Fast service, friendly staff, reasonable price. Had a mix-up at the drop off location and Dwaine handled it without issue. Hopefully I don't need a tow again, but I'd use Mr. Lewis again if need be.

Not only was the cost more affordable than many other companies we inquired about, but the service was prompt and the owner was very considerate - a combination not often found. I was stuck in the snow and the gentleman came and shoveled the snow from around the car put salt down and put air in my tires very excellent service and was very polite I will definitely call back if I need towing services
These guys were fantastic! My car was broke down at Grand & Gravois and I was sure it was the battery or alternator. I called them for a tow but they said they should take a look at it first because it might not need to be towed. They were right. It was just a fuse. These guys are HONEST PROFESSIONALS.

Mr. Lewis came out to north city to get me off the side of the road and to my preferred auto shop. They were fast, professional, courteous, and made sure I was okay and had someone at the shop to take care of me. They didn’t leave until I was set. They gave me a very affordable price and I cannot thank them enough. I’ll always call them first!
Great service. Had a Harley Davidson in St Louis which didn’t start (battery died) and instead of towing the bike, the guys tried everything they could to jumpstart the bike, which eventually worked. So they fixed the problem in less then 30 minutes. Great guys, very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend them!

The owner and another man just saved my boyfriends huge van. I wasn't sure they were going to be able to do it, but they did the damn thing! Showed up within 40 minutes, and were able to lift and get a tire on very quickly. Very professional, and affordable. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU!
I understand why these guys have a great rating. They made scheduling easy, they were at my place in under an hour, and they took great care of my car. For some reason the payment system had an issue with my preferred card so they accommodated me through another payment method and provided a detailed receipt for my insurance reimbursement. I called Mr. Lewis after I had been waiting for another company that was assigned to me through my roadside assistance. Kenny arrived in the amount of time that Mr. Lewis said he would. Kenny was polite and handled everything. I will definitely use them again if I need a tow.
I cannot rate them high enough. These men were communicative, kind, quick, and honest. I truly appreciate having a reliable towing and mechanic shop so close to home, they were wonderful-so if you have car terrible and you’re in the city-call them!

Having car issues is stressful and getting your car towed isn’t always ideal but Mr. Lewis Towing was amazing. I had to get my car towed from the dealership to a mechanic shop, and the young gentleman who towed the car called me and let me know he got the car to the mechanic, put the key in the mailbox, with my name and phone number on it. He was so kind and assured me everything would be ok. I was having such a bad day dealing with all my car issues but they were a shinning light and reminded me how kind humans can truly be. Thank you.

Highly recommend Mr. Lewis Towing. No hassle call where a very reasonably timed towing service was scheduled. Called me back because they could come earlier. The driver gave me a courtesy call about 10 minutes before he arrived. Kenneth was helpful, knowledgeable, and professional throughout. He handled my van, that need a little strategic planning, with ease. I got a receipt in hand, then got a confirmation text and picture of the vehicle when the job was completed. He used the Dropbox at the mechanic shop for my keys and contact info because they were closed. Top notch service.

Very friendly and easy to work with. Needed a tow since my car wouldn't start. The gentleman who towed my car tested the battery first just to rule that out, which was a very kind gesture. Towing is never cheap, but I thought they were fair and transparent. Hope I don't need to call here again, but will if I do!
Mr Lewis Towing company is the most dependable, honest, and genuinely hard working company I have ever used. Mr and his employees are so personable, talented and they always get the job done. They do all types of car fixes including the extreme stuff like replacing transmissions. They always work to get me the best price, and are very transparent on everything from what your car needs to when they’ll be done working. If anyone is ever in a pinch and need towing or car fixes and you’re in the city, definitely the business to call.
What a wonderful experience! I got a flat tire, and I called for a towing service since I thought I didn’t have the right tools to put on my donut spare. They came down in just about 30 mins. The guys helped me put on the donut tire instead of just towing me to help save me money from the service too. They called a tire shop, made sure they had the proper tire, and gave me directions there. Two absolute gentlemen. It was clear they wanted to help me rather than simply just do a job. Wonderful experience, if I ever need roadside assistance again I’ll make sure to give these guys a call!
