Great selection and good people to work with. Don't let John fool ya! He's a nice man! Don't piss him off and for gods sake dont steal from him and you're golden. If you do, run. Run fast. Find a border and cross it. Don't look back.
Place sucks. Avoid like the Plague, called to help get their business going and he said "Can't hear you buddy" Then why answer the phone buddy? Screw this place, hope yall FAIL.
I've been going to Taylors for over 30 years and it's always nice to be there because I'm familiar with the staff that has been there since I've been going. Very polite and very good pricing on their products.
Taylor's has always been the place to go for cheap auto parts as long as you are willing to do ALL the work yourself. The staff is there to collect money, have security and pull complete engines for you, but not to help you decide what you need, where to look or how to remove it. If you understand these simple rules, you will have a good experience.
Been going to Taylor's for over 20 years. It's a no nonsense salvage yard. They don't use computers but, will guide you towards the area what you need might be. Prices are more than fair.
After buying 2 tires on the rims, which were never touched by me to change over, I didn't know my sister had bought me a set of four for my car for Christmas I had called back down to Taylor and asked him to just return these even though they don't have done anything with them the same tires are on the same rims that I bought them. So untouched,same condition, wouldn't allow a return. Not very good customer service or professional, first and last time I go there!!
Went with brother, first time there! I liked the openness of the layout. Definitely a variety, and every now and then you might run across a trinket in a trunk! Only issue, when nature called; not really many hidden places for females to relieve themselves. Men have it lucky there!!
Dude at the checkout shack was having problems with some Spanish speaking customers. He told them to “get out of here, go south, as far as you can. Like Peru”
Then, he told the next customer in line “nothing you can do with people like that. The best thing would be to execute them!”
Excellent customer service, extensive used parts at the right price, bring your own tools because you will have to remove the part you need; except the whole engine they will do it for you. Definitely I will go back.
When no other lot has my vehicle Taylor's will have 2 or 3. Just wish they would better their online presence with updated inventory lists. Overall a great salvage lot.
Not the biggest but usually has the thing you need. Prices are on the higher side on most things but if the happy window troll likes you they do give deals on stuff as you buy. The Guys at the window are there. Don't expect great customer service there on-site they take your money what else do you want its a junk yard. Younger guy much better to deal with. The location is the best part about it and it's easy to load parts into your vehicle with the supplied wheel barrows when leaving the yard.
Called to ask an in general question, and the guy was very bluntly rude. Rushed me off the phone. I would not shop here for parts if my life depended on it. Just lost a future customer just that fast. First impressions mean a lot.
I go to Taylor's Salvage yard to get great prices on automotive part.s....and antifreeze....or Car batteries...if you want to save money....and don't have the big bucks.... to dash out all the time.... Taylor's is the place to save....on Like new stuff...With a selection of old and late model vehicles..trucks and cars....
I asked the gentleman at the front to help me locate a replacement rim. He only said "rims are over there," and couldn't look away from his phone. I asked him where another junk yard was because I didn't know how to tell the rim size or what was a correct replacement, he suggested another place and again didn't look away from his phone. Poor customer service
Only problem is I only found 1 traverse. Could be a good thing also. Did find the part I needed from that traverse. The lot in my opinion is organized and cars are easy to get into. More cars , vans and trucks then SUVs, but they do have SUVs. CASH ONLY so be prepared.
Very unorganized and rude. Forget calling about a part as to they don't even know what they have in stock. I brought in my part to see if I could match up with another. Not once did offer to mark my part or anything. When I proceeded to leave he inspected my bag and accused me of stealing and threatened with calling the police. I was so embrassed and had to pay for my own part I brought it. Never again will I visit much less recommend.
Just had a vehicle picked up, the gentleman that came was very prompt and very friendly!! ( wish I would’ve asked his name so I put his name down for this complement) Gave me price that was said on line no problems. If you have a vehicle that you need to get rid of call Taylor’s!!
