Absolutely horrible. A definite online scam. Would not even let me make an account and now can't look at the order. Have called many times and sent over 20 emails as well as to their Facebook account. Took my money immediately and won't make any effort to tell me if I'm going to get an order. Placed on May 15 and now 15 days later I'm out the money they stole. Do not use these people!!!!!! Report as soon as you see them!!!!
I am pleased to say that after contact today a problem we had was handled swiftly and in a wonderful manner. A refund was issued immediately and if we get the part we can let them know, and if we don't its okay.

I've dealt with crowns since I found out about them, they deal with the old school vehicle parts I really like that , take the old stuff like that good deal .
Sent in my original equipment pumps from an antique car and they rebuilt them.... they look like new now! Great service. Give yourself plenty of lead time, as these guys are very busy with custom orders. They have customers around the globe!

Great for hard to find parts but if you need them now, look elsewhere. 2 weeks waiting on parts to come in for a 500 order. Always an excuse. How they stay in business is beyond me. The old man is rude on the phone and in person. Mike tries but isn't very honest, he makes excuse after excuse until you call him on it, then he flips on you. Not really worth the hassle.
Ordered and paid for a body part from them as advertized on their website, then found they didn't have the part. I have been waiting for over 2 months for them to return the money ($887.86). I have called them many times and they have promised to repay but still nothing. I will edit this review if I get my money back - if not, don't touch them, go somewhere else.
These guys are the best in helping getting the right parts whatever it take they will find them at a reasonable price I've been dealing with them over twenty years they're the best.

There is not many places like this where you have owners that are knowledgeable with all the parts and stock so many items for my classic as well as newer cars. Just call them and they can help you and when you buy parts the prices are very competitive . Thanks Crown !
Wish I could give it a 0....Why would they tell you that your part will b in the next morning coming from their warehouse only 2 keep you waiting for days....if I wanted 2 wait for days I could have brought the part online and cheaper
I have literally been waiting two weeks for a single cable for my car to come in from a "special order" the guy on the phone is always rude and has changed his story several times on what's going on. "Parts coming from Indianapolis" "parts coming from Springfield" and the best yet "parts taking so long because it's coming from China" he claimed a week ago the cable was in St. Louis and should be ready for pick up and now fed ex hasn't delivered the part to his store a week running. Doesn't seem like a realistic problem. I think I'm being jerked around. DO NOT GO TO CROWN AUTO PARTS!!
