Great customer service even better price. As someone who use to be in the snow removal business, I’d rather support local vs the Home Depot, Lowe’s, Ace etc. always tough getting calcium chloride. But I will use mag before rock salt and they had plenty in stock. Great service all around.
Order #SP-1962 was placed on 12/07/2024 for salter parts. Zero communication as of 12/17/24 at 7pm which means they will never arrive this week even if they shipped tomorrow 12/18. No communication for 11+ days in December for an order shipping to WI. Absolutely unacceptable. Parts not in stock? No problem, send an email. The amount of time wasted is staggering. This must be a part time hobby for Snow Pro? Change the name. Snow Lo, Snow Amateur, Snow No. You get the idea.
I have had nothing but the best experience with Snow Pro. UPS lost my order and dropped the ball. Snow Pro moved in immediately with the utmost professional customer service and fixed it. I hope Snow Pro also knows how great their employees are. I've never met Justin V, but I am sure glad he helped me. Thank You Snow Pro
Bulk sales amounts are simply skimpy this year...really poor...we went somewhere else mid-storm...lower priced, actually recieved the amount ordered and was not chaos too get it.
Quality product....snow pro really disappointed our drivers of 4 large v boxes and 6 talegate spreader trucks...just for being skimpy...we only use snow pro for convenience because of the area and possibly in a crunch...they failed this time..
Left me hanging for a week and didn’t get back to me. I had to call them back. After finally getting the person I spoke with they told me they didn’t want to mess with that set up and would not be able to accommodate me. I can’t speak on their work but the customer service and experience was not great. I won’t go 1 star because like I said I can’t speak to work but as far as helping me out in my situation with older equipment I was unsuccessful.
Great people. They were open for the snow storm overnight. was in and out in a couple of hours. I drove all the way from St. Charles county. You guys should open another branch out there. I'll be back no matter what. Keep up the good work
I had a great experience with these guys. I needed a part and I had little to no information on and they helped me figure out what part I needed that was compatible with my plow. Justin was a huge help, he sent me a manual to help me with some questions I had. A huge perk was that the parts came in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and plan on using them for any more of my snow plow needs!
Absolutely horrible service as far as the salesmen go! I had initially contacted them in regards of purchasing spreaders and plows. the salesman Steve I believe his name was did nothing but try and push 1 kind without ever really listening to my initial request for a hydraulic set up. Yet to hear back from him and it has been 3 weeks now. I will gladly take my business elsewhere to someone that will listen. Completely useless and waste of time. Thanks for nothing and no I will not be calling back to rectify anything your company has had more than a few chances to get it right and completely failed.
