We called ahead and asked if we could take our tires off the car that we were turning in, but no sooner than we get there, the title is signed and the car is theirs- you cannot retrieve any personal belongings or anything. Great place to go if you're looking to be ripped off. Their blatant lies and attitude aren't even worth the one star.
Seller beware they advertise one price then give another. I have been here on numerous occasions and am told one price over the phone then I get there and it’s less each every time. Sometimes they are not even open on the posted days they say open. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!! BEWARE.. Wasted time and $$
Be sure to ask when you get there for the price. IF you call they will tell you one price and after you get there and unload they will lower the price to something else. Protect yourself, ask for a price before you unload!!!
