I called an emergency line and these guys were sent out. First off, not a "Hi, hello". No introduction. No giving me his name. Nothing but "where's the spare". To make matters worse, I didn't know my spare was also very low on air. After he put it on he asks if I'm going to limp out to air it up at a gas station. Since when don't tow trucks have an air compressor? I've never encountered one that didn't. I got no paperwork or receipts, he just left. I come from a family of construction workers and mechanics who don't act like this regardless of how busy or bad their day is. You think your day sucks? You got paid to take 15 mins to change a tire. I had to pay $200 & get your bad attitude, then another $500 to fix the damage. So, yeah, if you don't want to deal with someone's bad day being taken out in you when you're already having a bad day yourself, don't use these guys.

A nice gentleman named Josh came to tow me but was unable to because I was on the roof of the parking garage. However he did unlock my car so I could look for my lost keys. Since I was unable to find my keys, he stayed with me, as a am a lady of 87 years and made sure I got across a busy highway to the motel safely. I had made arrangements with my daughter to bring me my extra keys. I hope all of your employees are as thoughtful as this gentleman. I will keep your card and tell my friends to call your business if they are in need of your services if they are in your area.

Josh was friendly and he worked well with me to get my car towed to the local shop for me to get it repaired. Would recommend this company for anyone who needs a tow for anything. I appreciate Josh’s help and kind attitude a lot.

Called through AAA when my brakes stuck and locked the rear wheels. The driver was very helpful getting my car safety on and off the truck, and worked fast too! Made my night much easier, would recommend their services to others.

Friday June 6th. Gentleman came and picked up our vehicle and towed my sister's car and towed us back to Eureka. Very nice guy. It was through AAA. If I had the choice I would request him in the future.

Stay away! Very poor service was provided during a “diagnostic”. No information nor resolution given. Not fair at all on pricing ! Diagnostic program needed to be “updated” but yet charged a full diagnostic price . No fault codes were shown, waste of time ! Scam!

I got stuck in the snow, just pulling out of a spot at the truck stop. The driver was top-notch. If I'm not mistaken, he was the owner as well, very friendly, very professional, and helpful. i was very stressed out, and he was very calm and respectful. Thank you, guys, for helping me in my time of need.

Company flew me out to recover another driver's truck. Was talking to the owner before arriving at his shop and he offered to pick me up since the hotel I would be at was "on the way". Very personable and friendly. The weather was turning for the worse but he got me sorted and released as soon as he could. I really appreciate the hospitality!!

Untrustworthy. Went "out of town " without contacting or answering calls for over a week while I was paying for a rental car. Had to have my car taken to another location with the cost of another tow. Let's just say if you're related or of Indian descent you'll probably be treated well. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Great experience, would recommend. The technician, Nervin, was very professional, worked to figure out the car problem, and got me towed where I needed to go as quickly as possible. Late on a rainy night it was much appreciated!

Nermin, from AEA Towing responded to an AAA scheduled tow request to take my vehicle to the dealership. Once he arrived he determined an overlooked situation that solved the vehicle problem and avoided the trip to the dealership. I was thoroughly impressed with his timeliness, and customer-focused attention. His intuition saved us and we are very grateful. AEA Towing is an easily remembered name and now also is their service.

I was quoted a time of 2 hours when I called but it only took 40 minutes, my car wouldn’t start and we tried to jump it but nothing worked, Nermin came and was OUTSTANDING with help & got my car to start. He was AMAZING and the service was fast I will definitely be using again & also passing the word around about the EXCELLENT SERVICE.

My daughter accidentally locked her keys in her car, with the car running, in front of our house. I called AAA and they told me the wait would be an hour. I was like ok, no problem; however, Neurman was like, I'll be there in 10 minutes! Prompt, courteous customer service...very pleased with his services!

I was helped by Norman when I needed a tow, using AAA. He arrived more than 45 min prior to his quoted arrival time and exceeded my expectations for great service. AEA’s pricing is fair, and they are a very honest tow company when it comes to paying per mile. By far the nicest experience I’ve ever had, needing a vehicle towed.

So, the mechanic Nermin, came before the 20 minute mark and when I say he was AWESOME, that is an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! He was so professional and sweet and his customer service was A1! I definitely was impressed and will be using them again!!!

We had a flat, with no spare! Rental car that nobody told us about no spare! AEA was able to tow us to the hotel 5 miles away. Then they came back in the morning and towed it to our destination where we had it fixed. Great job!!! Both drivers were excellent

I ended up working with two different guys. The first one couldn't help me, though he tried. He said I needed a different kind of tow. The second guy managed to get my vehicle started, after assuring me he would help me get things figured out no matter what. Both of the guys were very polite, courteous and helpful. Even after spending 5 hours in a parking lot I drove away feeling good about the outcome. Alden and Joseph - thank you. ?

Andy was fast to respond and very helpful. Probably the best roadside experience I’ve had. We got a flat without a spare. Instead of towing us back home for me to patch the hole, he was able to patch the tire and get us back on the road. Highly recommended.

Andy was the gentleman who assisted us in O’Fallon, Illinois. We were stranded a long ways from home and not near our thanksgiving family gathering! He graciously helped us and went over and above any of our expectations. It could have been a very sad event but he quickly helped with our rental and got us back on the road.

We were stranded after our car shut down in the middle of a turn lane on a busy highway, and Arapovic was an amazing help! He was professional, helpful, and very fast. Highly recommended... thank you for the fast assistance when we needed it the most!

Our tow driver was Dennis B. and he did an excellent job. He was pleasant, professional, and courteous. We had no issues with the hookup or tow. He completed our tow in a timely and safe manner! We are very grateful and satisfied with the service provided by Dennis!

What a great person to deal with. Edin is such a professional. We would have had to wait another two hours if he had not come by. He took care of everything and explained in detail what the best course of action. I can’t say enough great things about them. If you need emergency tow services or just things handled the right way, this is the company to deal with.

If I could give no stars I would. 2 weeks ago my friend had his truck towed to have work done. When the truck arrived nothing was done and the truck has been sitting for 2 weeks and no work done. And when it came time to get the truck moved to a different place he parked has tow truck in front of my friend truck. Don't do Business here if you want to end up like this.
