Mack's Auto Parts in
St. Louis (MO)

Excellent service. Quick, timely response, solid communication thru the entire process. Mark is a superstar, power steering pump came nicely packed, in great condition, was a great pleasure to do business with a caring auto parts company. Thank you Mark

Friendly service. Purchased a work vehicle and the process was so easy and they were so friendly. Competitive prices. Thank you for having what we needed

How to get some used parts for a Jeep I was working on the people are very competent and Speedy I will be back

Mark is awesome very knowledgeable and I had what I needed so worked out great. Definitely would send people there

Mark quickly found the glass parts I needed for our old Explorer, and at a very reasonable cost. His demeanor was very personable, resulting in a pleasurable customer experience. Highly recommended!

Mark at Mack's Auto Parts was extremely helpful with my online order. I will be using Mack's for my future auto needs.

I ordered mirrors I never got them and they won't respond to my messages

They were absolutely terrific good product good price very very helpful we are from out of town had a flat replace tire and rim in a very short period of time

Mark is always helpful and has the part ready for you when you get there always a pleasure doing business

Most definitely recommend this place of professional business & customer courtesy! I needed a rim for my Ram 1500 & they found just that exact trim & all #DC5StarTechniquesLLC #T&WTireLLC

Never returned my phone call. I guess if my inquiry was not worth a few minutes of their time to answer a question I can spend a couple minutes finding someone who will.

I've been doing business here for years. Everyone here are always most helpful, and most professional. If they don't have what you're after, they go to great lengths to help you locate it elsewhere.

I never would have thought to look for tires at a salvage yard but they had exactly what I needed excellent quality super cheap highly recommended

Mark and his guys were super helpful and I appreciate them. They were quick and responsive and I got what I needed.

Very polite, very helpful and had everything I needed, these guys are amazing. Would rate even higher if I could

To all the people at Macks Auto Parts I want to thank you all for the years and years of service excellence. The dedication you give me in customer service is unmatched. I am forever grateful and could not do it without you. Mark You truly are the definition of a good man great friend and a very awesome businessman. Thank you for your commitment and I am looking forward to many more years doing business with you. In this day and age with the lack of integrity you have enough to make up for the loss of the rest of them. Unbelievable respect and knowledge. Truly a legend. Thank you. Dan at Franklin Specialist.

Not a bad place would have been better if they would have had the window I needed in stock but nobody does otherwise very helpful and friendly

They have great parts..next to new and their parts are really guaranteed plus you get their warranty and they also have great customer service, very nice and helpful. I been getting my parts there for about 3 years now. I don't think that will change.....THANKS for great service MAC'S AUTO!!!!!!!!

JC got me what I needed without hesitation. Already had my name and phone number. Great place to do business.

Mack's was the best to work with. Friendly, fair, straight up. You know you will get treated right when you work with them.

Sold my old used truck with blown engine to Mack's. Worked with Mark, who was very friendly and one of the best offers. Easy to work with, covered cost of the tow and would highly recommend!

Hi this place is customer friendly , plan to visit anytime this week with my hubby for some reasons the spare part we bought for the old KiA was not installed and planned to return it.

Greg Wilderman

Referred there from a tire store. What a find. Had my wheel, also a turn signal socket. Great service, great price. Will definitely go there again.

This place is great. Fast service with great prices. Can find anything you need, we will be going back for sure.

Terrible customer service. These people have no problem taking advantage of their customers. Shameful business practices will surely catch up to these people. Save your time and money and be sure to shop online instead.

If I needed a part for my car, I would go to this place. Although they didn't have the particular part for my car, the gentleman explained why & also let me know how my car could be fixed without having to get the new part. Which is exactly what I had done on my car. It all worked out in the end, which is great. I appreciated his honesty & that although as a women I was NOT made to feel dumb, because I may not not know about cars in general. THANKS!

I have been using them since the mid 90's. Always fair and honest. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great salvage experience. They pull the part off the vehicle for you, just call them to see if they have it.
