Terrible customer service. These people have no problem taking advantage of their customers. Shameful business practices will surely catch up to these people. Save your time and money and be sure to shop online instead.
If I needed a part for my car, I would go to this place. Although they didn't have the particular part for my car, the gentleman explained why & also let me know how my car could be fixed without having to get the new part. Which is exactly what I had done on my car. It all worked out in the end, which is great. I appreciated his honesty & that although as a women I was NOT made to feel dumb, because I may not not know about cars in general. THANKS!
I have been using them since the mid 90's. Always fair and honest. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great salvage experience. They pull the part off the vehicle for you, just call them to see if they have it.
