Stopped at this place for a used tire for my work vehicle tire that they showed me look pretty good. I notice he tried to inflate the tire a couple times. Then I heard power tools. Before he remounted the tire I asked was everything OK he said he had to patch the tire that I was buying. I asked why I wasn’t notified he asked me if you want me to put the old tire back on. If I wanted a patch tire I would’ve got my old one done. Customer service terrible. Other used tire shops in our neighborhood have better customer service. Where is the work integrity?
Communicated over several days to potentially buy a vehicle. After the purchase I found out I was lied to, and didn't Even make it home. I understand used cars are used cars, however I asked specific questions and was given false answers.
This place is awful and wouldn't recommend them to no one. My experience was very horrible. I was double charged for a mistake that was make by them. I got a tire plug and the same tire went flat. Then you want to argue with me trying to make it my fault. No customer service no where and the work that was done was done sloppy. I will never go or recommend this place.
HORRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER EVER ADVISE ANYONE TO GO THERE! VERY GHETTO AND HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THEY EVEN USE GHETTO TECHNIQUES TO TRY AND REPAIR YOUR VEHICLE!!
Benny fixed my brakes and rotors. The next day my tire was flat! Came back to get the stem fixed that he broke and didn’t tell me. Came outside the next day and tire was flat again. He won’t answer the phone now. Horrible service and they were fixing things with very ghetto techniques!!
I PAID THEM ALMOST 400 DOLLARS TO FIX MY RIGHT ARM BUSHEM AND THEY BROKE MY ABS PLUG THEN TRIED TO SAY IT WAS ALREADY BROKE WHEN IT WASNT. THEY WONT BE TOUCHING MY TRUCK ANYMORE AND I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!
