It doesn't deserve a rating; this is the first time I've been treated with such discouragement and little interest in helping or selling at Auto Zona. Other stores are more helpful.
Damon (pronounced Deh-mon) was so helpful today switching out my battery when it went bad. I didn't catch her name but the woman working with him (before the 2nd woman came in to work) was really helpful looking up the warranty information. Both of them made my day and now I feel safer out and about on the road. This location has the best people and is my go to spot for parts, batteries, and everything else for my truck.
I wanna give this place a 0 but that’s not possible, so I give you a one. SUPER unprofessional. Have had multiple instances where I have been profiled and harassed by the same employee. Very disrespectful , and refused to do job because of opinions.
I'll start this off by saying I love the customer service I get from majority of the staff at this location, the older gentleman with glasses I believe his name is Steve harasses me every single time I go into this store I try to be respectful every time but I'm constantly met with vulgare language and a bad attitude,I love this store I'm here daily for my cars i buy and sell and Im just constantly met with bad energy from this gentleman I'm not one to leave reviews but this is out of hand it's consistent it isn't a one time thing
I went here to get a new windshield wiper. The store had what I needed but the guy couldn't put it on my car. I gladly went to O'Reilly Auto Parts and got the windshield wiper put on.
Great customer service and very knowledgeable staff. They helped diagnose my battery issue, explained everything clearly, and assisted with installation right on the spot. Store was clean and well-stocked. Really appreciate the professionalism — I’ll be returning for future auto needs.
Manager Edin did a fantastic job with my battery installation. I was declined an install at different location after I had already bought the new one so he went ahead and picked up the slack for them even though he did not have to.
The two men working today were extremely helpful and kind. I wish I could remember both of their names (one was Kwame and the other is probably the Edin that everyone is talking about) Thanks for helping this clueless car owner have a smooth experience.

We went to auto zone yesterday Monday 21, 2025 and received helped from the assistant manager named Enid (I’m sorry if I spelt it wrong) but he was great. He was very patient and informative, he answered every question we had no issue. He was super polite and kind. He was great!!

I just stopped by to get some help with finding the correct freon for my ac and Edin was able to find a great product for me for an affordable price in less than 5 minutes. Steve was also incredibly friendly and I appreciated the wonderful customer service and helpful tips they gave me. They are great folks!

I came in the store to buy a rubbing compound to fix a minor scratch in my car. I asked Edin if he worked there and could help me. He stopped what he was doing immediately and asked what i needed. He insisted on coming out to see the scratch personally before making a recommendation. He even told me i could use my own rags from home instead of trying to sell me something i didn’t need. I ended up telling him about a noise my new to me used car (87K miles) was making. He popped the hood and listened and gave me a good recommendation for a dealership he has personal experience with. He also told me the part is still under warranty which made my day. As far as customer service goes i would give Edin and this store an A+++.
I came to this location to purchase a 3-inch by 18 in exhaust pipe. I purchased the very same item just up the street at O'Reilly's for $12.. the part went up for $38 and some change after trying to tell the manager with the actual price was and what price was listed "" I was met with hostility and completely blown off"" I've been going to AutoZone for 35 years and I worked at the 303 location for 2 years... I will never come to this location ever again! I don't understand why people just won't do their jobs these days?
Best customer service I’ve ever received at any auto parts story! Steven the GM and Erin the Parts Sales Manager hooked up! Will definitely be coming back for every time for all my auto needs!
I have to give a big thank you to Erin D at this store. My check engine light came on and I was three hours from home. He helped me get the correct parts and also found me a mechanic to help fix the car. I went to Firestone which sent me to another store that could not help. If it wasn’t for Erin I would have been stranded and so far away from home.
Went today and Mr. Edin. D helped me. I recommend him 10/10. He’s very sincere and patient for someone who don’t know bout cars. Will be visiting again here. Thank you Mr. Edin. D for your help.
Went there today with my Significant other to return a $40+ part bought on card that was just bought yesterday.
I was the calmer of the two, fully respectful and listening.
Apparently according to the "Manager" on shift, we can't do return on Sundays due to corporate? And then they switch it up and just don't do cash refunds on Sundays? (We didn't use cash)
And you say any any other location would tell me the same?
Yeah, bold claim when we both look into Autozones Terms and Refunds, and went to the location less than a mile away and they did the return and let us know the previous store just didn't want to deal with us!
I'd make sure your employees know not to claim their laziness is based on corporate decisions.
As prior management of an establishment, one less return isn't worth losing your job over.
If you get paid to assist customers, it isn't that difficult to do.
A little mutual respect for the people funding your paycheck saves from poor situations and poor customer service like this.
Edin D was an amazing worker. He was so helpful and got me what I needed way faster than I thought ! He made me feel good as a customer and seemed very genuine about helping me fix my problem. I recommend you ask for him if you go to this location. This was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had no exaggeration I was so shocked by how dedicated this man was to helping me and im so thankful
Edin D. was very knowledgable in helping me understand useful maintenance tips for my Subaru. He also helped recommend me to multiple car replacement key shops he thought had a great reputation. Customer service was beyond what I had expected!
Today it was raining, and my car was not starting. I have been here before but nothing like checking my car battery. Steve greeted me immediately and he ran the test and confirmed the battery needed to be replace. Edin took over and helped me replace the battery in the rain. This stores customer service was superb and they were kind and knowledgably. I will be coming back here and telling friends who also live in the city about this AutoZone. Thank you
Edin D was the most helpful and friendliest employee I have EVER met at a retail store. He went out of his way to assist me with finding the right transmission fluid for my vehicle. He went above and beyond to help me. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

Edin was super awesome! His customer service was top notch; friendly and spunky. He offered to install my purchase and reminded me to call ahead if we needed anything and he would make sure it was in stock before making the trip. Good dude!
This is a great company but the manager Robert insulted my character over a defected product in front of all the other staff and customers. I explained my situation after he had told me as I entered that he wasn't doing any returns. I calmly responded that wasn't professional to represent this company with such a rude attitude. Then he adjusted his position. Love the company but that was the last time I'm going there. Lemay location is awesome!!!!!!!$$
