You need to call to be let in, which given the neighborhood is understandable, but I'm only able to visit on Saturdays and half the time I go nobody is there to answer the phone. I even told the owner I was coming the following weekend, and I still couldn't get in. If they're closed on a given weekend they really should put a sign on the door at the bare minimum.
I love this place every motorcycle part you can think of for decent prices could be a little cheaper but good prices the two brothers that own the place I think they said they had to play since the 70s awesome people really knowledgeable about stuff and they know where everything is
Have not been back in 3 years . They are expensive for used parts. They have a lot but are not easy to deal with. It is not the best side of town as well. Be careful going to this business .
A really great place. If you need anything for your older motorcycles you will probably find it here. You may have to search for it -- but it's a fun adventure. I suggest you call before going to make sure the guy is there. Well worth the trip!!!!
Tried to sell me a motor on a wrecked bike not knowing if it ran or not said if they took motor out they'd sell for 400 but they'd sell me entire bike for 600 acted like they were doing me a favor but the only thing salvageable on bike was the motor MAYBE thanks but no thanks 200 more to throw away rest of bike. Wont be going there ever again
Dude great selection of parts good price and amazing service. There are a lot of parts for bikes and the people there are friendly and helpful also they know a lot about bikes
This place is great! They have all the parts you could want to build a motorcycle from Scratch, and then some. The Warehouse is HUGE! Their Ebay prices are a little higher, but that is because they clean, prep, and partially restore the parts they have online. The rest of their stock goes pretty cheap for what it is.
You gotta call for them to open the door, and they follow you around in the Store, No matter what you are there for. It's a little awkward, but you just gotta strike up a conversation. I don't blame them; The place is so big and has so much stuff, they are probably worried about shoplifting with all the little parts everywhere. honestly, It would be hard for me to keep track of all that stuff too.
Probably gonna be going back a few times here to finish up my Current build :)
The employees were very cordial on phone
....and most accommodating in trying to locate what I needed...
Although the did not have the correct part for me very nice helpful employees. ...I would recommend anyone to look here for parts..especially for older atv ,
But also parts for all bike
I have gone to this place several times and have made several purchases. Today though, was the last time that I will ever go there. The with the swastika tattoo on his hand that I have ignored since the first time that I went was really rude today. They didn't have was I was looking for, so I asked if he minded if I just looked around. He replied, yes. I began browsing, and about five minutes later, he said that he needed to get back to work. I said okay and proceeded to browse. I looked up, and he was staring at me as if to say that I was holding him up. I then realized that he was not going to go back to what he was doing until after I left. I realized then that my skin is my sin in his eyes.
This was sadly a disappointment. I've been waiting to come here for several years before moving to STL but was not impressed. High prices and a low selection of parts. And buy high I mean brand new parts aren't a lot more expensive. I would recommend eBay or Craigslist over coming here if you need a bike part. Cool place to go check out but I just didn't see them being a good place to buy parts. Hate to see a local business not doing better.
This place got me out of a pinch when they had a clutch lever for a 1978 GS 750 that broke on me while I was riding down there from Chicago a couple years back. It's a great salvage shop and the guys runnin' it have been in the neighborhood for a while. Definitely some cool dudes.
Great selection of hard to find new and used parts. They have a very knowledgeable staff. I've been doing business with this company for over twenty years. They see my first call when I need bike parts.
