The staff at Niebling are rockstars! Dropped off my truck to fix a parking sensor and they had it done before the end of the day! Extremely professional and experts at problem solving. I wish there was an option for a 6th star. Because they absolutely deserve it!
Don't waste your time and money here! My car was broken into and attempted to be stolen the week before Christmas. It took Niebling a month (and a week past their original completion date) to replace my back passenger window, wiper blade control stick, and some basic steering column parts. The first excuse was their holiday hours, then it became waiting on parts and receiving faulty ones. Stacy told me in the front office that she would stay in contact during the process-I never heard from her unless I reached out. When I finally spoke to her, she never knew what was going on with my car and gave vague answers. Additionally, she was very unprofessional during one phone call, answering with a rude “hello,” which made me think I had called the wrong number. She also claimed she called and left a voicemail, but I have no missed call or voicemail from her. Our phones weren't the issue because the week before, her coworker Anthony returned my call and left a voicemail that I could see, and I had no issues receiving it. In his voicemail, he said he thought his coworker had already updated me and apologized for the miscommunication. I spoke to three different people throughout this process, asking each what was wrong with my car and which parts needed to be ordered. None of them gave a clear answer, so I finally contacted my insurance, who was happy to tell me exactly what parts needed ordering and provided a copy of the estimate, which I never received from Niebling until I picked up and paid for my vehicle. Now that I have my car back, the air doesn’t push through the vents properly, which was NOT an issue before. I should take my car back to Niebling for this fix, but I don’t trust them, and I can’t afford another rental car for another month while they fix their mistake. Niebling has only added stress during an already stressful time. I will not return, nor will I recommend anyone use their services. It’s a shame because they have great reviews, are local, and have been in STL for a very long time. The only positive comment I have is that they detailed my car inside and out.
Some underage squat without a liscence wrecked my ride parked in front of my house not knowing how to drive. Not only did this place make my repair seemless...but they were highly communicative about all details and progress. They had a family like connection with Enterprise Rental who also bent backward to make things easy for me. I got my Subaru back more beautiful than I remember buying it. They detail cleaned my interior that had nothing to do with the damage and finished everything under projected finish. Serious FLAWLESS job. The staff are friendly and sweet and I am so grateful this is where I chose to turn my misfortune upside down. I may even put these cats on my Christmas gift list. Thank you so much!! I was rear ended a couple months ago and Progressive sent me to Neibling. The entire experience was flawless. I received an approximate timeline when I dropped off my car and was told I'd get regular updates, which were received exactly as promised. I knew ahead of time that they have a locked lot, which made me feel extra confident about having my vehicle there. My Escape was ready ahead of schedule and looks great. Happy customer!
My car was hit twice in a matter of two weeks. I already had an appointment with Neibling for the first accident. They managed to do repairs for both in the same time frame. They were great to work with. Stacey was amazing. I received calls with updates and she stayed late so I could pick up my car the day it was done. The work they did on my car was great. Very grateful for the experience!
The people here are amazing! I called and Stacey fit my car in right away to be looked at. Mike the mechanic put my car up on the lift and explained what was happening. They fixed my car and got it up and running fast. As a woman who knows nothing about cars, they explained everything perfectly. This is definitely one of THE best places you can take your car !! I was in a nasty accident where someone rear ended me om Mov 7th 2024 and I needed met car repaired and Niebling Auto Body came HIGHLY recommended and now I KNOW WHY,,,,,My car went in on Dec 9th, 2024 and was completed Jan 23rd, 2025 and I was WOWED at the fantastic job Niebling did on my vehicle. she was totally AMAZING. Mr. Almir Zgalj is a GENIUS at what he does and i am totally grateful for all that he does I am totally THANKFUL for the AWESOME job he did. My mother had her vehicle repaired here and she had the best service ever! The staff was very friendly and informative, stayed on top of getting her repairs completed as quickly as possible! They helped her get into her rental and kept her updated through the entire process. To top it off they CLEANED the inside to looking like a brand new car! I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone that wants not only the best repairs to be done to their vehicle but to have the best most friendly people doing the work!

When my van was hit-while-parked insurance connected us to Niebling. They were courteous, good work done, even vacuumed the van that holds 4 kids, so that was above and beyond and just an all around kindness!

When I took my car in to be repaired, I was greeted warmly by the owner. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. Promised updates were on time and helpful. My car came back in great condition. They really seemed to value me! I will definitely remember them if I need help in the future!!
These guys went above and beyond! They did our repairs almost a year ago and the paint began to chip a couple months ago so it was a warranty call this week and they weren’t making anything off it. Even so, they worked with our schedule (we live out of state now) and even vacuumed and detailed the inside!
WOW - Niebling Auto Body is awesome! My first experience was due to me hitting a deer with my brand-new Honda Accord in April 2022. I took it to Niebling Auto Body as multiple friends of mine suggested I take it to Niebling. Although the damage from the deer was not major, the paintwork on the two stages, Pearl White metallic, was outstanding. I could not tell if the car was ever damaged and repainted and it looks like the day I drove it off the lot.

