I took in brass and copper, separated. I Think they counted a lot of copper toward brass because it's cheaper but I'm not sure about that. One thing I am sure of was that they were very unfriendly. They have a competitor just a few blocks away. I'll try them next time

Will only mail payments for copper unless you have a business license. Doesn't accept steel. Pretty shifty scrapyard tbh...

Was going to try them out for the first time but i showed up just after 3pm (posted closing time is 4:30) gates are already locked and place is empty. Definitely wont be back if they cant even maintain the hours that they post.

The guys on the dock We're fast and did the job very efficiently. I appreciate the work they did for me I had about 500 or 600 Pieces of scrap silver and a few others that they had to go through each piece to confirm the material. Thanks to the guys that made a quick and easy visit. P. S. *** Update do not bring up a ton of scrap small pieces like sterling silver dishes etc without confirming the material aka take a file to it give it a nice good hard scratch figure out what the materials made out of. Was informed how to do this to save the guys some hard work in the heat otherwise you'll be charged for standard scrap depending on what you got instead if I quality. ??

Closed during open hours listed on their website, drive was 45 minutes to get let down and not get paid. Apparently you can only scrap while regular joes at work because they aren't even open Saturdays anymore. I get home at 4pm and can only get here when I'm off early which is never. Used to be open until 4pm every day but also Saturdays until noon....but they changed their hours to 4:30 to toss a bone I guess....but they still close up shop. Some people have jobs, don't you want to make money just like everyone else? Apparently not, someone else will make money off my recycling I suppose. 0 Stars

I use to drive all the way out to didion off until I found this place or was recommended this place, my first visit left me feeling satisfied thought I got a great amount for what id brought in, the 2nd time left me questioning; however this third time has left me 100% skeptical of their honesty! I will be driving back out to didion orf

One guy that took my crushed of cans wearing a camo hat had attitude and threatened me. I will never come back to this place again

I've gone there many times and there was no problem having lots of bags of aluminum items until today regardless of size of bags. I was told to "get the f×ck out of there and never come back today. For some reason I was suddenly a problem today but before things seemed to be ok the other times I was there. It is easier to fit smaller bags in my car which I mentioned then large but they didn't care. The sign sometimes seems to apply but not always. I was told how time is money and I put my car to shame.

I'm a frequent customer there. Usually the workers are kind and friendly. But today one of the workers tried to cheat me. I had 180lbs in brass. The worker charged me 40lbs in Tare. I know what the barrels weight and it's no more than 10 to 12lbs. I saw the error and confronted the worker who tried to play dumb like he did nothing wrong . Always check you ticket and pay close attention to your weight. There is no telling how many time he and others have done this.

Definitely the most honest and fair scrap yard that I have been to. (I have been to 5 other local and one in Fenton) #1. I weighed my stuff before going here and they were actually a pound better in my favor on a couple items over a hundred pounds. #2. I know exactly what I'm selling and they didn't try to lowball me at all. #3. They gave me much better prices then anyone else. #4. Great service. Honest weight + Great prices + Great service = A new happy customer that would absolutely recommend going to Vince Jacks over any other yard !

Staff was good pricing was not tear weigjt was alummin not far on there weight. But most places are the same

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I took in over 120lbs of copper and about 5 or 6 of cat5 cable. I was rung up to 127lbs, got the ticket and they put the entire load of copper under "communication wire". I questioned them as to why and they said I had wire nuts still on some of the wire. I loaded this copper into the car myself, and I saw not even a handful of wire nuts. I've given them loads like this for years and a few measly wire nuts were never a problem. So if you don't like to get screwed out of money, I suggest going elsewhere.

Very friendly staff and so helpful. I was in the area helping a friend and had a truck load of cans and scrap to be turned in. The guys were so helpful in unloading my items. I have been to other facilities that make you unload your own product. I got in and out with no problems. Not being from the area I will definitely pass on this company’s name to anyone in need of recycling services.

Fare market prices, no bs, I’ve never had a problem here.

Prices on metals varies daily as in the same way gasoline works. So when you call for prices we have no idea what you have and can NOT quote you exact prices as aluminum have several types .WE DO NOT BUY STEEL OR IRON . You can throw it off to get recycled but we DO NOT PURCHASE THEM. You can always see the SCALES .

Who thought you could have a great time scrapping your metal? Staff was efficient and kind and everything went smoothly and easily. Vincent even helped me navigate my uhaul and swept out the back before I left! Awesome time! Five stars!

ZERO STARS. Took my mom's file cabinets there after I called and they said they accepted. Got there with 6 of them, and the guy says they dont have their crane working so cant accept. Took them down roa to Ace Metal who gladly took them WITH NO CRANE. Never again!!!

They ripped off my son and I of our copper after we stripped a refrigerator together. Paid us as if it was aluminum. Avoid this place.

I was told on the phone $0.50 a lb for aluminum. After thay toke it and put it in thare bins. I was rang up at $0.30. And thay said that thare was nothing thay could do. THAY ROBBED NO FOR AROUD $30! I WOULDN'T TAKE ANYTHING TO THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN!!!

Decent folks to deal with once you get there and prices are usually pretty good. Rude people over the phone though. Its almost like there pissed that you called.

Service was excellent. Accepted copper and aluminum, plus recycled my steel. I arrived early and drove right up to the dock. by the time I left (15 minutes later) there were at least four trucks waiting. Popular place.

Great Place I go there all the time. the guys in the yard are very nice and helpful every time I go.
