DONT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A T-MOBILE INSURANCE PHONE REPAIR CLAIM I wouldn’t say the workers were rude, but it was clear they either didn’t want to help me or didn’t know what they were doing. My screen was messed up and I couldn’t turn off Find My iPhone. Instead of offering a real solution, they acted clueless. You’d think Apple (or any repair partner) would have a system in place for this, but they didn’t even try to figure it out. At another Batteries Plus location, they semi-fixed my sister’s phone and had her log in during the process so she could disable Find My iPhone before the screen was completely installed. We asked if the same thing could be done for mine, and instead of trying, the worker just kept coming up with reasons not to fix it. To make it worse, I was already running late for work, and as I walked out, I literally saw the worker watching a YouTube video on how to repair my phone screen. So not only was my time wasted, but they clearly weren’t even trained to handle my repair. Any not to mention he said he couldn’t repair it because my back camera had a crack on it 😑 A complete waste of time and very poor customer service.

There was a blip in my cell phone service ticket and Carl knew exactly how to handle it. He helped my daughter with her repair a few weeks ago, and he was just as capable in helping us work out a solution. I hope he's paid what he's worth because the store seems like they'd lose a tremendous asset if he left.

Went in to get my car battery replaced. The man working looked up my vehicle and told me they only had one type of battery available. The MOST Expensive… I asked if there was any cheaper options and he said no. I purchased the battery because I needed it fast. I got home and looked it up and turns out the store had multiple batteries for my vehicle and cheaper options in stock. It seems to me that I was swindled into buying the most expensive battery even though I asked for cheaper options that were available. I wouldn’t recommend these guys if you’re in need of a fast battery.

I walked in a couple of weeks ago to have some watch batteries replaced. Before I could show the salesman my watches, he said we don’t touch anything that’s worth over $200. These watches were not very expensive. I showed him my watches and with a quick glance I was told they couldn’t help me and I needed to go to a jeweler to have the batteries replaced. I went down the street to a tailor and shoe repair shop that also replaces watch batteries, and they replaced the batteries for me no problem.

I will be honest this wasn’t a good experience with this store they made it clear that they weren’t trying to help they just wanted the sale I don’t know if they work on commission but they gave me the least amount of information that they could and on top of that they tried to push my core charge paper work off on another store near me!!! They made it obvious they didn’t want to do anymore than they absolutely had to!!!!! 👎🏾

I needed a battery for a very old APC UPS. The original battery was long gone. I brought it into the store and a very helpful employee (I wish I'd gotten his name) worked with me for a good 10 minutes to find the right battery. He tried more than one to find the biggest one that would fit. You can't get that kind of service buying from Bezos' place! I have two other similarly old APC UPS devices so when their batteries die, I'll be back. I know some people replace the whole unit when it starts beeping but you can just replace the battery and save $30.

This place is great! I went in to buy a battery for my Android phone. The manager, John, was very helpful. He showed me how to change a setting on my phone so what I thought was a dying battery was just actually a setting. He saved me $70! Although I did not need a battery on this day, when I do need one I will be back! You seldom find that kind of customer service anymore.

Was told at another Batteries Plus they had the key fob I needed. I was then told they needed to order it. When I said I was told they had one in stock then the story changed to they didn't have anyone to program it until Friday. I would have been okay with them telling me that the first time and not lie about it.

I have called twice to get my phone repaired here and everytime they tell me their technician is not available. People work during the week! If you are open, you should have someone there on the weekends. This is so frustrating! This is the only place our insurance works with! Very poor service.

Came in for some simple help and was going to fix the item myself as I’m electric inclined. Left frustrated and disappointed. The employee a heavy set guy was awful. Terrible attitude and terrible people skills. As a business owner I was really disappointed for whomever owns this business. There employee is causing them to lose business. I will not come back. On top of treating Me like I was an idiot he did the same thing with an older gentleman after me. If your a specialist store you have to expect that customers will come in. If you don’t want amazon to take over, friendly customer service has to prevail. I attempted to support a small local business, I ended up ordering the parts online. So that can directly be blamed on the guy at the desk.

