The staff were rude! The lady (emp. 77) behind the counter seemed bothered that I needed someone to install the blades. The guy she went to get he had the same attitude. If I didn’t have to buy wiper blades and a snow scraper I would have went to a different store. If the staff don’t do wiper installation then the window sign should be removed.

Clerk was very rude, refused to answer when asked about the warranty on my old battery. Never said “welcome to NAPA” thanks for coming. Just seemed very annoyed that we made hime do his job. Will never go back.
NAPA needs to hire new workers who know how to use the computer because the older lady that is short and wear glasses that works there doesn’t know what she’s doing! I went there to order swaybar links for my car, and she clearly told me that they do not have them. I have to go to the dealer I left there went to O’Reillys and ordered the part within five minutes.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. The service and the people here are useless. I came in today needed help with a battery. I wasn't greeted. I had to walk up to someone to even be acknowledged. A lady assisted me and I'm clearly stressed. She was making rude jokes making fun of my situation. When told this is my last resort, my battery is on its last leg, she was like you don't have roadside?? I told them I used roadside to get here and she continued to crack jokes. They tried to overprice me for a product I saw online for cheaper. I asked did they price match, they said no and laughed... and then was like you can order online.. I just walked out and went to autozone. Never coming back here again. Also they don't loan tools or install batteries. Don't waste your time.
Bad service, bad products and a useless warranty. I had a NAPA car battery that would not hold charge, but was just over a year old and under “warranty“. I went into that store and was asked for the receipt of the purchase. I explained that this was a online order and showed them the email confirmation receipt from NAPA. Then I was asked for the paper pick up slip that I was given a year ago and told that without that they cannot help me.
A small caveat, I had a similar issue with a battery that I purchased at AutoZone and when I went in there, I was asked for my phone number. They looked up the purchase and that’s all they needed to give me a new battery on the spot.
UPDATE: After posting the review, I was contacted by NAPA and they replaced the battery
Went looking for something called Nanosparkle for taking out scratches in paint finish but was not found bought some Turtle wax compound but it didn't do what I'd hope along with a shammy towel.
Not very friendly or helpful. I stopped in to ask about getting codes read in my car after looking online to see if they did that. After waiting for someone to physically come out to help me, as there was nobody around, I was just told “we don’t do that”.
I called this location to get a quote about an alternator. The guy that answered the phone was very rude in disrespectful in using profanity due to the fact I called in they were about 2 close. I hope this matter get resolved.
Somehow I ended up with both headlights out after dark and needed replacements. Sean was quick, witty, and knowledgeable, he knew that the lights the computer recommended probably weren't correct and sold me the correct lights, then helped me install them in the dark, cold parking lot! I could have figured it out myself but I was so grateful for his help! Thank you Sean!
Good place... Inventory can be better, or maybe it was only what I was looking for..hubcaps. Very nice staff. Will return one day it's in my neighborhood
These people have the "NAPA Know How", and they were very kind, too.
I saw a truck stranded while on my way home. They had side-terminal GM troubles--loose connection. NAPA first lent us a jumper pack. Then, once a security guard and I limped it into their lot, they let us use the GM side-terminal wrench so I could clean the connection up.
Even though we didn't spend a dime (this time), they were very kind and generous. Kudos to the folks behind the counter for doing the right thing.

.y number one auto parts store once again because Napa has over 90% of the car parts you need in the store and "IF " not they will get it there fast within the hour or so! It's rare that they won't have the parts you need for your project, so that's a very big if!! Now they may be a little pricier than others, Auto zone,O'Reilly etc. , the parts they sell your are of very good quality and last longer than other same products! Go Napa!!
Top of the line Auto Parts you got to get out there and sell your products to these service repair shops cuz they're using low quality parts and you can make a killing because your products are superior I just discovered a great repair shop called Floyd's on St Charles Rock Road in St John and I was very happy to see that Napa Auto Parts delivered there and service this fine company
These are the nicest, most professional folks I've dealt with at any auto parts store. They are always so helpful. They have excellent parts and service is impeccable. Won't EVER need to deal with Auto Zone again!! Yay!!
They have dealer quality parts. Many specialty tools. They have good parts guys than can help you find most anything you need. Nice selection of nuts bolts, hardware. Just don't ask to use Thier restroom . Might get stuck having a "brown out", if you know what I mean.....
Stay away from their Retail Business Development Manager Joseph Spaan. He moonlights as a salesman for a landscaping and concrete company and is extremely unprofessional. My husband and I found ourselves dealing with false promises, threats and childish tirades through texting with Joseph over the course of our project. I've worked with contractors and have experience in sales and this gentleman was one of the worst I've dealt with in my career. It's sad that it comes to this, but this individual needs to take a moment to to some reflecting on how he treats people.
I'm sure the store is very nice. My review is not on this store location. My review is a direct reflection of a horrible person that works there.
I buy random things here all the time. I felt compelled to write this review after having a good experience returning an unused item at this location. I had my receipt and the item ready walking in. I was helped promptly with no fuss at the register. In the past I have also specially ordered wiper blades (why are you so weird about wiper blades Prius 2 Eco?) and always been able to pick them up next day. No one ever has these in stock. This is the fastest and most reliable location I've ever gotten them at.
Great customer service! They were out of the item I brought up to the counter to purchase so they gave me the upgraded model for the same price as the item I selected without me even asking. They were super polite through the process which I greatly appreciate. I will make sure that I will use this store location for any future needs I have.
Called to purchase a battery for my car. They asked for year, make and model and said he would be right back with a price and availability. 22 mins later ans was still on hold so I hung up and called back.
Same answer again and put on hold?
The customer service at this particular location is very friendly and helpful and the management seems to really care about their customers and making sure that they get the right parts at the best price. I have pay online for an order and even though the promotion had expired before I picked up my order they still under the price so that is great customer service and the manager on duty was very friendly about it
Andres was a lifesaver for me today. I'm so appreciative of his knowledge and helpfulness. Plus the price of my car battery from Napa was way less than what I was going to pay at another store! Consider me your new loyal customer!
Used to shop here for most of my auto needs, but I stopped because their phone customers for far more too important than the customers whom have taken the time to come in store. Got tired of waiting while a clerk answers the phone in my face and I have to wait while the phone customer is helped.
The best experts are behind the counter. The rare items can usually be ordered in a few days. The items that are there can be installed by local mechanics and they are willing to tell you their phone number.
