Recently bought my second car from Enterprise. Pricing is competitive. Vehicle quality is high. The staff is very easy to work with. I came with a preapproved loan, but they found me one with a lower rate. Highly recommended.
NEVER buying another car from these people! We now know that this vehicle was in an accident and had a previous side pillar airbag deployment. You can hear the air whistling past the windshield because it's not straight. It wasn't in the carfax for whatever reason so I don't think they knew about it per say, but who knows where they get these vehicles that this could have happened. This should have most likely been a salvage title vehicle and must have been repaired off the books. They also still (years later) have never delivered the 2nd set of keys. After multiple issues they just ghosted me on the spare set. I'm not happy with this experience and wouldn't do it again.
Love Enterprise Car Sales!! Had an amazing experience purchasing my car. Everyone from the sales representative to the finance people, work to get the job done. I had a great sales Representative by the name of Anna at the Tesson Ferry location in Affton Mo, got myself, daughter and mom great cars and all purchased the same day. I would recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone needing a car!!
They reached out to me after I browsed their online inventory. I liked the things they told me about over the phone and the next thing I know I'm sitting in an almost brand new vehicle driving home. They told me what all they offer and then followed through all the way to getting me in exactly what I needed. They made it an easy pleasurable experience. I think it went perfectly.
My husband and I had a great experience previously with purchasing our Mazda which is why I wanted to go back when my car was totaled. We’re so grateful for Peter! He was extremely helpful, friendly, and funny too! Everyone there is also very attentive and friendly, from the phone to the final sale. I love how the Enterprise experience doesn’t make you feel any pressure and makes car searching so much easier, stress free honestly. Also, prior to purchase I love the detail spent on getting the car ready for purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.
After visiting several different car dealerships in the area I finally walked into enterprise and met Peter. From there on the car picking and buying process was easy and as least stressful as possible, their were none of ur normal high pressure sell lines used and I didn't feel rushed. Peter, and everyone else helped me to feel heard and that goes such a long way! Would definitely recommend!
I recently purchased a Toyota Corolla Cross. I love it. My salesman was Josh. He was amazing, no high pressure, just straight talk and he asked if I wanted to come take a test drive. We'll long story short, I purchased the car and it was delivered a few days later. They make you feel like family, and most importantly... do not rush you or push themselves on you. So happy with my choice. Great place.

I got a great deal on the car I was looking for. Other dealers didn't have a warranty. The cars are well maintained, you know what and when has been done on the vehicle. It's not like dealing with a regular used car sales person, the price is what you pay. DEFINITELY give them a chance to help you get your new car. They even give you a nice keychain! ?

Great service! (I hope I’m spelling it right!) Deanté helped me yesterday and today. Yesterday, I was overwhelmed and needed to think through the best order of operations. Deanté was kind enough to give me the information for the rental, including how many days my insurance would cover the rental. Deanté got me a rental car that is similar to my current car. He made my experience these last couple days, very smooth. I appreciate the help he gave me and I hope that he gets recognition, or perhaps a raise for his hard work!
Our family just purchased OUR FIFTH car from Enterprise. When you have to buy a used car, you want to trust that you get a great car. Enterprise is very very careful to sell only the best cars from their fleet. Our favorite Enterprise location is South county on Lindberg. They can't do enough for you. But to name some awesome folks, Lucy was our sales person and you should go see her. Nick and Mike! So helpful and will bend over backwards to get you through the process!
Check engine light came on 4 days after we picked up this car that supposedly was Enterprise Certified. They sent us to an auto repair shop that doesn't take appointments, so we dropped the car off yesterday and there it sits, as it took all day for them to get approval from Enterprise to do the work. We didn't even have any paperwork yet that shows we bought the car and it's already in the shop. will update this if and when the car is fixed, and the fix is 100% covered by enterprise, but at the moment this car sale feels sketchy.