I have been a Batteries Plus customer for years, and this morning I have had one of the worst experiences with one of the employees. 1/2/2025 @ 10:45 am. My cars battery died in the parking lot of batteries plus I asked the employee if I could purchase the battery and use a tool to swap my old one with their new battery he Rudely kept telling me no I cannot let the tools leave the store. I asked okay then can you come out and install the new battery for me since it’s “free installation” again he told me no. He should be very lucky that I even bought a battery still from the store due to the fact that I desperately needed it… This will be the last time I visit this store because of him.

Scheduled an online appointment for a screen replacement. The store called me almost right away to let me know that they would need to do it the following day due to a busy schedule, no problem at all. Dropped my phone off before the time I was told it would be worked on and they had it back to me in less than 2 hours. The phone works faster than it previously was prior to getting the screen replaced. The cost cant be beat. John and Steven were the employees I came across and they were both friendly and informative about the process. Thank you very much for the great service!

Went in for a cracked phone screen repair. Booked an appointment online. The repair technician Ronnell was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and my phone repair was fast, easy and priced fairly. I would definitely recommend this location to others!

I love this store! In addition to having practically every battery known the man, they also have a very large selection of hard to find appliance bulbs. The service is to be commended as well because someone is always knowledgeable and helpful when I cannot locate what I need. They also replace batteries after they've located the right one! The cherry on top is they often have fun little gadgets that I cannot resist like keyring flashlights.

I didn't know much about Batteries + until a neighbor asked for a ride to get a new key fob there. Shortly thereafter, I needed a new key fob and got it at Batteries +. Shortly thereafter, the key fob battery failed. Not knowing if it was the new key fob that failed, or the second/original key fob from factory, it was brought to them, along with the receipt for the new key fob. They said it was the original factory key fob, not the one they sold me, but still put a battery in it, for free, which fixed it! That was not expected. I've also had a cell phone battery replaced here, for a competitive price, and it's been working great for over a year, now. Most recently, I decided to get a car battery there. They are made in the usa, and the price is competitive with auto parts stores. All in all, it seems like a nice place to do business with.

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE!!!!! I had brought my phone in for a front and back screen replacement, the back screen lasted 12 days before cracking from a 2 foot drop. This time the crack ended up causing the phone’s battery to not hold a charge and my phone was stuck in a boot loop. The power button was also having issues now as well. The 6 month warranty did not cover physical damage, so they wouldn’t refund me for the back screen. This entire incident costed me 200$ and I also had to get a new phone as well. I would not trust this place with a phone ever again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Zero stars

The person who rebuilt the pack called me and explained that it was a mistake as he was rebuilding several packs and missed the detail on the ticket for mine. I believe it since he put in what is standard for that battery pack and I wanted a different type cell. They also gave me a partial refund. I would do business with them again.

My mom and I had my sisters iPhone fixed here today. We had the phone screen and battery fixed and had an awesome experience. Both repairs were done quickly and done within an hour which was awesome! It is as good as new and we are very happy. We will continue to use them for future repairs and anything that is needed!

Great experience! Employees went out of their way to research my vehicle to make sure I had the correct battery. Installation was quick and easy. Every staff member was friendly and helpful!

We are so happy with this store. They reprogrammed our car fob for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. Mohammad fixed us up in less than 10 minutes. Everyone is always so nice, helpful, and knowledgable. Highly recommend this store.

Unbelievable service!I got there at 810a. Employee Matthew Nelson was on telephone in the office but made sure to acknowledge me immediately. He was very nice. Quickly looked up my warranty, found me the correct replacement battery for my phone. Installed the battery. Very nicely tried to sell me some regular batteries and gave me a coupon for 10% off next visit with no expiration date. Very very nice and polite. Not some kid who doesn't know anything and doesn't care about my business. Highly recommend !

The staff was really nice. I made an online purchase but when I got to the store the item was defective. They directed me to a different item and it is what I needed. Should be a 5 star rating but the fact that no one tested the original item caused me a delay and the salesperson more work.
