This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
Trimarc Metals LLC in St. Louis, MO scores 91/100. Reviews largely praise friendly, professional staff, clear communication, and quick loading/unloading; long‑term partners note reliability and fair pricing. Drivers often get fast turnarounds, though some report 2+ hour waits, tight/dirty yard spots, and messy dry‑van loads; one warned flatbeds to avoid, while others say loaders listen and balance well—so driver experiences are mixed. Many mention streamlined ops, with occasional not‑ready‑to‑load complaints. Limited info on inventory variety or parts finding.
Trimarc has serviced Jones and Lockhart Fabrication for over 20 years. Great communication and easy to do business with. Will often go above and beyond to help us with any of our scrap needs. Just recently helped us scrap two old forklifts.
Super nice and friendly staff! Gotta come in off of Bellafontaine Drive.. the back way has a 10ft bridge. 57 minutes to pull in, scale, load, re-scale, paperwork, close up the drums trailer and make this review. Watch for things that'll flaten your tires!
Always a pleasure doing business with this company. The loaders actually listen to the driver's. And the are also good at giving directions for just what they need the driver to do. In and out quickly with a great and balanced load.
World class, industry leader, industrial metal recycler and exporter. Honest, family business that is a main stay in long term business relationships. I would recommend this company to any demolition company heavy duty to light duty, real estate construction, major to minor Realestate construction developer, municipality real estate/commercial developer. They have the culture, leadership, staff, equipment to get any removal and purchase job done. If you have secondary market metal in any volume call Trimarc.
If you’re hauling in a dry van, avoid this place. They load shredded metal in large bags and boxes, leaving a mess of metal shavings all over the trailer. It’s a headache to clean up and not worth the trouble. I had to get the trailer washed out even after sweeping out.
I love these guys...great family to work for, always helpful and prompt. Looking forward to working more with them once my current seasonal runs are outta the way