Let me be honest and frank, this is the first time I have ever gotten a car with such high specifications and with such ease. This car was a gift for my only daughter for her 16th birthday. Update— Nic the GM is a true professional and an amazing individual to work with. He promised he was there for us even after the sale. He kept his word. We had mild concerns (nothing wrong with the vehicle we purchased) he got us into a shop that day, the shop techs were bragging about how great they treat their customers. And I felt that first hand. With our second child on the way and my little old car finally giving out, we knew we needed a safe, reliable and larger second car for our growing family. Personally, as a woman (particularly as a young woman as the last car purchase I made was in my 20’s), I have NEVER had much of a positive experience buying a car. The haggling, the upsales, the hours long process, and the leering, predatory and often dismissive way male salesmen tend to treat you is just so unbelievably disrespectful and gross. This is NOT what I experienced with Enterprise Car Sales! I know how well maintained these “retired” rental cars are maintained so I trusted the safety and reliability of these gently used cars. Peter and Jeff were both very professional, friendly, and prompt in answering questions. I knew which car I wanted and initially most of our communication was via text messages. Once I confirmed the specific car I liked and was ready to buy, they let us run out to bring the van home for a few hours so we could look it over on our own and test drive it. When we agreed it was a good buy, they were happy to email me the initial paperwork to complete and send back ahead of time so that once I was finished with work, I could come down and complete the process. All I needed was the title and keys for my trade in, my ID, proof of insurance and down payment and the whole in person process took less than an hour. !!! It has never taken less than 3 or 4 hours before- I was able to complete this sale on a weeknight after work! Even after purchasing, Jeff has been great about following up to ensure I’m still happy with the car and if there’s anything else he can do to help. My mom recently bought her own car through another Enterprise Car Sales location and had a great experience as well. Highly recommend to anyone car shopping to start here first!!!
This branch seems to have a history of selling cars with known engine issues.
We purchased a car from this establishment two months ago. I noticed immediately that the low tire light was on but didn't think much of it as the outside temperature had changed so much in the days prior.
A couple weeks after we got the car home a check engine light came on. We were told to bring the car up and they would take a look. We were then told it was just a sensor trying to reset and it wasn't a big deal. We planned on taking it to a local shop when we could be without our car for a few days since we had purchased the EMRP extended warranty.
Flash forward to a week ago and the car suddenly lost oil pressure while driving. Now it's been towed to two different car shops trying to get it fixed. The only saving grace has been the EMRP warranty we were talked into purchasing. If it wasn't for that we would be paying who knows how much out of pocket for towing and repairs for a car that, to us, is only two months old.
This entire experience has been a nightmare and I can't stress enough that anyone looking for a used car should just pass this place by and go to CarMax or literally ANYONE else. You'll thank me later.
To the owner/cooperate office; Make sure your fleet garage is checking these cars more thoroughly before selling them and have a talk with your employees about this as well. It seems that the code was reset to get the engine light off so the car can be sold.

We now have a new problem. It looks like a fuel pump failure or similar.

From day one, I called after someone had totaled my vehicle. Samantha Doskocil had picked up and she answered all my questions.
She even kept my number in her phone, constantly sending me cars that I said I liked, and she responded to my questions super late at night. She genuinely was trying to find me the perfect car. (Which she did)
After my previous car was settled with the insurance, I came in to talk more about everything. I spoke with a Ben because Samantha was off that day. He was just as amazing.
That same week I was ready to lease a car. Once I met Samantha it was like we knew each other already. She was super bubbly, and happy for me but also professional.
She has great time management, I didn't feel rushed when asking questions, and she didn't try to drag it out. She explained everything so well and didn't hide anything from me like a salesmen at a dealership.
I honestly could go all day on how great they are as a company and the people. It was refreshing knowing good people are out there after my last car purchase. If I could rate this place it would be 100%. I will be telling everyone about Enterprise Sales. Y'all definitely have a forever customer.
