I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this Firestone location. My car stalled on the highway, so I had it towed to their lot since their shop was already full. When I dropped it off, the front desk employee told me their diagnostic mechanic wasn’t available yet but would work on my car when he returned.
On Tuesday, they told me my car wouldn’t start and couldn’t be moved into the shop unless I approved a new battery. I agreed, and they assured me they would call the next day with updates. Wednesday came and went—no call. When I called, they said the car still wouldn’t start and that I might have to pay about $80 for them to tow it from the parking lot into the shop. They told me to check back the next day.
Thursday—again, no call. When I reached out, they told me the car was still sitting outside untouched. At that point I told them to just leave it where it was, and I would tow it somewhere else.
On Friday, when the tow truck arrived, the tow operators were able to start the car enough to put it in neutral and move it without any issue. This was something Firestone claimed they couldn’t do for days.
Based on my experience, it felt like either the staff didn’t know basic procedures for handling a disabled vehicle, or they were pushing unnecessary charges. Either way, I completely lost confidence in this location.
I would not recommend taking your car here. Their communication was poor, days were wasted, and I felt misled throughout the entire process.
I stopped by the Firestone location off Jefferson and Olive in St. Louis because I was having issues with my tire pressure, and I have to say — the customer service was exceptional!
Two gentlemen, T and Rell, were absolutely amazing. They were professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. They took the time to make sure everything was handled properly and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and they truly went above and beyond. Firestone is lucky to have employees like them representing their brand. I really appreciate the help and will definitely be returning because of the service I received!

Reggie and the team at St. Louis Downtown Firestone helped me out when my vehicle suffered a flat due to a road hazard one block away while trying to drive home after a STL CITY SC game. They were kind, communicated clearly, and were able to fix the problem efficiently (late on Saturday afternoon). I was very pleased with my experience.
T answered my call and my prayers. It was 6:30 on a Tuesday night and I caught a flat on the highway and found out my new to me truck did not have a spare. Luckily I had tools and a buddy. I called a couple places supposedly open and one answered and didn’t have it. So I get to Firestones number and call up. A gentleman named T answered the phone, I quickly told him I was stuck on the side of the highway and needed to know if he had a tire my size. He stopped whatever he was doing and quickly found he did and I said I can be there in 10 and that gentleman said cmon down! So I got down there, super nice guy like he was on the phone. He took the tire back and at first we didn’t see anything in the tire, so this man even tried airing up my tire to fix it and potentially lose a commission on a tire. I couldn’t believe it. Above and beyond. Turns out I still needed the tire so I said let’s do it and he had it on and ready right before 7. There was another customer there who got done at the same time. She seemed pretty happy too. He ended up staying late because of the ring out process. Just takes 5 minutes but still that’s 5 or more minutes of his personal time he was donating to me. So Mr. T I salute you sir! You made my month! And he found a discount for me at the end. Sheesh
I had a great experience today. I dropped my car off early and they had it fixed within hours. The owner was so kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend this place to bring your vehicle for any repairs.
I didn't get any services done or scheduled has the gentleman that wanted to answer the phone seems quite arrogance and wanted to just to procedure which is very unprofessional. I told him before putting me on a schedule I would like to know how much it would cost to have my tire plugged or repaired. He then wants to tell me the cost of a plug in your tire is $31.18. that is simply ridiculous and for the person that has no knowledge in the automotive industry that is complete highway robbery at its finest. I suggest anyone and everyone that uses this location on Olive once Firestone gives you a price pick up the phone Google it or simply call another shop because the way he acted as if they take hundreds of dollars away from people every single day. You might not have lost them all but you sure lost this one and hopefully my little comment will then educate and protect the next person from being robbed right in front of their face.
I had a really frustrating experience at Firestone. Not only did they try to overcharge me—quoting $61 for what should have been a $36 inspection—but when I asked for the employee’s name at the end, he just refused to give it. It felt like they were being evasive and honestly a bit scammy. I wouldn’t trust them again after this kind of lack of transparency and poor customer service. I definitely do not recommend this Firestone location. The whole experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. It’s on 12 jan 2026 Monday 5:40pm
I was traveling from Chicago to Kansas City. I had a flat tire while in St Louis. Firestone was able to get me right away to replace the tire and get me on my way.

