. They also pick up cars too. Don't be an idiot and get more money for the same service...

This place went way beyond my expectations! Within two minutes, they approved my vehicle and that very day had someone out to tow my car! 100 bucks cash in hand! Great company! Even drove about 35 miles to get to me! Do recommend!

Very easy to have a junk car picked up. We are out of town and needed a car towed away from a relative's house who could not make arrangements himself. Junk Cars For Cash St. Louis was the perfect choice. Steve was able to set up next day service. We called on a Sunday and Monday morning they were there to get the car. They gave us a fair price for the old junker too. I would definitely recommend this company!

While trying to discuss coming in to see the car the minute I asked why I couldn't pay for it all at once instead of paying a $200 deposit and then coming back the next day for safety and emissions to get it. He said he sold it while in the middle of a conversation. Ridiculous and very poor business.

I called them to sell my old car and the owner told me "bring your car to us, I am at the office waiting for you" but when I took my car he made me wait two hours and he showed up with attitude and didn't even respond to me when I said hi. He is so rude and they have awful customer service.

Steve was great to deal with... When it came time to part ways with our long-time family vehicle, Steve gave me far more than trade-in or junk yard price, but without the hassle of trying to sell it on my own. Would be happy to do business with him again.

I've never junked a car before, but I can't imagine it gets any easier than this. Steve is by far the nicest guy I talked to when calling around asking for quotes and was even nicer in person. He looked over the car, gave me a quote, and we came to an agreement on a price in less than 5 minutes. Paid me in cash and I was on my way! I'd recommend anyone looking to get rid of their car to come here.

I would recommend anyone that is junking a car to go to these guys. They offered a large percentage above the other places like Pick n' Pull and were willing to negotiate. Steve seemed like a real stand-up guy and did not at all seem like he was trying to screw me over like some other junker places. Thanks, and go see Steve!
