Always did business with this company was good business a few years, now dropping prices when we drop our loads when they are posted higher on price sheet . Doesn't honor his price sheet prices
I don't recommend anyone to do business here, they are Bunch of crooks. They weigh the materials out of customers sight and on top of that, the staff's are very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. They pretend like, they are doing you a favor for you doing business there.
My experience here was very very bad they was not helpful at all they was very rude and nasty made me never want to do business with this company again
Called for a price on scrap 60/61 aluminum. Told her it was an old bunny bread truck I was cutting up into 36" squares. She says they don't buy vehicles, they are not a junkyard. I explain AGAIN it will be in 36" squares. She got snappy on the call, either she is too inexperienced to understand what I am telling her or she's just that dense. Will take my 2,000 lbs of scrap to somewhere else that has the knowledge of materials to correctly buy what I have. Won't waste any more time with a business that doesn't know it's materials !
I called the day before I went and explained what metals (scrap steel) I had and asked if they accepted and was told that they did. They even gave my directions and were helpful then.... Next day I get there and the old man in the receiving area told me that they don't take steel. It was a complete waste of my time. I explained that I had called the day before and was told they would take it and the old man laughed and said again that they don't do steel.
