I had to give this store a one star I wanted to pick no stars D who ever she is needs to be retrained horrible customer service and your employee had you on speaker if this doesn't reach someone at the top of management then something is up
Worst oreillys in the city I needed bolts and bushing for my impala the lady or girl boy was rude and told me “she don’t know and imma need to by the whole control arm or something” luckily autozone was professional and got me EXACTLY WHAT I NEEDED
This place is a good place to get parts if you know what you're getting. Sometimes people get a little confused but for the most part they're honest and they're nice people I'd recommend this place.

Bought the top of the line $199 3yr battery on 10/8/2020. I have proof of purchase. Took it into the O'Reilly's on 4318 Natural Bridge to receive a warranty replacement. They were not willing to apply test to battery during the visit - I was asked to wait 3 hours.
I was also told they could not find original sale associated with my phone number. Not sure how that could have happened since I gave them my phone number at the time of the sale. Supposedly they can't run a serial number for warranty check, or look at the O'Reilly's proprietary documentation stuck all over the battery, including a 9/20 (manufacturer's date) sticker. So my battery is a paperweight. I had no choice so I walked a few blocks down the street to the Auto Zone and bought a new one.
UPDATE since owner's response: If you want to do better, then your manager / cashier should have 1) performed a quick test on my battery so I could make a decision if I wanted to wait 3 hours to return and 2) offered to resolve my warranty issue. I have all of the bar codes and proprietary info off the battery, and my credit card entry on when I bought it. I bet the O'Reilly's POS machines could have found the original transaction and the warranty be associated with my phone number - if someone had been willing to make the effort. Meanwhile I'll still be $200 poorer.
I purchased all my parts from Orileys and the service was horrible. One employee who was a manager even got loud with me in the store. I had to go back and forth from two Orileys just to get the right part. I would like to compliment and thank ROBERT from the Kingshighway Orileys who went out of his way to help me in every possible way. Even when I rext Orileys main comapny the NEVERR returned my call which I feel is very unprofessional. I've lost time at work trying to resolve this matter which I did finally get my money back after spending more money. Future reference I will continue my purchase else where and advise others to do the same.

I purchased a battery on November 20th and unfortunately the battery was not the issue with the car so before going back to the store to return the battery making sure I can return it to the store. I spoke with the Assistant Manager letting him know what took place after installing the battery and he never said not once I couldn’t return the battery. I asked him can I return the battery and he said yes. I went to return the battery back today and was told I couldn’t get my money back and call customer service and they can override the customer service representative in the store and I can get my money back. After speaking to the 1-800 number the customer service representative told me it’s nothing she can do because of company policy. Two lies in one day is so unprofessional and I will not be returning back to this store/company ever again.
Good visit. Battery tested in car, confirmed bad cell from test inside store, replacement installed in 30 min. (I had my own tools for quick pull & replace.)
I wanted a part that autozone didn't have, and my mom had offered to pay for it. Autozone had said they could call her and get her card info over the phone. Orellys wouldn't, made her order online as a pickup and amswer sensitive questions to do it. Then they made us jump through hoops to pick it up, telling us a new step every time, and taking to us like we're idiots for not knowing what to do offhand. Not to mention when i was trying to explain my position to the manager he actually shushed me and talked over me. Have never had such a aggravating and disrespectful experience before in any store.
Called twice all I needed was an ignition switch and the young man kept putting me on hold both times 10 minutes or better til I called the third time and told him you keep putting me on hold forever I live right around the corner and they ain't that damn busy screw O'O'Reilly Auto Zone better n e damn way and the part I wanted was cheaper .....LOSERS...
Poor service.... I took my battery to be charged and never got it back.....They lost my battery and didn't compensate me and told me to come back in the morning like I don't have a life and could drive my car without a battery.... My truck got towed behind this situation
Went in to get brakes for my truck. Didn't kno the motor size. Had the book that came with the truck I couldn't find it. Asked if he could take a look because the truck was right outside he didn't answer. Just snapped a price. Big lip muthafucca almost got a few choice word. The customer service in this store sucks. I know I work in customer service / hospitality. Never will I go back there. I'll pay a few extra dollars at Auto Zone it's a block away.
