I needed new tires on a Sunday. Chris and Jesse took care of my car and I was back on the road in 2 hours. Great service!! Very helpful and friendly!!

I showed up with a flat tire and an even flatter mood, but Raj changed that fast. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Not only did he fix my tire, he turned my whole day around. Service like this is rare - Raj is the real deal!

Jim is my new hero. Blew out a tire on Saturday and had to get it replaced on a Sunday. Not a lot of shops are open but the Firestone on Lemay came through in a clutch. Chris was amazing. I haven't been to this location in a few years but I'll definitely be back!!!

Upon leaving work noticed tire was worn on the inside down to the steel belts. The wonderful folks at Firestone worked me in and found I needed 4 new tires and an alignment. So very grateful for them taking the time to help before a major problem driving with my daughter! I know they were busy and had only one mechanic at the time but very appreciative!

I had hit a pothole on a Saturday night and had to get tires replaced. They were able to get me in the next day and got me back on the road before Monday. The gentleman at the desk, Chris, was great. He told me that the mechanic Jesse, had come in on his day off or they wouldn’t have been able to get my car fixed so quickly. Thanks Jesse and Chris!

My first time going to Firestone. I decided to switch from my regular car maintenance provider after things started to go wrong too often with my car. I found the staff great. They found what my car needed not what was most expensive. They repaired what was needed, not what gave them more to charge. I will be returning. Thank you. Oh and I didn't even know about the Veteran's Discount before I walked in.

This was my first time here and it was so great! In addition to new tires, I knew my car was going to need a fair amount of work. Chris was such a huge part in helping me get my car all better. He was straightforward about what I needed, he was clear with his explanations, he was helpful with choosing my tires and he was kind. As a woman who has been driving for many years, I have experienced negative shenanigans when it comes to car maintenance. Not today! I will definitely be bringing my car back. Thank you Chris!

I was at Sam’s Club when they discovered my lug nuts and studs were broken. Due to the safety concern, they immediately took my vehicle in. I was in and out in under an hour. Jesse worked on my vehicle and was extremely helpful throughout the process. Great service and quick turnaround.

Absolutely wonderful! Chris is so kind and caring and knowledgeable, I am sending my parents to this location from now on since my parents are local in Oakville (I was visiting for Christmas). Taj is also very knowledgeable and helpful. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this location! So professional and simply awesome ! I drove 14 hours from my duty station in Maryland to visit my family in my hometown and lo and behold my “service engine soon” light popped on in my bmw X1 after 12 hours of driving, so I started getting anxious anticipating the drive back in a mere 2 days. Talk about a time crunch. Chris took my vehicle early before my appointment time, was so kind and happy to help upon check-in, kept me informed the entire time; they called me within an hour to inform me of the diagnosis, advised me on what to do, and even saved me money in the long run. This is the type of hometown automotive maintenance and emergency business that you want to take your vehicle to. So easy, informative, helpful, and most importantly — did not nickel and dime me- on the contrary, their advice was so caring, they saved me money. I wish these professionals were located near where I live!!

Raj and the rest of the employees were so professional and kind. ??? I came out to a low tire this morning and they were one of the few places open on a Sunday. They had it patched up and explained everything thoroughly so I felt safe in about an hour. So grateful for their help.??️

Chris has always been very considerate and understanding. I had some pretty major issues with my car and they were repaired in a timely manner. I trust them with all my repairs and oil changes. I also purchased a set of tires from them and the cost was very reasonable and have had zero issues. Quality repair, great service , and they really do care about their customers. Chris is a Great guy, had an issue with my brakes and brought my vehicle in on a Sunday, not only did they find out the problem but drove it to make sure it was safe for me to leave as the parts either needed ordered or potentially under warranty thru the dealer. He also looked at my tires and brake pads and quoted me for recommended tires and such. I will definitely take my vehicle here over anywhere else. Thank you for all your care and concern

My wife woke up to very low tire pressure and needed to get to a baptism. I located the nail in the tread so she went directly to this location to see if they could fix it. After telling them of her situation, they pulled her straight in and got her back on the road in a matter of minutes. The crew at this location is top notch and very customer orientated!! I came to Chris on Friday morning with my front brakes essentially non-functioning. He got me in later that day and Mike the magician mechanic took care of my brakes. The next day I woke up with a completely flat tire and knowing that I urgently needed to get that fixed, they changed it out for me and ordered a new one for me at the best price they could get it. Came back this morning and Jesse is putting my new one on as we speak. I can not thank them all enough for the time and effort they put in for me. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs help. Top notch service

Chris was very knowledgeable and very helpful in our purchase of our new tires. He told us how long it would take to do the work and finished as promised. It was a pleasant experience because of Chris' help.

Chris set me up for an appt and got me in next morning for an alignment check after hitting concrete in KCMO on way to STL. He fixed both rims for a fair price, checked over undercarriage and suspension parts and even patched a tire for a very small charge. Also gave advice on toyota knowledge. Spent about a total of 20 mins answering questions. Completely fixed my rimsn and tires for under $120 and set me up for a safe return! A+