I have now twice had the mis/fortune of ending up at Niebling in my past five years of living in St Louis. Both times, with two different cars and two very different freak issues, the cars have come back so much better than they were before their incidences. Not sure how they do it but should you ever unfortunately need to get your car fixed due to one of the dozens of reasons your car can end up busted in this town (falling trees, car thieves, potholes, reckless drivers, the list goes on)-- go to Niebling! You will emerge from the dust cloud with a much nicer vehicle!
I highly recommend Neibling to anyone! They replaced my windshield and dashboard, and it feels brand new! Not only did they fix it car, they went above and beyond and cleaned my car. Outstanding work.
Very easy to work with, familiar with insurance claims, and transparent on work done and pricing. They went above and beyond in their repair work and completely cleaned the inside of our vehicle to top it off! Will use them again if we need repair work in the future.
Had my bumper repaired here after a minor rear end collision. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. My car was only here a total of 5 days so that was awesome. They even had someone from the car rental company come pick up the rental from the shop when it was time to pick up my car. Helped a lot since I was in a bit of a time crunch that evening. My car looks fantastic! Bumper is like new and the whole car was squeaky clean. They even straightened out my license plate that was caved in from the accident. Haven’t seen it shine like that in a while. Very impressed with this shop and I highly recommend them.
This is the best body shop in the city, period. Their work and service are impeccable. I was taken care of graciously by Almir, and him and the rest of the staff are pretty much the best. They went above and beyond in an emergency situation for me last year and for that no car I own will ever see another body shop in the city, and neither should yours.
David and his staff are first rate. My repairs look fantastic and they went above and beyond to make sure that every minor part of the repair was just right. Highly recommend Niebling Auto Body!
The people at Niebling did an amazing job of repairing damage sustained to my car by a large tree branch. When they were finished my car looked better than when I bought it! I got updates from Dave a couple of times a week, and even spoke to the owner, David, a couple of times as he happened to be the one answering the phone. My repairs did take awhile, but I got my car back only one business day past the target date given to me by Niebling, so I would say that they really know how long it takes to get the job done. I also had some help a couple of days after I picked up my car. My car wouldn’t start, and they sent someone to my house to jump it for me. Overall excellent service and worth the wait to get repairs done properly.
Cool story: So, I ran over a curb through clumsy driving, hearing that ever-dreaded scrape. When I returned home, the front bumper was hanging down as a frustrating reminder of the hardness of that curb. As I tried to fasten it back, I realized that I had in fact scraped the whole bottom of my front bumper, now also hanging close to the ground. Ahh! Taking a deep breath, I made the decision to call the only car company I knew, which was actually a tire shop. Patient with my ignorance, they graciously referred me to Niebling, who I then called to find out about an initial estimate. When I arrived at Niebling, sheepishly showing one of the employees my bumper, I was bracing for the bad news. "Maybe I will have to get the whole bumper replaced. This is going to cost a ton," I thought. Well, this employee looked under the car and informed me that I had actually scraped the plastic guard that attaches to the bumper, dislodging a few crucial plastic fastenings. They were able to accurately diagnose the problem and not lead me down the path of having to get a new bumper. One of the other employees took the car in to re-attach the guard. I was very grateful that they did not see a sheepish customer as an opportunity to elicit a large bill for a new bumper, but took the time to fix what was necessary for me to get back on the road. They were professional throughout the process, and I certainly recommend their service. Thank you very much.
Niebling once again provided great service today, 9/24/21. I had an interior problem with a grab handle that somehow came loose on the driver's side. The manger was most helpful and got a technician who knew immediately what was wrong. He grabbed his tools and materials and was able to fix it on the spot. I thanked him for his help. He thanked me for being a long time customer for nearly 30+ years. I have used their services many times. This is what keeps me always coming back. Being a business owner myself they have earned a Five Star rating.

We have a 2012 Camaro it had gotten cover in oil and Tar and gravel from driving down a road that was being worked on and no where to turn around at .The under body was really bad .But after two week with Niebling it looks like a New car the under body is a shining as it was the day it came off the line and the paint look great. The guys at the shop was very friendly and helpful. If we every need any body work done we will be going back to them . Thank you all for a great looking cars again.
I side swiped a guardrail and had some pretty extensive damage. The insurance company wanted them to put older used parts on my brand new 2019 Chevy Sonic. The crew wouldn't do it! They only wanted the best for my baby. While it took a little longer to her back, my car is running better than it ever has. AND she looks perfect! Highly recommend this shop! There's a reason they've been open for 50+ years. Dave and his team are amazing! 👏🏽 Covid safe office as well! 👍🏾
I have used Niebling Auto Body over the years on a number of occassions. They are very professional and have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Work was done very well, in a timely manner and needed no follow up. Also, they worked well with my insurance provider.
