When my car started making a noise requiring immediate attention, I was driving in an unfamiliar area and had no idea what to do. Pulled into a filling station and was told Telle Tire was just down the road. And am I glad they were. Told them what was happening and they know cars so well, all they had to do was feel the heat coming from my tire to know it was the brake. They went above and beyond to take care of me and get my car fixed. What a great place.
They plugged a hole in my tire. They just earned a new customer. I have 3 cars, and they will see all of them. Great customer setvice...all customers were happy/ smiling.
I had to have my car towed because it wouldn't start and my dashboard information was acting crazy and saying that there were problems with my braking system. AAA told me that Telle was AAA certified and gave discounts for members. The one on Lemay Ferry is really close to me so I decided to be towed there and I feel very blessed that I made that decision. It turned out to only be that my battery was going bad. They gave me a very good price on a replacement and that was it. They could've told me it had something to do with my brakes or computer and charged me anything because I had no idea what the problem was. I commend them for their honestly and quick work! I will be trusting them with my car from now on. They seemed to truly care about me and having my business and were extremely nice and friendly. Tyler was the person I dealt with. He was great along with the other guys I interacted with. Thanks to the Telle Tire and Auto family for having a wonderful and trustworthy company!

This is an amazing place with great down to earth people. They took me in with no appointment, fixed my breaks and had me back on the road in no time. 10 out of 10 wouldn’t hesitate going back for another repair. Not forgetting the price. The price was so great. All in all this is the place to go for your tire and wheel services.

They always treat me with respect and friendliness! As a woman who knows nothing about cars, I feel some places take advantage of that. But I have NEVER felt that way at this Telle Tire! They are the best!!

I need to have 2 tires replaced on my vehicle and let Chris know that I was flexible on drop off and pick up. I was able to drop my vehicle off on Sunday evening and pick it up on Monday after work. They have so much flexibility and don’t waste time accommodating or accomplishing any service needs. Jason followed up with me once the service was completed with the details and made payment a breeze. Any of my vehicles needs will be handled by Telle. Excellent costumer services. They took my car for a nail in one of my tires , it was ready in 1 hr . Very friendly . Excellent service. Definitely I’ll be coming back .
I was overly worried about my tire after I somehow had a screw lodged into it. The air kept leaving my psi at 15 or lower. I scheduled an appointment the next day. The employees were incredibly nice, as always. They fix my tire within 30 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the service. I went in thinking there’s no way I’m not leaving with a big tire bill when I really left with a fixed tire and they said it’s no problem you’re good. The sweetest thing after so much anxiety with an awful thing that happens to us all at least once in our life. I appreciate them all so much. I’ll be back again for sure. Service and kind and honest people are hard to find now. Thank you all. You turned my bad day into a good one.
Cannot recommend these guys enough. Repaired my tire very quickly and everyone I spoke to was super nice. Every person who came through the door while I was waiting mentioned how good a job they did here, I definitely see why.
I will always have an appreciation for Telle tire. I was originally introduced to them in St Peters, and I've recently been visiting this location as well. Telle tire is authentic, straight to the point on recommendations and concerns (including photos!) about each individual problem you may have. They don't stairstep you to try to "fix" the issue. They locate the main problem, and they fix the problem. Thank you Telle for being honest mechanics!

We had the BEST experience at Telle Tire in Oakville. All of the service members were so helpful and explained everything that we needed done. The turn around for service was quick and they made the pickup process so easy!
The customer service here is stellar! I use a walker. The door was held open for me to enter. I was given a very cheerful, warm, and friendly greeting.
I was in need of four new tires and a state inspection. The low pressure sensors had not been working for a good while, so we added that to the list. I was not forced into taking any particular set or brand of tires. Several were presented. My front tires were in really bad condition. The rear were on the borderline. I was given the figures on where they stood and the ratio range for that measurement and allowed to decide if I just wanted to stay with the rear ones for a little while longer or get all four. There was no pressure- just information.
I was on my way to work. Why waiting for my Uber ride, I was served coffee with my choice of flavors. Hot chocolate and tea were also options.
My car failed the safety inspection, unfortunately. I was not surprised. My brakes were shot. I thought they had been acting up and not sounding right. I left the car overnight, and had Uber just take me home.
They were great about keeping in contact and aprised of everything. Great people and service! My pleasure to give a great review!
My most recent visit to Telle Tire was due to a nail in the tread. While the tire was not repairable (verified by another tire store) they got me another tire SAME DAY and installed it for a small pro-rated tread charge (I had road hazard coverage). I was very happy with their service and speed considering they had 3 other appointments that day for the same issue.

I had a slow leak in a tire. Called the shop and was able to get in same day. Dropped off the car and within an hour got a call back saying the car is ready.

I have been a customer with this Telle Tire for as long as I can remember, and they are absolutely incredible. They are always the first people I call when I have any car issues. The team is always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They treat you like family, remember you by name, and genuinely care about keeping you safe on the road. This Telly Tire on LeMay ferry gave me excellent service so appreciative of their care, customer service and attention to detail I will definitely be back. I can’t think of the technician and the associate that assisted me, but they were phenomenal from dropping my car off to picking it up. It was amazing thank you so much.
Telle in Oakville is my go-to spot! The guys are always welcoming and positive, even on the first cold or hot day of the season when I stop in because my pressure warning came on. They enjoy teasing me about my EV (like needing an oil change) but have always been gracious even though I don’t have much need for maintenance. This treatment made me want to buy my next set of tires there, even if they cost a bit more. I was surprised to discover they beat the “discount” chains. It’s tough to find trustworthy, “neighborly” service any more, but Telle Oakville never fails to deliver!
Traveling from KY to KC, MO to see my Vetran brother who is in hospice care. Soon after filling 3/4 of tank in St Louis we felt car starting to act up. We immediately exited Interstate and called a tow truck. Telle Tire Service is an excellent business with fantastic people who were able to flush our gas tank of diesel that was not fitted with a proper spout at a Conoco station on the North side. Special shout out to Doug, the mechanic at Telle Tire! They are honest people with quick service and reasonable prices!