Got my emissions test here, I made an appointment online and spoke to James on the phone. He was great, easy to work with and very friendly! I dropped my car off before work and was able to pick it up after work. Easy and quick!
Teroyn turned my day around I was able to get my oil changed while I was at work right down the street and able to pick it up the same day . Quick and efficient would definitely be back !
Have to say this store has really turned around based on my last few experiences! About a year ago I had my absolute worst experience (nightmare) ever but the last few have me feeling really confident again! James and Reggie up front are awesome! Friendly, helpful and makes me feel confident things are getting done right…thanks gentlemen, keep up the good work and tell the techs in ban thank you as well!
This location was wonderful with fitting me into a busy day while I traveled through the area from out of town and had an alignment issue. They were overly hospitable and cooperative and it was much appreciated!
Emissions testing and accommodated my request for wiper fluid refill and wiper blade replacements without issue! Reasonable pricing. Waited a couple hours on their couch and they have a restroom. No complaints :)
How to get tires 2 replaced at a different store today because apparently they did shotty work at this location in March and June. Tires are rated for 60,000 miles. I got maybe 30 not only that but they also kept passing the buck on who was gonna do my tire rotation, despite buying tires from them they told me Lou Futz Toyota where I do all my other maintenance should be doing it, even though the rotations are supposed to be free at Firestone and $30 at Toyota. Not only that, but apparently I should’ve had an alignment done in March. They never did it or even mentioned it to me.. there’s a reason why it seems like they always get you done in under 90 minutes there even if it should take longer

They were able to fit my car in for tire repair the same day, then no charge when they found the inner tube itself wasn't damaged. Very fast and professional.
Every time I visit Firestone location 2310 Olive, I have some form of problem getting service with my tires done in a timely manner to where I become frustrated! I dropped my tire off at 12 something in the afternoon, on October 21, 2025. Due to lack of communication between employees, I didn’t get the service I needed until closing. Thanks to Teroyn Brown who went over and beyond by stepping in and staying an hour after closing of business to complete the job, I was able to have my tire replaced with satisfactory service. It’s employees like him, that the company needs to have on their staff ! Thank you, Mr. Teroyn Brown for your exemplary leadership, dedication and service!
I went to A different auto shop it was miss-diagnosed my truck was shaking after the previous auto shop did work on it however, once I took it to fire stone, I was told the correct information I did not feel like I was getting taken advantage of as a woman james is very patient. I understood everything he was saying he showed pictures and sent emails on everything that was going on with my truck. I strongly recommend the downtown fire stone ask for James the store manager
Teroyn Brown and my technician were extremely knowledgeable and able to convey to me the issues with my car. They were very informative on my options. Their service attitude and swiftness were great. I haven't been to this store since I worked in the area, but this location is now my GO TO service location. Prompt, efficient and professional.

I had a great experience at Firestone Auto Center downtown St. Louis! The staff was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. James went above and beyond to assist me, making sure I understood the work being done and that my car was in top shape before I left. They were efficient with service, kept me updated, and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. Prices were fair, and the quality of service exceeded my expectations. It’s not easy to find an auto shop you can trust, but I feel confident bringing my vehicle here again. Highly recommend them for anyone needing reliable car care in the city!
All credit for the score I have goes to James. I had my Chevy Silverado 1500 towed to this location with a water pump, serpentine belt and pulley malfunction. Thankfully I still had warranty on this vehicle but I did t have the time to get them on the phone since I was working. James took the time to call the warranty company for me and communicated the information to me every step of the way. The issues were repaired thanks to the awesome mechanics and the warranty company paid for the repairs. I can’t thank you enough James for being there to fight this battle for me. Great example of going above and beyond for your customers!
Great people and very nice experience! They explained me exactly what was wrong with my car in a way that I could easily understand. They were also very respectful about my time. Some online coupons helped bringing the price down. Even though I could have saved some money finding a local chop, the time that would have taken was not worth it for how more expensive this shop is. Overall, totally worth it!
Had an awesome experience at Firestone after I popped my first flat tire! They came right up to me after I parked, asked what I needed, gave me options, and changed my tire immediately. Amazing customer service, and no crazy service charges!
I had an urgent tire issue and responded to this location as it was most convenient. James was beyond helpful and professional explaining the issue and ensuring it could be fixed that day as I needed to have my car back. The work was completed in a timely fashion, and it was more than satisfactory. I appreciate James and his team for taking care of me and my vehicle!!!
