Took in my car because of a broken tail light and a bit of a dent from a falling tree branch they worked with my insurance company and had the repairs done in 4 days. Everyone was amazing the service was great they found that there was extensive damage to the bumper as well and they replaced it with a brand new bumper they also applied clear coat to my car and it looks amazing I would highly recommend this shop the overall professionalism and the service was exceptional my thanks to Trevor and all of the staff for the wonderful job

I literally can not see enough good about this place! They stayed in touch with us the entire time they had the vehicle. And when we got it back and something was still wrong, they sent a tow truck to get our van back to the shop. They diagnosed the problem rapidly and fixed it within a day! Truly the best service we could have ever hoped to have!
The driver side sun visor fell off on my F150. I went to EP to see if they could repair it. I went in to the office with said visor in hand. Steven immediately was on the job. Fifteen minutes later it was done. No charge. I offered him $10 and he flatly refused. That's class. That's Ernie Patti.
Despite being in an unfortunate car accident and needing repair repairs on my road warrior, Ernie Patti was so lovely to work with. They were efficient, clear communicators, invested in my satisfaction, and just really pleasant people.
No one wants to have to use a collision center, so I really appreciate that the staff at Ernie Patti were so fantastic. Jordan was great from the beginning. Steven was excellent. The communication was solid throughout, and whoever did the work was a magician. NO WAY you could tell my car had been hit.

I have had to use their services twice both very unfortunate circumstances but Ernie Patty refurbished the car as if nothing ever happened both times. I would highly recommend using their services. I have a friend that took his vehicle to caliber collision and had to take it back to get paint work redone in my experience with Ernie Pattie. I have never had to bring my vehicle back.
Came in with a dent and some white transfer material from my garage door. Got an accurate estimate, and then bro started cleaning the white material off my car for free with a cleaning compound. Workers are great yall should come here.
Apparently I'm the only person ever to schedule an appointment online..? Soooo.. Spoiler alert..: DON'T FREAKING DO THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I scheduled an appointment over a month ago to drop my car off.. It's a lease, and has to be taken back in a couple months, not only that I was planning on taking it back early to swap it out because the stupid tariffs are going to skyrocket car prices more than they already are. Welp, thanks to these guys I can't do that. I showed up for my appointment.... one that *THEY REMINDED ME OF MULTIPLE TIMES VIA TEXT*... Only to have them go "Oohhhhh sorryyyyyy our website doesn't even know our schedule!.. We can do an estimate tho! :D" ............. sooooooooooooooooooooo *NOW* I HAVE TO WAIT A WHOOOOOOOOOLE MONTH AND A HALF OR SO FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! I have used Ernie Patti Collision Center for 3 different vehicles. The did an excellent job on each of them. One vehicle was totaled by insurance but we bought it as salvage and ErniePatti had it looking good as new. Trevor in the office was especially helpful with a problem not involving an insurance claim.
Very biased team, worked super late. Spent 7 days fixing a windshield and side mirror.
Worked with insurance as their priority and make false claims so that insurance doesnt fix nexcesary liabilities.
Super disgruntled personnel at the front desk profiled me even before hearing me speak and was super harsh with getting my car fixed and worked on.
Seems the price was super high too.

I brought my car to Ernie Patti Collision Center after my fiancé accidentally backed into a cement pole, ripping off my rear view mirror and damaging the side door LOL. Ernie Patti's employees were kind and welcoming from the time I walked in the door. They were accommodating to my schedule as often that is difficult because I work night shift. They left me voicemails to update me on my car's condition and when/what they charged my insurance, etc. It was also very easy to get a rental through enterprise down the street, they picked me up and I was able to drop off rental vehicle at Ernie Patti when it was time to pick my vehicle up. The process was simple, smooth, and much less stressful than I had imagined it to me. Thank you to all staff

I had an amazing experience with Ernie Patti Collision Center! They are Professional, Timely, and Communicative. I had Steven and Trevor as my main points of contact and they made sure this process went as smoothly as possible so I could get my car back before a long road trip. They always happily took my calls, even when I'm sure the calls became annoying. Also, their Website Tracker is helpful! If you request text messages, you'll receive updates on the progress of your car daily. Would absolutely recommend and I will bring any future car issues here.
I had a bad experience with a previous auto body shop when someone rear ended my car a few years ago. The employees were so unprofessional. A month ago, my car was rear ended again. I wasn't too eager to seek out an auto body shop, even though it was covered by the 3rd party insurance claim. I expected the same subpar service with Ernie Patti and I couldn't have been more wrong. They were very thorough about the work that needed to be completed, courteous, and had my car done in two days! They are efficient and fast. I am so happy with the result and highly recommend this company.
Our car was damaged when broken into in STL. Our insurance company recommended we use Ernie Patti for repairs. They came and towed our car and went above and beyond keeping us updated and enabling us to pick up our car in less than 2 weeks. It looks as good as new! We appreciate Ernie Patti!
