Was recently in the market for a new car and was recommended this establishment. I looked them up on the BBB and found out they were one of the only used car dealerships in STL with an A+. Bought a 2002 Toyota Camry from them that drove like a dream until about 2 days after my warranty was up. I took it right back to them in good faith hoping they would help me out since the issues with the car were clearly from old age and it really just needed a tune-up. I was put in touch with Lisa who went absolutely above and beyond to help me get all of the things fixed on my car. Now I know why they have this rating, this is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and I trust them to continue helping me with any of my car needs moving forward. If you are looking to buy used, affordable, and from a team that cares about you and your needs, no one will have your back like St. Louis Auto Sales!! You will not regret it! They are family owned and really helping out the community, especially when there are so many icky car places around. Tried and true, thank you Lisa!!

Please don’t buy a car from them they sell you broke cars then want you to pay for repairs that’s why they only have 30 day warranty and the rest you pay for it’s sad that you can’t buy a ok car to get around.

They sell TRASH!!!!! They do not inspect these cars... they only fix it enough for you to get through inspection because they know they are junk and trash!!!!! do not buy from these liars cuz they're going to lie to you and pretend that everything is okay but the car is going to be a piece of trash. when it finally dies they're going to tow it and still charge you don't buy nothing from them!!!!!

Went to get a Emissions it was very clean. An they were very professional.

Bought a 2001 jeep grand Cherokee from them nice location down town they did my safety in emission test. They have different down payments. You can go inside and look and see how much you wanna spend on your down payment and then go check the vehicles that are available at that rate. I had no problems there. everybody was polite and friendly. It’s buy there pay there no credit check just pay check stub drivers license, proof of insurance and your down payment and you’re all set to go. I highly recommend this place.

Pros:If you want a car for $500 to $1k down this is the place to go. Customer service is awesome!!!! Try to have a mechanic most issues with their cars are minor!!!! Cons: they will rig a lot of things for it to pass safety and as far as emission if they sale you a car and it doesn’t pass emission through them they will tell you to drive it a few days and come back. Within those few days go to autozone or spend about $50 for your own diagnostic. Print out that paper work and give it to them. The repair shop they use is next to them and they will rig things up to make sure you pass them boom two months later your car breaks down. Other than that customer service was excellent!!!

I have been going to st Louis auto car sales since 2020 or 2019, I've had 3 good vehicles and one bad vehicle, Kristy and the lady with the blonde hair in the maintenance shop (I forgot her name) will go above and beyond in what u need. Do your homework on the car your getting before getting it though and that's any place (Carfax , Internet reviews, test drive, taking a good look underneath the car and inside engine bay) . Had a 99 Blazer and 99 Taurus that ran excellent, the Volvo was ok until it sprung a oil leak and blew the engine and the Dodge Shadow windshield wipers stopped working so when it rained it was very difficult to see and couldn't get it repaired anywhere cause they stopped making parts and nothing was in the junk yard. I'd say give them a try if you don't want a high car note and low down payment. They do replace things on the car before you get it though and not everybody else experience will be yours. Overall I had a good run with them . 😉

In my opinion, these people are snakes. I was in there doing some business and saw an old lady with health issues complaining about how they sold her a lemon car and they wouldn't even take it back.

Don’t buy a car here they are lemons and cash cows you’ll be spending a lot on repairs nothing guaranteed had my transmission go out first they fixed that free of charge my power steering pump and belt broke they charge me 500 and some dollars for it and now I need a head gasket and tuneup all before the first 30 days

They repoed my car which is okay but the fact that they took out MY belongings from the car WITHOUT me being present and everything placed into a trash bag is outrageous. I'm missing 455$ and my dad's ashes. They aren't any help. They are only money hungry don't come here. No one should ever get a car off them. I got a car from them and then 2 days later breaks go out, from the start had problems with the radiator bc they decided just to put tape on the leak... breaker fluid pump was broken. Transmission was going out overall it was just a horrible experience

Do not recommend!!! I bought a cash car in April and have had nothing but problems!!! I am currently trying to figure out what’s wrong with it now!! It has been broke down for almost 2 weeks this time!!!!!

Great customer service is wonderful. They are very helpful in many ways. Theirs is 4 of us in my household that have gotten car from them without any problems when other auto sales companies refuse. They also have very reasonable prices with nice cars.

You'll find what your looking for at the 1 stop shop for your car needs. They will have you back on the road in no time and Lisa and PJ are excellent and knowledgeable.

I didn’t buy a car but my son did, he’s only had it for 2 weeks. He took it back to them because the car had some wobble on the passenger side. Now mind you he’s already put brakes and rotors on this thing but now they tell him it’s caliber and all sorts of things which comes out to almost a thousand dollars. Then had the audacity to ask him if he got it emissions tested. These people know these cars are not going to pass when they sell them to you, they are some scam artist. I’m angry that they are able to get away with this mess and angry because I’m the one who helped my son with the down payment because he needs to work. Please do not purchase from these people.

Just bought a truck there a week ago. Check engine light cam on within 24hrs along with abs lights traction lights rolling stability control indicator beeping. Took it back and the rigged the check engine light off because it just popped back on and was also told that the abs and rsc was not under warranty. All within 24hrs of signing the contract

Shady dealer I gave my truck back after marking 3 payments one only Irving it for 2 days cause the transmission only drove in 1st and 2nd they told me it was normal but I knew better as a mechanic myself they then tried to file for a repo when the truck was in their possession and I gave title back

This is the worst car lot in the city of Saint Louis , not only did they Sale my parents 2 Cars that needed constant work costing them thousands of dollars and their on disability, But they recently sold me a flood car with a rusted bottom that control arms broke off and they refused to put me into another vehicle. I was embarrassed in front of a room full of people and it actually made me cry.I lost my job because of Not being able to get back-and-forth. I only had the car for 2 weeks by the way.

I came to this car lot thinking everything was all good and I have been having problems every since I got it car drives by it self all kind of stuff😡😡😡😡 it’s done been in they shop 3 times Never again never!!! Sold me a car with a broken cluster, and promised they'd grab one from a junkyard and put it in. I was told to give them a week, and that was nearly two months ago. They had reset the radio so it couldn't be turned on without a code, only to find out that all of the speakers were blown. I would suggest taking your money anywhere else personally. Very deceptive staff.

This place is absolutely the worst they said they were going to fix my tie rod end so it could pass safety or emissions and I just went to my Meineke and sure enough tie rod end was never fixed so had to put $169 of my money into something that was supposed to be fixed! This place is a joke and a scam I do believe they do fake inspections

I bought a 2000 Acura from this place Jan 26 2017 and NOTHING but problems since. I now see why they do your 1st emission inspection. My car is sitting in my driveway and won't even start. They are trying to charge me to tow it so they can look at it! I bought this car 3 WEEKS AGO FROM THEM! Also, they charged me an extra $500 for the car which when I filled out the paperwork I thought that was just the price with interest. The guy KEVIN told me "whoops the guys put the wrong price in the window"!

Worst car place ever. NEVER GO HERE!!! Got a car that was 4995 that mf broke down so much ended up 10,000 in repairs. Managers n workers are awful you never get the same answer. Would never recommend them.
